Journalism and law: analysis of legislation in the field of press freedom in Russia and China

Zhao Z.

Abstract

this study is devoted to the analysis of legislation in the field of press freedom in Russia and China in the context of the development of journalism. The relevance of the topic is due to contradictory trends in media regulation in these countries, as well as the need to develop balanced approaches to ensuring freedom of speech and information. The purpose of the work is to identify the features of the legal regulation of journalistic activity in Russia and China, to assess its impact on the functioning of the media. The research used methods of comparative legal and content analysis, systematization and generalization of empirical data. The empirical basis was made up of legislative acts, court decisions, and media publications from 2015 to 2023. It has been established that both countries have a comprehensive system of legal norms regulating the media sphere, while in Russia the emphasis is shifted towards restrictive measures, and in China - strict state control. Trends towards further tightening of media legislation have been identified (the growth rate of the number of restrictive norms in Russia is 1.24, in China – 1.31). It is shown that legal mechanisms are often used to put pressure on independent journalism, which negatively affects the implementation of its functions in society. The results obtained have theoretical value for the development of media law and practical significance for improving law enforcement in this area. It seems promising to explore the possibilities of harmonizing media legislation with international standards, taking into account the national specifics of Russia and China.

A comparative study and implications of Chinese media in the context of globalisation

Zhang Y.

Abstract

this comprehensive analytical work focuses on the multifaceted interplay between Chinese media and globalisation and shows how external global forces are changing traditional paradigms of media functioning in China – both in terms of structure and content. Central to the discourse is the idea that globalisation serves as both a catalyst and a challenge for Chinese media; the study carefully traces the dual role of adaptation to global markets and subsequent transformations in media content that oscillates between conformity to global standards and fidelity to national narratives. Using a comparative methodology, the study highlights significant contrasts with Western media systems, particularly highlighting the pervasive influence of state control in China compared to market-driven, editorially independent media in the West. The authors consider the socio-cultural implications of these global linkages, examining changes in cultural representation, public perceptions of globalised media content and the international implications of China's media strategies. Suggested pathways for Chinese media development include strengthening journalistic independence, harnessing technological innovation, and enhancing content diversity to more holistically portray global and intercultural dynamics. Prospects for further research are broad and point to a deeper understanding of the impact of globalisation on media in different geopolitical landscapes. This study contributes to the broader discourse on media globalisation by providing key insights into the complex interplay between national priorities and global pressures in shaping media landscapes.

"The little man" in Vampilov's drama: a metaphysical aspect

Egorov D.V.

Abstract

this paper aims to analyze the specifics of the semantic and ideological-thematic content of the image of a little man in various works by the famous playwright of the Soviet period A.V. Vampilov. It is argued that the understanding of this image by Vampilov is close to existentialist concepts, despite the fact that the playwright himself was not directly involved in philosophical research in this direction. It is postulated that the image of "a little man" in Vampilov has several different sources of various types, in particular, socio-cultural, socio-psychological and cultural. In addition, it should be noted that the images of little people in Vampilov's dramatic work, in accordance with the principles of critical realism, have as prototypes real types of Soviet society of the 50?60s of the XX century. Parallels are also drawn with how the images of "little people" are presented in classical Russian literature (in particular, in various works written by Pushkin, Chekhov, Gogol), a conclusion is made about the creative continuity between these authors and the artistic method of Vampilov. We will also focus on the metaphysical dimension of this image, emphasizing the depth and universality of human experience in Vampilov's plays.

The study of the dynamics of the physical fitness of athletes bowling sheets during a one-year training cycle

Evdokimov I.M.

Abstract

the main stumbling block in the development of sports skills is competent planning, which is actively discussed both in theory and directly in practical application in sports. This aspect directly correlates with the regularity of athletes' physical fitness and their desire for perfect fitness, factors that determine the planning strategy on the path to success [4]. This study examines the dynamic changes in the physiological reactions of the body of athletes engaged in bowling during a one-year period of intensive training. The key success factor is the quality of athletes' functional training. For an accurate assessment of their physical condition, using an expert assessment and a questionnaire method, it was provided: 1. Determination of the current level of functional readiness of athletes. 2. Monitoring of adaptive processes to specific training loads. 3. Early detection of disorders in adaptation processes. The integral indicator, obtained through expert evaluation, serves as a reliable tool for predicting athletic fitness and the success of athletes in competitions due to its correlation with performance. The effectiveness of the implemented methodology for assessing the functional state of bowling players within the framework of a one-year training cycle confirms its importance for optimizing the training of athletes and increasing their competitiveness [6]. The purpose of the research in this task is a systematic approach to the creation, implementation and maintenance of techniques for a comprehensive analysis of the consistency of functional characteristics of bowling players during annual training periods. Important attention is paid to the scientific substantiation of these methodologies, including theoretical reinforcement and practical assessment of the degree of physical development and athletic fitness of athletes within the framework of this sport.

Preparation of high school students for Olympiads on history

Kropotova T.A.

