Symbolic representation of the concept of ALIENATION in English-language migration literature
Abstract
the article analyzes the means of figurative representation of the concept of ALIENATION in English-language migrant literature, identifies key symbols that serve as markers of cognitive and emotional signs of alienation in the works of M. Hamid, Kh. Hosseini and Ch. Adichie. The relevance of this study is due to the interest in the problems and themes of migrant literature, demonstrating a specific worldview in which cultural and emotional stratification is reflected in linguistic means – primarily in metaphors and symbolic images. Symbols and metaphor, as a means of cognitive understanding of the world, allows authors to express the internal state of the characters experiencing an existential gap between the past and the present, their homeland and their new country. The study emphasizes the universality of the concept of ALIENATION through a variety of symbolic images – doors, corridors, trees, animals, which serve as metaphors for internal alienation, change and the search for a new identity. The images of hell and ghosts reflect the state of alienation, demonstrate personal and socio-cultural transformations during wartime. The results of the study can be useful for further research in the field of cognitive linguistics, intercultural communication and analysis of migrant literature as a special phenomenon of modern culture.

Khanty beliefs: ethnology, folklore, linguistics
Abstract
the article presents the main results of the search for sources covering the beliefs of the Khanty people, as well as their research, both in retrospect and the current state of the source base and the study of the topic. Its interdisciplinary nature determined the interest, first of all, in such scientific disciplines as ethnology and folklore, which often interact with each other, as well as attention to linguistic approaches and methods for studying the spiritual culture of the northern people. The study showed a "deficit of linguistics" affecting the understanding of sacred vocabulary and the associated gaps in the linguistic picture of the world of the Khanty.

Translation strategies for Chinese cross-border e-commerce websites into Russian: a linguistic landscape perspective
Abstract
in the context of rapid digitalization and globalization, Chinese cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) websites are actively expanding into Russian-speaking markets. The online linguistic landscape creates a unique environment for content perception, where translation serves not only communicative but also marketing functions. This study aims to identify the main strategies for translating Chinese CBEC websites into Russian, correlating them with the characteristics of the linguistic environment and user expectations. The corpus consisted of texts from ten leading Chinese platforms (product descriptions, navigation buttons, advertising slogans). Content analysis and comparative study of the original Chinese and Russian-language versions were employed. Additionally, a survey was conducted among 50 respondents (shoppers and translator-localizers) to evaluate the adequacy and readability of the translated elements, taking into account the sociolinguistic context. The analysis revealed a predominance of domestication strategies (adaptation of culture-specific realities, conversion of measurement units, currency, and metric designations) when translating interface elements. In advertising texts, a combination of brand name transcription and slogan localization through calquing and paraphrasing is used. Instances of “interlinguistic inserts” – the retention of English terms to maintain an international image – were also identified. The survey confirmed that proper cultural and social adaptation increases trust and promotes conversion.

The subjective sphere of author and characters in Venedict Mart's literary texts
Abstract
this article presents a grammatical analysis of a literary text using Venedikt Mart's story "Death Behind the Mask: A Christmas Tale" as an example. The study is conducted within the framework of the communicative-grammatical approach with an emphasis on speech registers and compositional structure, while in some cases including an examination of the formal-syntactic organization of the text. The aim of the analysis is to identify the types of compositional units and syntactic structures that express the "author's image" and the subjective spheres of the characters (following V.V. Vinogradov). The conducted research reveals the distinctive features and interaction between the subjective spheres of the author and the characters: the author is manifested in descriptive and informative-narrative fragments, as well as in generalizing statements, while the characters are manifested in narrative fragments, in reasoning, and directly in direct speech. The study identifies the types of predicates, egocentric elements of the text, and speech registers characteristic of the narrator and characters: general-perceptive and evaluative predicates occur in the author's subjective sphere, whereas private-perceptive predicates occur in the characters' sphere; demonstrative pronouns and parenthetical words are present in the characters' sphere, while parenthetical words and evaluative devices are found in the author's sphere. The manifestations of the author's image reveal linguistic egocentric elements, which allow it to be described as an omniscient narrator. The article draws a general conclusion, consistent with V.V. Vinogradov's observations, that it is the narrator who serves as the compositional core of the text.

