Developing pre-service teachers' readiness to use artificial intelligence in professional practice
Abstract
the article addresses the urgent issue of forming the readiness of pre-service teachers to use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in their professional practice. The theoretical framework of the study is based on systemic, competence-based, and axiological approaches. On this basis, the authors identify and characterize the key components of this readiness: motivational-axiological, cognitive, and operational-activity. The article presents and tests a pedagogical model aimed at the comprehensive development of these components. Based on the data from a pedagogical experiment involving control and experimental groups, the paper provides evidence of the proposed model's effectiveness. The results of the statistical analysis (?? test) showed significant positive changes in the experimental group across all three components. The study concludes that forming the readiness to use AI is primarily a pedagogical, rather than a technological, task, requiring the development of students' critical thinking and methodological skills. The materials of the article can be valuable for developing and updating teacher education programs.

Diagnostics of the level of motivation for learning among students of agricultural classes in the Kaliningrad region
Abstract
the purpose of this study is to identify the level of motivation for learning and to pre-sent the results of experimental work conducted in agricultural classes in the Kalinin-grad region, functioning as a pilot project for the introduction of specialized agricul-tural education. The experimental activity was carried out during the 2024/2025 aca-demic year using a modified methodology proposed by O.S. Grebenyuk, adapted to the specifics of this study. The diagnosis of motivation to study was carried out in the agricultural classes of the region during the first half of the year. A total of 217 agricultural students participat-ed in the study, who were offered answer forms, where they noted the answers to the researcher's questions. The analysis of the responses allowed students to be divided into four levels of motivation, where the 1st level corresponded to high cognitive mo-tivation and a positive attitude to learning; the 2nd level is characterized by a focus on high results and compliance with social standards.; Level 3 is an average level of cog-nitive abilities with a moderate decrease in motivation; level 4 is characterized by a decrease in motivation and a negative attitude towards learning. As a result, it was found that the vast majority of agricultural students demonstrate a high level of motivation to acquire knowledge. This indicates a pronounced domi-nance of the cognitive component in the structure of their learning activities, as well as the presence of a positive emotional attitude towards the learning process. The results obtained allow us to conclude that the motivational sphere of agroclass students is characterized by significant cognitive orientation and emotional involvement, which is an important factor contributing to their successful development of the educational program and further successful education in specialized educational institutions of the region. In the future, the implementation of the agroclass project will solve the prob-lem of shortage of personnel in the agricultural sector, and will also contribute to the development of rural areas.

The Petersburg text and visual arts: interdisciplinary approaches to the synthesis of arts in secondary school literature education
Abstract
this article addresses the methodology for teaching the Petersburg Text in upper secondary education through the integration of literature and visual arts. The relevance of the study is conditioned by the decreasing motivation for reading among high school students and the urgent need for interdisciplinary approaches that make literary texts more accessible within the cultural experience of adolescents. The methodological framework relies on the principle of the synthesis of arts and on comparative analysis as a tool for correlating literary and visual sources. The empirical corpus encompasses canonical works by A.S. Pushkin, N.V. Gogol, F.M. Dostoevsky, A.A. Blok, A.A. Akhmatova, I.A. Brodsky, among others, as well as a wide range of visual materials from the 18th to the 21st centuries (engravings by A.F. Zubov, watercolors by L.P. Premazzi, graphics by A.N. Benois, M.V. Dobuzhinsky, A.P. Ostroumova-Lebedeva, M.M. Shemyakin, etc.). The article proposes a step-by-step methodological model for working with grades 9–11, which includes comparative assignments, micro-projects, research practices, and the application of digital tools. The results of the pedagogical experiment confirm that the integration of visual arts into the study of literature enhances students’ motivation, fosters the development of cultural and reading competencies, and contributes to the acquisition of 21st-century skills. The prospects of this methodology lie in expanding the range of arts incorporated into literature classes and in its adaptation for supplementary education programs.