Abstract

the implementation of the national Concept of education development requires a modern school to train a whole, competitive person who can adjust successfully to the constantly changing world and create a competitive Russian education. One of the tools to reach the goal is to work with gifted children, to build motivation for educational, research and intellectual activities. Participation in the Olympiads is one of the forms of development of educational and cognitive motivation and a way of forming a personality focused on high results of intellectual activity. The preparation of students for the Olympiads is a part of extracurricular work with gifted students that is mandatory nowadays. The system of preparing students to participate in Olympiads is included in the system of methodological work of the school, however, there are no special approaches or specialized structures for preparing for Olympiads for today. Each school decides itself on working with gifted students, based on the methodological resource it has. However, the peculiarities of the Olympiad as a type of intellectual competition have quite specific characteristics that determine the features and along with it the difficulties of preparing for this type of competition. The preparation of students to participate in Olympiads has several difficulties related to specific feature of this type of competition – the unpredictability of the content of tasks. The tasks themselves have typed shapes, but the content, determined by combination of whole historical knowledge, does not allow predicting the approximate content of Olympiad tasks. Even the tasks within the same Olympiad of the qualifying and final stages can be fundamentally different from each other. It is necessary to pay attention to the development of personal qualities of students during their preparation for the Olympiads: diligence, courage, creativity in decision-making, respect for the history of the country and the people who made their mark in history. Summarizing analysis of psychological and pedagogical research on the problem shows that, while preparing students for the Olympiads, teachers arrange work of students intuitively, integrate up-to-date digital resources and platforms that offer students to be prepared for a particular listed Olympiad. Due to these features methodological work on preparing students for Olympiads at secondary schools requires improvement and development of new effective tools. This article presents recommendations related to the arrangement of independent work of students. The article focuses on the arrangement of students to complete different types of logical tasks; to work with historical maps, historical written sources and to prepare for an essay based on specific examples.

Strategy for the formation of a creative personality

Babyuk G.F.

Abstract

in the article, based on the analysis of scientific works and publications of researchers and scientists, we have defined the essence of the concept of the category "education", "continuing education", "creative potential". Our goal is to analyze the possibilities of using modern methodologies to develop the creative personality of a future professional. We have determined that the formation of a creative personality is impossible without the development and implementation of an educational strategy and the solution of socio-cultural problems facing our society. The mandatory conditions for the creation of an educational strategy are the design of the entire education system, taking into account the conditions for the conscious development of the values of teachers and students. We have determined that the richest resource of the state is human potential, which is revealed in the process of creativity and affects a person's professional mobility and career growth. Characteristics of motives and anti-motives of independent physical education activities of university students

Sheenko E.I., Boltovsky A.Y., Nemilostivaya S.G.

Abstract

the purpose of the article is to show the result of studying and subsequent analysis of the motives and anti-motives of independent physical education activities among university students. The novelty of the proposed study lies in a comparative analysis of the reasons that encourage full-time and part-time students to engage in independent physical education, as well as the reasons for a passive attitude to physical education. Based on a survey of students from three universities in different regions of the Russian Federation, the motives were identified, divided for ease of interpretation into 11 groups of motives for physical activity offered by scientific sources (recreational, motor activity, competitive, aesthetic, communicative, cognitive, creative, professionally oriented, administrative, psychologically significant, cultural motives). The anti-motives of physical culture passivity were also identified, which in turn were divided into three groups of reasons for negative motivation of students: psychological, social, and biomedical. The results of the study revealed the role of age and social characteristics in understanding the importance of independent physical activity. Thus, it was revealed that older students who study by correspondence, mostly already engaged in professional activities, are motivated by taking care of their own health, relieving fatigue after a working day, correcting body disorders and trying to get away from the daily routine. For younger full-time students, the leading motives for physical activity are: the desire to have a slim figure (beautiful physique), a change of environment and type of activity, making new acquaintances and strengthening friendships. The research results obtained by the authors of the article can become guidelines for making managerial decisions in correcting the process and content of physical education in higher education institutions, in order to increase the psychophysical capabilities and strengthen the health of future university graduates.

in order for students to integrate physical education into their daily routine on a long-term basis, the initial stage requires careful determination of the optimal training regime. Gradual and systematic learning of exercises lays the foundation for the development of conscious motor reactions; over time, they transform into natural habits thanks to "muscle memory." This ensures the sustainable formation of an active lifestyle for students [2]. The problem of physical inertia of young people acts as a significant obstacle to their full-fledged development. A key condition for maintaining the health and well-being of the younger generation is regular physical activity that promotes the harmonious development of the body. The developed approach to physical education is aimed precisely at overcoming this trend in the framework of ordinary student life. A special feature of this analysis is the identification of an acute problem: modern society is facing a crisis of reduced physical activity, covering all age groups. Medical data emphasize that sedentary lifestyle ranks fourth among the main risk factors for health and life expectancy (8% of the total number of deaths) [8]. This fact clearly indicates the need for immediate steps to increase the physical activity of young people. This study examined the individual characteristics of students' motor activity and determined the impact of physical education programs on them, taking into account individual characteristics [9].

Butyvchenko K.S.