Genre experiments in the modern romance novel (based on the works of Katya Kachur)
Abstract
the article is devoted to the problem of genre contamination in the modern romance novel. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that changes in the paradigmatic constants of Russian culture are largely associated with the actualization of domestic genres of popular literature. The purpose of the work is to describe the genre transformations of the romance novel presented in the works of Katya Kachur, such as postmodern melodrama, fantasy novel, magical realism, autofiction, and film novel. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that the writer's work has not yet been the subject of consideration. It is shown that genre experiments in the field of the romance novel are due to the need to update communicative strategies designed for a new reader. It is established that the writer's appeal to the classics as a feature of the postmodern novel helps the reader to realize the semantic depth of her novels, the actualization of interest in the autofiction genre inspires confidence in the heroes and their behavior. The fantasy genre may attract a younger audience to the writer's novels, and the genre of magical realism, indicated in the works of Katya Kachur, is attractive to readers because it is a kind of therapeutic reading. Elements of cinematography in Kachur's novels create a sense of unreality. It has been proven that despite the fact that Katya Kachur's novels can reveal features of other creative methods, her novels, with all their genre diversity, can be classified as women's love stories. The results of the work can be applied in the analysis of works of popular literature.

Metaphorical representation of gastronomic discourse in the English, Russian and Dargin languages
Abstract
the article presents a comparative study of the metaphorical representation of gastronomic discourse in the English, Russian and Dargin languages. The authors analyze the role of gastronomic metaphors with the source-domain and target-domain FOOD, identifying universal and culture-specific features of the gastronomic metaphor. The analysis of paroemia and literary texts as the carriers of ethnocultural information has shown that food is liable to function as a source-domain rather than target-domain; in all the three languages the most effective metaphorical model for conceptualizing abstract concepts through food is personification and synesthetic metaphor. The study has revealed that food is not only an important element of the culture code, reflecting values, emotions and social relations, but also a means of conceptualizing complex concepts such as truth, beauty, difficulties in achieving a goal. The data obtained can serve as a basis for further research of gastronomic metaphors in other languages and cultures.

Expressive and stylistic potential of grammatical categories of the verb
Abstract
the article examines the expressive and stylistic potential of the verb, which consists in its specific grammatical categories of type, voice, mood and tense. The author examines how these categories are able to give expressiveness to a text of various functional and stylistic orientation: journalistic, scientific, artistic, clerical. It is noted that the expressive potential of this part of speech lies not so much in its semantic component as in the grammatical features associated with the expression of reality – unreality (mood), aspectuality (type), temporality (time), subjectivity and objectivity (pledge). Attention is also drawn to the fact that the verb plays a special role in the idiosyncrasy of such writers as Leo Nikolaevich Tolstoy, Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky. It is emphasized that the verb has an increased possibility of metaphorization.

Modern trends in the promotion of cosmetic brands in China, in the context of economic globalization
Abstract
with the dual evolution of information technology and supply chain system, the global consumption pattern presents a new trend of highly networked and regional intertwining [1]. This paper aims to systematically explore how economic globalization and changes in regional governance systems jointly affect the international development path of Chinese beauty brands, focusing on analyzing the structural changes under the coexistence of consumption upgrading and sinking markets, the deconstructive reshaping of the traditional channel ecology by cross-border e-commerce, as well as the growing demands of the new generation of consumer groups for brand value and a sense of cultural belonging. The synergistic evolution of technological empowerment and cultural empowerment of the soul will become the core driving force in the globalization process of China's beauty industry. Artificial intelligence personalized recommendation system, blockchain traceability mechanism, XR virtual experience technology and other cutting-edge tools are empowering a deeper interactive logic between brands and users. At the same time, with the help of film and TV drama implantation and short video matrix to build a “flexible narrative field” [2], it is expected to realize the non-conflict communication of values. Meanwhile, in the face of strengthening environmental and ethical standards and religious norms in the global market, Chinese brands must simultaneously establish institutional discourse capabilities in sustainable packaging, halal certification, carbon footprint management, etc., so as to enhance their compliance and moral appeal in international competition.