Typology of professional choice situations as a didactic framework of the module «Introduction to the pedagogical profession of a teacher»
Abstract
the current stage of training future teachers within the framework of the main professional educational program at the university is being built as a response to the existing contradiction between the need for future teachers to implement pedagogically appropriate behavior and their lack of intellectual, emotional, valuable, practical and creative experience in mastering it. The implementation of this direction leads to the need to include future teachers in the module "Introduction to the teaching profession of a teacher", which, in turn, becomes a didactic framework for their training. The purpose of this module is to form students' holistic understanding of the teaching profession, to foster the need for professional and pedagogical self-education, self-development and self-improvement. The inclusion of future teachers in the solution of motivational-targeted, operational-executive and reflexive-control situations of professional choice allows them to achieve the overall goals of the module, to build strategies for their own development for future teachers.

Comprehensive support of the emotional state of children of participants (veterans) of a special military operation
Abstract
the article is devoted to the urgent and socially significant problem of organizing psychological and pedagogical support and correction of the emotional state of children whose parents participate or participated in a special military operation (SMO). Despite the presence of many scientific publications on related issues, the authors note the lack of specialized studies that detail the specific mechanisms and strategies of psychological and pedagogical support for this particular group of children. An analysis of regulatory documents, domestic and foreign publications, as well as the results of expert surveys was carried out, key areas and effective methods of support were identified. The study resulted in the development of a comprehensive support program based on modern approaches to psychocorrectional work with children exposed to stressful situations. The program covers diagnostics, individual support, educational activities and monitoring of effectiveness. Particular attention is paid to identifying specific difficulties that arise in children exposed to constant stress factors caused by the participation of parents in military operations. A number of innovative approaches and methods are proposed, such as sand therapy, art therapy, sensory-motor integration, cognitive-behavioral treatment and music classes, which help to minimize the negative effects of chronic stress. The authors justify the duration of the program (about 12 months), arguing that it is biologically conditioned by the processes of restoring emotional balance and maintaining sustainable positive changes in the child's behavior and development.

A study of the dynamics of value orientations of students: are there any threats to the country's security?
Abstract
the author presents the results of research on the value orientations of student youth for the period from 1997 to 2024. A comparison of the results of secondary and primary (personally conducted by the author) scientific events made it possible to identify and visually demonstrate the presence of both threats and parameters of the country's security. The author's interpretation of the consideration of values is expressed through a comparison of the initial values with certain historically verified samples and a person's assessment of these values in accordance with the ranks of individual significance. And since values in society are studied through the attitude of subjects to certain actions, phenomena, and processes, the author, presenting certain markers of the relationships faced by modern students, argues the results of the study in a legal context, through an analysis of the legal nature of the concepts of immorality and immorality in one way or another. It is concluded that the inclusion of an axiological methodological block is in demand, which, at the level of formation and development of universal competencies (systemic and critical thinking, intercultural interaction), as well as general professional competencies in the field of building a nurturing educational environment, allows for a conscious understanding of spiritual and moral values, stability in the separation of historically verified values and pseudo-values, relative and absolute values., It is essential for the existence of every human being and for the safety of society and the whole.

Philosophical and anthropological foundations of moral and aesthetic education of the individual in the musical and educational space of the university
Abstract
the article is devoted to identifying and theoretical substantiation of the philosophical-anthropological foundations of moral and aesthetic education of students by means of music in higher education. The study overcomes a narrow methodological approach and substantiates the need to rely on the fundamental categories of philosophical anthropology to understand the essence and mechanisms of the educational process. The methodological basis of the research was theoretical analysis and synthesis of philosophical, musicological and pedagogical works, as well as the hermeneutical method. As a result, key anthropological concepts relevant to music pedagogy (human as “homo audiens”, dialogical being, catharsis) are systematized. The ontological status of music as a unique art form capable of influencing the existential and value structures of the individual is revealed. Based on the analysis, a theoretical model of the educational process integrating the anthropological goal, relevant musical content and dialogical methods has been developed. It is concluded that the effectiveness of moral and aesthetic education is determined by its appeal to the existential foundations of human existence, which opens up new perspectives for designing the educational environment of a modern university.