Abstract

this article discusses the concept of fairy tale therapy, its functions, and types. A separate aspect provides examples of the positive effects of this therapy on children and adolescents. The possibilities that a teacher can use when working with students of a particular age group are given. When working with one method of art therapy, the maximum effect is achieved based on the tasks set before starting work. Fairy tale therapy helps not only young children, but also teenagers and adults. It can be used not only by psychologists and psychiatrists, but also by educators. Through speech development lessons in Russian language and literature, where fairy tale therapy can be used, we form students’ richness and imagery, accuracy, clarity and logical speech. By practicing different techniques, students develop comprehensively, immersing themselves in the subject and learning about it from new facets. Fairy tale therapy allows you to solve problems of a different nature: it allows you to form an idea of the overall picture and the inner world of the student; develops the ability to emotional regulation; increases the level of communicative culture; integrates the process of self-knowledge; reduces the level of fear; helps to get rid of phobias, anxiety and aggression; develops the creative component of the student’s personality. Thus, in the course of our work, we get the student’s disclosure from new sides, we record the dynamics of personal growth.

Biological rhythms and adaptation of students’ bodies to physical activity (using the example of recreational jogging)

Plotnikova S.S., Lesheva N.S., Komissarova O.A., Nikolenko O.A.

Abstract

the work suggests ways to optimize the educational and training process with university students, taking into account individual biorhythms. The issue of preserving the health of students is always a priority, and the teacher tries to find new opportunities to solve it. The state of health of students requires the development of new technologies that can raise the level of functional capabilities of the body of students. Coaches and teachers improve the process of physical training of students mainly due to innovative developments in the field of pedagogical activity, and very few mentors take into account the influence of individual biorhythms on the adaptation of their body to the load. We hypothesized that determining their chronotype will help students avoid desynchronization in their daily routine, and this information will enable the teacher to rationally organize the training process. Based on scientific research in the field of psychology and somnology, it is proposed to move away from the traditional classification of chronotopes and use a questionnaire developed by chronobiologist Michael Breus. This test largely takes into account the extremely important personal characteristics of a person. An experiment was conducted with students engaged in recreational jogging to confirm our hypothesis about the rationality of taking into account the biorhythms of students in order to optimally adapt the body of students to physical activity. Based on the data obtained, recommendations were developed for organizing a training regime in accordance with the individual biorhythms of students. The results of the study are applicable for teachers and students not only in the field of physical education, but also when planning a social schedule.

Abstract

the article deals with the development of psychological and emotional readiness of an athlete for competitions which emerges from the process of sports mental training. The psycho-emotional state has a great impact on the activities of young volleyball players, whether during training or during competitive activities. Methods of teaching young athletes to self-regulate their emotional state require systematic training so that athletes can fully master these techniques during training and competition. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of strong-willed qualities that volleyball players should possess: determination and perseverance, a clear understanding of goals and objectives, a positive and stable desire to improve motor skills, hard work, overcome negative, unfavorable emotional states and increased fatigue. Volleyball players must be able to recognize important game situations in time and make informed decisions at critical moments of the game and implement them without hesitation. The authors suggest ways to improve psychological and emotional conditions of children with the aid of correctional methods that incorporate individual features of athletes.

Technical and tactical model characteristics of players of the second sports and functional class in para table tennis

Nozdrunov Y.V.

Abstract

the article discusses a possible scheme for creating technical and tactical model characteristics of athletes of different classes using the example of the second class in para table tennis. There are four main parameters that influence the playing characteristics of an athlete: restrictions according to the considered sports-functional class; the starting position occupied at the table based on the characteristics of the injury and technical means (for classes 1-5); technical elements or groups of technical elements used in the class in question; tactical features of the game. Consideration of each parameter made it possible to create a holistic image of a player of the second class, based on reliable scientific data. Based on the parameters considered it can be stated that the average age of such an athlete is 40 years with the significant spinal and hand function impairment. Initial position is in the middle of the table. The most used stroke is backhand; wheelchair is in the fixed position. The athlete has to hold the wheel of the wheelchair with his non-playing arm during the game for better stability. The speed of the ball is low. The most used technical elements include attack stroke such as drive and defensive strokes such as lob and push.

Abstract

emotional content seems to be the most important component of works of art. The content of musical works becomes feelings and moods inherent in artistic images, which are embodied through various emotional states. The level of formation of the ability to embody the emotional content of music among piano students from the PRC requires a special pedagogical approach, which includes such methods of developing the emotional sphere, emotional hearing and intelligence of musicians, such as introspection, self-awareness, practicing various types of art, performing special exercises and acting trainings, studies and games. A feature of the development of the ability to embody the emotional content of music among students-pianists of the PRC is the expansion of the palette of emotions, experienced by them in the process of perceiving music, therefore, the method of emotional and auditory analysis of works of different nature and work with a dictionary of emotions and feelings was used, associative and multi-artistic methods, practice-oriented strategies for immersion in the emotional and figurative-semantic world of musical works and the development of emotional responsiveness, as well as a method for analyzing means of expressiveness and creating an "emotional score" performed by students.