The meal of power and order: comparative semiotics of politics in Chinese and Russian banquet rituals
Abstract
the article is devoted to a comparative study of semiotic mechanisms of political legitimisation embodied in banquet rituals of Chinese and Russian cultural traditions. The analysis focuses on gastronomic practices as complex semiotic systems mediating power relations through the symbolisation of hierarchies and collective identities. At the intersection of food anthropology and political semiotics, the author explores historical (imperial feasts, royal meals) and contemporary cases (state receptions, diplomatic banquets) containing universal and culturally specific patterns. Structural analysis focuses on the spatial semantics of the table (the arrangement of guests, topography of dishes), the semiotics of utensils (material, shape, ornaments) and gesture codes (toasts, serving rituals), and reconstructs their connection with cosmological models. Special emphasis is placed on the transformation of rituals: from the sacralisation of power through metaphors of the ‘heavenly feast’ in the Confucian tradition to contemporary media representations of banquets as instruments of ‘soft power’. The comparative approach reveals how food codes, inheriting archaic layers, are adapted to construct political narratives in changing historical contexts.

Coverage of the 2024 U.S. Presidential Election Campaign in foreign media
Abstract
this article is devoted to an analysis of the coverage of the 2024 U.S. presidential election campaign in leading foreign media outlets. The relevance of the study stems from the growing influence of international media on the formation of perceptions about political processes in the United States and their impact on global public opinion. The objective of the paper is to identify the key thematic and tonal characteristics of foreign news discourse on the 2024 elections. The study employed content and frame analysis methods. Publications from 15 leading print and online outlets across three regions (Europe, Asia, Middle East) for the period from January to November 2023 were selected. In total, more than 1,200 materials were analyzed. Each text was assigned codes by theme (economy, foreign policy, social issues, etc.), predominant tone (positive, negative, neutral), and the frames used (confrontation, cooperation, unpredictability). In European media, topics of transatlantic relations and the climate agenda dominated, with the tone of publications being predominantly neutrally critical toward candidate Donald Trump and moderately positive toward Joe Biden. Asian outlets focused on trade issues and policy toward China, often displaying a wary and conflictual tone when describing potential shifts in course under Trump. In Middle Eastern media, primary attention was given to migration policy and international security, with coverage tending to dramatize possible risks. Overall tonality in most regions was characterized as balanced, albeit with noticeable regional and ideological variations.

A study of the image of Shandong in the Russian media: a literature review
Abstract
with the development of the strategic partnership between China and Russia, local and regional cooperation between the two countries is also actively expanding. This work is a review of the scientific works of Chinese and Russian researchers devoted to the study of the image of the Shandong region. The analysis shows that at present, both in China and in Russia, studies of the image of Shandong remain underdeveloped. This is especially true for the study of the complex regional image of Shandong on the example of the Russian official media – there are practically no scientific publications in this area, and such studies require further deepening.

Active processes in the lexical system of the modern Russian language at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries
Abstract
the article examines the current problems of modern Russian studies related to changes in the lexical system of the Russian language at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries. An attempt is made to systematically describe the main processes occurring at the present stage of language development at the lexical level. Such phenomena as borrowing foreign vocabulary, neologization, neutralization of vocabulary, euphemization, determinologization, metaphorization, and a shift in semantics as a result of linguistic practice in the process of adaptation of a borrowed word are considered. The work also analyzes the influence of mass media on changes in the lexical system of the language. Examples of successful and erroneous use of new vocabulary are given. Attention is drawn to the functional aspect of its application for stylistic and nominative purposes.

Units with logically incompatible components as a kind of figures of the absurd (based on the texts of Russian poetry of the early 20th century)
Abstract
the article is devoted to the analysis of units with logically incompatible components as a kind of figures of the absurd. The article describes the distinctive features of units with logically incompatible components, which include the verbalization of incompatible concepts and the aggravation of categorical and semantic contradictions in the semantic structure. Based on the texts of Russian poetry of the early twentieth century, various approaches to defining the essential features of such units with logically incompatible components as oxymoron, catachresis, litota and hyperbole were considered. Catachresis and oxymoron are considered as stylistic devices built on the principle of alogism, the peculiarity of which is the aggravation of semantic contradictions as a result of combining ontologically incompatible words or words verbalizing antonymic concepts. Hyperbole and litota refer to stylistic techniques based on the principle of improbability, the distinguishing feature of which is the aggravation of semantic contradictions of semantic elements characterizing the quantitative characteristics of the objects of the nomination. The article considered in detail the figures of alogism and figures of improbability, which cannot be attributed to units with logically incompatible components, and there is no semantic contradiction in their semantic structure initially or it is lost due to phraseologization of stylistic techniques. The conclusion of the article says that ELNAS are figures of interpreted absurdity, since in the process of their semantic formation semantic contradictions are leveled after rethinking the meanings of certain words.

