Problems of master's degree courses redesign in technical universities

this article analyzes the problems correlated with the redesign of standard e-courses for master students at a technical university. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of statistical tools embedded in LMS MOODLE for analyzing the activities of undergraduates in the framework of the business and professional foreign language course taught in the Master's degree program of the Siberian Federal University. The issues of redesigning the technology of teaching the foreign language in the master's degree are becoming particularly relevant due to the need for high-quality graduate training that meets the demand of the time. The article explores the features of the redesign of the technology of teaching the foreign language to business and professional communication in the magistracy, the distinctive features of the technology of teaching a professional foreign language that require reformatting. The authors of the article analyze the data for the period under study, determine the directions of course redesign and evaluate its impact on increasing the involvement of undergraduates in the educational process and developing their skills that meet the requirements of modern education. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the redesign is promising as a basis for modernizing standard electronic courses for undergraduates at a technical university.
