Abstract
the article examines the pressing issue of personnel and material-technical support in the educational environment of preschool educational institutions (PEIs) as a key condition for the development of mass sports. The author analyzes the current state of resource provision in PEIs, including the qualifications of teaching staff, availability of sports infrastructure, and equipment. Special attention is given to the influence of these factors on the formation of physical culture in preschool children and their engagement in regular sports activities. Based on the conducted research, the main deficiencies are identified, and recommendations are proposed to optimize the resource provision of PEIs for the effective development of mass sports at the early stages of personality socialization.