Abstract
the article analyzes the functioning of lexeme next in modern Russian language. The object of this article is lexeme next, which in various contexts functions both as an adverb and as a text clip. The subject is the conditions of functioning and contextual compatibility of this lexeme. This study aims to identify the conditions under which adverb next develops text functions. The article analyzes various definitions of lexeme next in dictionaries, the author identifies conditions under which lexeme next functions as an adverb, determines the contextual compatibility of the lexeme with spatial or temporal semantics, and draws attention to the component of the semantics, which predetermined its text function. Special attention is paid to texts where the lexeme occupies the position of the beginning of a sentence. The research material is taken from the Russian National Corpus, and selected through lexical and grammatical search. The descriptive method, method of contextual analysis, and corpus technique for collecting material were used in the study. The scientific value lies in the identification of an additional text clip and the establishment of its functions. The findings confirm that lexeme next is capable of indicating the sequence of something in spatial and temporal meaning, and this is the semantic base on which the lexeme develops a text function in a certain syntactic position. The study's results can be used in lexicographic practice to clarify the function and status of the lexeme, as well as in the practice of teaching text theory in the course of Russian as a foreign language.

Muslim characters in A.P. Chekhov's works through the prism of the author's concept of creativity
Abstract
images of Muslim peoples in imagological Chekhovianism are rare. The available works on this topic indicate a specific representation of these images in Chekhov's prose, based largely on ethnic stereotypes. The article attempts to explain the lack of full-fledged artistic images among Muslim characters through the prism of Chekhov's concept of creativity, according to which the most important task of every person is to realize his creative potential. In the worldview of the adherents of Islam, the creative, creative principle is inherent in the only true creator – Allah. This fundamental discrepancy between the two worldviews underlies the specific portrayal of Muslims in the writer's work. The results of the research can be used when reading historical, literary and theoretical literary training courses, as well as special courses on Chekhov's work. In addition, the generalizations made by us may be useful for researchers of art studies, cultural theorists and historians, and specialists in the field of aesthetics of Islam.

Conveying national and cultural specifics of everyday realities in translations of A.P. Chekhov’s short stories into Arabic 1 H. Yeghni,
Abstract
the article examines specifics of conveying everyday realities when translating A.P. Chekhov’s stories into Arabic. The main classes of everyday realities are identified and their specificity is studied. It is established that when translating such realities, the translator almost always uses the strategy of domestication, which does not allow to preserve the national and cultural specificity of the original Russian text. It is shown that using the techniques of modulation and functional substitution, the translator tries to convey Russian realities using similar and more understandable to the Arab reader images of Arab culture, which impoverishes the translation in national and cultural aspects.

Research on the construction of China's international discourse power under the "Belt and Road" Initiative
Abstract
the study of international discourse power construction helps nations shape a positive external image and enhance their international status. This paper employs a corpus-assisted discourse analysis approach to explore the current state of China's international discourse power construction under the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and proposes corresponding recommendations for the development of international discourse power in both Russia and China. The findings indicate that China enhances **discursive discourse power in BRI construction by establishing a new political discourse system for external relations and creating semantic co-occurrences between the BRI and positive vocabulary. Additionally, China strengthens institutional discourse power in BRI construction through two institutional construction methods: leveraging existing multilateral mechanisms to actively set BRI-related agendas and legitimizing and institutionalizing BRI’s cooperative concepts and mechanisms, while utilizing host diplomacy to improve agenda-setting capabilities. In the future, Russia and China may refer to this model to enhance their international discourse power by refining the perspective of external discourse dissemination, leveraging international platforms to gain initiative in setting global agendas, and continuously improving the supply of international institutions. The conclusions of this study not only provide a reference for Russia's research on China's BRI-related policies but also offer insights for the future construction of international discourse power in both Russia and China.

Univerbates in modern conversational speech in light of teaching Russian as a foreign lanuage
Abstract
the article deals with teaching foreign students of linguistics to recognize and use univerbates in everyday conversation. Univerbates are widely represented in modern oral communication. Familiarization of foreign students of linguistics with peculiarities of formation and usage of this layer of conversational lexis is absolutely crucial for teaching Russian as a foreign language and makes a great contribution to the formation of cultural competency which allows for adequate reception and production of oral texts. The communicative and competency-based approaches define the goal of learning a foreign language as the capacity for cross-cultural communication, that is why teaching materials for Russian as a foreign language must be aimed not only at normative and formal written speech, but at acquisition of colloquial variants of the language which are regularly used by native speakers in their everyday speech as well. Teaching based on the training package developed by the authors of this article is to result in the following: the students students of linguistics will know the principles of univerbation, be able to recognize univerbates in written and oral speech, understand the attitude of the speaker/writer based on the context and adequately assess it and the acceptability of the read or heard usage of a univerbate in the given situation and react appropriately.

Features of the implementation of project cycle disciplines in higher education
Abstract
today, the public administration system faces a number of challenges, which is reflected in the goals and objectives set by the legislator related to ensuring the accelerated development of the country as a whole and its individual regions. Understanding the level of ambition of all participants in this process and the upcoming scale of activities, it is important to note the importance and role of highly qualified management personnel in solving the issues raised. Based on the results of studying educational and practical literature, scientific sources, as well as based on their own teaching experience, the authors come to the conclusion that the implementation of project-based disciplines is advisable on the basis of an integrated approach that takes into account and reveals the features of not only the discipline itself, but also a specific educational program. Experience has shown that most students do not demonstrate a sufficient level of interest in the discipline, which makes it necessary to find a solution to this problem. One of the solutions may well be the creation of a single course structure for all specialties, but with the condition of its mandatory adaptation (both theoretical and practical parts) to the requirements of the list of competencies within a specific training area. The work presents a number of educational and scientific publications that examine various options for adapting courses that meet project topics to certain training areas. We believe that the presented material may be useful to readers interested in improving both the educational programs and individual courses being implemented and increasing the level of students' competence in project activities.

Influence of game sports on reducing fatigue in scientific work of postgraduate students of technical specialties
Abstract
the article emphasizes that one of the priority tasks of the state program for the development of technological leadership is the ultra-modern training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in technical specialties, where a significant amount of study time is devoted to scientific work. It should be noted that the scientific work of postgraduate students, on the one hand, includes the preparation of dissertations, the writing of scientific articles and monographs, and, on the other hand, is associated with multitasking, increased intellectual and emotional stress, irregular work schedules, and monotonous and sedentary work, which significantly affects a person's health, productivity, and efficiency. One of the ways to solve the problem of fatigue is to include team sports (volleyball, football) in the educational process of postgraduate students, and to implement them during specially allocated extracurricular time. The article describes the process and phases of fatigue, systematizes the causes that determine the state of chronic fatigue of graduate students when performing scientific activities, as well as identifying the impact of game sports as an effective pedagogical tool for body recovery after fatigue.

Analysis of the effectiveness of attacking actions of teams of the XXXI Russian Championship in bandy
Abstract
the article presents the results of a quantitative analysis of attacking actions of men’s teams in the XXXI Russian Championship (Super League) in bandy for the first round of the 2022-2023 season (first round). Based on the analysis of game performance indicators of 14 teams, general productivity indicators and their temporal distribution during matches were determined. The study revealed significant differences in productivity between teams: from 2.15 to 7.76 goals per match with an average league indicator of 4.56 goals. Analysis of temporal parameters for goal situation implementation showed uneven distribution of productivity throughout the game: the highest activity was recorded in the last 15 minutes of the match (20.8% of total goals) and in the first 15 minutes (16.6%), while the minimum was in the 30-45 minute interval (14.2%). The predominance of productivity in the second half (53.9%) over the first half (46.1%) was established. Championship leaders demonstrate even distribution of goals between halves, which indicates a high level of physical endurance and tactical preparation. The research results can be used to optimize the training process, develop tactical schemes, and improve the effectiveness of attacking actions of elite-level teams.

On the issue of participation in the competition of school initiative budgeting projects for rural schools of the Republic of Crimea based on the results of 3 years (using the example of Leninsky and Pervomaisky districts)
Abstract
the article analyzes the reasons for the participation / non–participation of educational organizations in rural areas of the Republic of Crimea in the competition of school initiative budgeting projects (hereinafter referred to as SchIB), using the example of Leninsky and Pervomaisky districts, outlines the contours of social activity and social apathy. The passive attitude and unwillingness of schools to participate in school initiative budgeting projects is a common problem and does not depend on the region, the size of the city or the population structure. Every educational organization has the opportunity to improve the school's infrastructure, but not all use it. The authors are looking for answers to the following questions: - what are the reasons for the school administration's lack of awareness of the importance, effectiveness and feasibility of improving school infrastructure in accordance with the real demands of participants in the educational process within the framework of the school system? - what is the reason for the passivity of school administrations in organizing work on the school budget, if its main task is to make positive changes in the allocation of the budget of the educational organization? The answers to these questions are at the same time a solution to the problem of attracting citizens to participate in the management of budgetary funds for the improvement of the territories in which they themselves live.

On the assessment comprehensive structure of flat serve technique in tennis
Abstract
the dynamic development of modern tennis necessitates the continuous exploration of new tools and methods to enhance the technical training of athletes at the stage of sports mastery improvement. It is noted that the serve is the only component of a tennis player's game that is independent of the opponent and requires meticulous attention during training sessions [7]. This article proposes a comprehensive approach to evaluating serve technique. The mechanisms for assessing the phase structure of a flat serve are examined, and a scoring scale is developed. Additional control measures are introduced, including the evaluation of ball speed during the serve, as well as the division of the service box into zones and the counting of successful serves into each zone. These methods contribute to a comprehensive and objective assessment of the technical proficiency of tennis players at the stage of sports mastery improvement. The obtained data demonstrate the practical value of research in the field of tennis stroke technique analysis. The study results can be applied by coaches in the training process of tennis players of different genders, ages, and skill levels. These findings may be used to refine serve technique and improve its consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness across various stages of athletic development.

Factors of motivation for teaching dance to children of pre-school age in choreographic groups
Abstract
as part of the study of the considered issues, the authors reveal the essence of the development of preschool children through choreography. The article identifies the main factors of creating motivation for teaching dance to preschool children in choreographic groups. The article also presents scientific and methodological support, which is a priority factor in the development of the preschool education system, ensuring compliance with modern requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation "On Education" and contributing to the creation of an integrated educational process. The key elements of this provision are regulatory and legal documents that define the basic parameters of the educational activities of preschool institutions and create universal foundations for the formation of a model provision in the field of preschool education. A well-structured system of scientific and methodological support contributes to the development of a preschool child's personality, ensuring the balanced development of all its aspects - emotional, physical, creative and moral components. An integrated approach to the perception of education as a whole in this context reduces the likelihood of an imbalance between different areas of development, this creates conditions for the formation of a child's versatile abilities and potential. This situation in choreographic groups demonstrates the need for fundamental changes in approaches to the organization of choreography classes, which ideally go beyond traditional musical and rhythmic games, including many elements (for example, the basics of classical, ballroom and folk dance). The main provisions of the work can be used in the educational process of choreographic groups, as well as various institutions of the additional education system.

Application of electronic resources in teaching philological disciplines at the university
Abstract
digitalization of education is an integral part of the educational process and offers more opportunities for successful learning. There are a number of websites and databases for secondary school teachers that contain electronic educational materials; university teachers can select suitable materials on the Internet based on the content of their course and the hours of the curriculum. This article examines the possibilities of using electronic resources as educational ones when studying philological disciplines at a university. Most often, data from the Internet is used at two stages of the educational process – at the stage of studying new material and at the stage of monitoring and assessing knowledge. At the first stage, teachers can use video and audio materials (for example, to study the biography and work of a writer), excerpts from them, or a combination of them to present a new topic. For linguistic disciplines, visual materials are more often used at this stage – illustrations, graphs, diagrams, and similar materials. At the final stage, ready-made control and measuring materials are used, which can also be integrated into your own course in the Moodle LMS or used as a template for creating your own tests.

The course "Technology of self-organization and effective self-government" as a means of forming the readiness of future lawyers to conduct litigation
Abstract
despite the fact that the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the CPC of the Russian Federation, the CPC of the Russian Federation, and other regulatory documents characterize the principle of competition and equality of the parties as one of the fundamental principles in modern legal proceedings, the Federal State Educational Standard (FGOS) of Higher Education in the field of Law 40.03.01 (bachelor's degree level) does not contain the words "professional competition", "competitiveness", "competition", "competitiveness", "legal dispute". This fact weakens the semantic links between the methodologically important principles of legal science and practice, on the one hand, and the content, as well as relevant teaching technologies in legal education, on the other hand. The training course "Technology of self-organization and effective self-management" is designed to provide pedagogical support to the process of professional self-development of future lawyers. Considering the didactic foundations of the mentioned course in the article, the authors proceed from the fact that competitive interactions, litigation, professional competition, as well as equality of the parties in protecting their legitimate rights and interests, are the natural conditions of professional existence of any practicing lawyer.

Problematic aspects of organizing educational activities with first-year medical students
Abstract
the article discusses the issues of clarifying and improving the methods of psychological support for educational work with first-year medical students. Based on the analysis of trends affecting the effectiveness of innovative methods, the authors conclude that they are subject to limitations and distortions under the influence of economic and social conditions, which is not justified by fulfilling a social order, which is often interpreted in a very simplified form. The existing prerequisites for the disproportion of pragmatic and moral attitudes lead to the need to determine the range of actions aimed at shaping the axiological orientation of yesterday's schoolchildren. The study of the problems associated with the implementation of this task reveals the urgent need to generalize existing methods into an integrated system, which will ensure the success of their interaction. The authors suggest that the development of the questions raised will help to neutralize the negative dynamics of the development of a number of useful initiatives, and in the future will complement some provisions of the methodological system of higher education.

Comparative studies for linguistic purposes: universals vs gramaferents
Abstract
the purpose of the study is to determine the terminological apparatus of linguodidactics for interlanguage analysis for didactic purposes, taking into account the basic concepts necessary to reveal the features of the functioning of speech interference in the Russian language of foreign students. The article examines the theoretical foundations, analyzes the results and reveals the advantages of the functioning of various concepts and terms for unambiguous understanding when used in scientific research. The article analyzes such concepts as “linguistic and linguodidactic universals”, “interferents”, in the aspect of teaching methods of a foreign language, the main part of the article is devoted to the interpretation of the proposed methods of analysis necessary for applying the scientific approach in the research paradigm. The methods existing in the practice of linguistic and didactic analysis: comparative, comparative, contrastive and confrontational, which are often used synonymously, actually require terminological special consideration in terms of their semantic content. At this stage of the research, a semantic analysis is planned in the use of the proposed terms used in various works. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the introduction into research practice of a new terminological apparatus and a developed classification of terms that allow a comprehensive and in-depth description of linguistic and didactic units and their functions. This is necessary for a clear understanding of the phenomena and processes occurring in the speech consciousness of an individual. The diversity and discrepancies of terminology not only complicates the exchange of experience, but also the development of the field of linguodidactics itself. The novelty of the proposed approach lies in stimulating a dialogue between linguists and methodologists whose research is devoted to interlanguage analysis, who traditionally ambiguously consider the use of terminological apparatus either within the framework of linguistics or within the framework of didactics, without providing unified approaches to disclose existing problems. As a result, conclusions are drawn about the need to introduce the relevant concepts of “interferent” and “contrastive analysis”, considered in the aspect of interlanguage, as well as the possibility of using them to strengthen dialogue between researchers both in Russia and abroad.

A methodical approach to dynamic equilibrium, taking into account the center of mass of sledge hockey players in the implementation of technical and tactical actions
Abstract
the article discusses the problem of ensuring dynamic balance among sledge hockey players as a key factor in the effectiveness of technical and tactical actions (TTA). A methodological approach is substantiated, the central element of which is the targeted development and neuromuscular control of the core muscles, with special emphasis on the oblique abdominal muscles, deep stabilizers of the spine and pelvic floor muscles. The role of these muscle groups in maintaining the stability of the athlete's center of mass (CM) in the conditions of constantly changing vectors of external forces characteristic of sledge hockey is analyzed. Specific training techniques are proposed aimed at optimizing dynamic balance and increasing the effectiveness of TTA (maneuvering, throwing, power wrestling).