Factors that determine the competitiveness of young employees of the organization
Abstract
the article investigates the factors determining the competitiveness of young employees in the context of the transition to a knowledge economy. The author analyzes various scholarly perspectives on the interpretation of a specialist's competitive advantages. Moving beyond traditional economic approaches, the study emphasizes psychological, pedagogical, and organizational-cultural determinants. Young specialists are positioned not merely as new entrants but as active transformers of the labor market, introducing new values, digital competencies, and behavioral models. The paper outlines key competitiveness factors, including the structure of professional motivation, meta-competencies (critical thinking, creativity, emotional intelligence), and the level of corporate culture development. The author categorizes these factors into two primary groups: internal and external. Internal factors encompass the individual characteristics of the employee, including their psychophysiological state, professional competencies, personal qualities, value orientations, and ethical principles. External factors are divided into three key subgroups: supporting factors (financial remuneration, effective management, resource provision, job satisfaction, and security), motivating factors (career advancement opportunities, reward systems, recognition of achievements), and demotivating factors (unfair performance evaluation, bureaucratic barriers, unfavorable psychological climate). The research offers practical guidelines for developing programs aimed at the development and integration of young talent. These initiatives are designed to enhance labor productivity and work quality by creating an organizational environment that effectively leverages their potential.

Improving the quality of the educational process through optimizing interdisciplinary links between mathematics and physics
Abstract
in increasing the efficiency of the educational process and improving the quality of students' knowledge, an important role is played by the relationship between the subjects of not only the school educational program, but also the programs of the following stages of education (secondary professional education, higher education institution). The paper shows the problem of inconsistent study of two disciplines, such as physics and mathematics, which form the basis of the natural science block of disciplines, the content of which is closely intertwined with each other. Temporal inconsistencies at each stage of education from school programs to university programs are considered and identified in detail. It is shown that to solve these problems, it is necessary to adjust the educational programs taking into account the "synchronization" of teaching mathematics and physics. In addition, the paper describes in detail the problem of the conceptual apparatus, namely, the difference in the semantic meaning of the same definitions in physics and mathematics. Based on the obtained analysis, an integrated approach is proposed to solve the described problems by optimizing interdisciplinary connections. It has been shown that the implementation of this approach involves close interaction between subject teachers and contributes to improving the quality of learning of educational material, increases the motivation of students to acquire knowledge, which undoubtedly leads to an improvement in the quality of the educational process.

The prospects of an information approach to studying students' creativity
Abstract
in recent decades, many projects have been implemented in the field of education: from the approach in pedagogy to “grow” the external environment and universal achievements into children, through the innovative schools of the 1960s, to tutoring in a school with artificial intelligence in the twenty-first century.AI cannot completely replace teachers, since emotional connection and personal contact remain important aspects of education. However, AI is more promising in comparison between pedagogical methods of studying creativity and new approaches, such as the use of artificial intelligence (AI), within the information approach to learning. Studying creativity is a complex task that requires a multifaceted approach. Both directions: traditional pedagogical and modern technological approach based on artificial intelligence (AI) have their advantages and disadvantages. If we look at the long-term perspective, artificial intelligence really shows significant potential. Artificial intelligence is able to process huge amounts of data much faster and more accurately than the human mind. The information approach to the study of creativity is based on the fact that human creativity is formed and implemented within the framework of the circulation and transformation of information. According to this approach, creativity is the ability of the brain to produce new meanings and connections based on the information received []. The principles of digital socio-humanistic pedagogy create ideal conditions for the implementation of the information approach to creativity, promoting the active assimilation and processing of a large amount of information, the formation of associative networks and the emergence of new ideas.

Teacher training, economic costs and pedagogical effectiveness
Abstract
the modern educational system is undergoing a period of profound transformation related to digitalization, the introduction of new standards, changing pedagogical paradigms and the growing public demand for the quality of educational outcomes. In this context, the issue of the training of teaching staff, on whose professionalism the success of the implementation of the educational policy of the state largely depends, is of particular relevance. The effectiveness of the training of future teachers requires a comprehensive review, including both pedagogical effectiveness and the economic component of this process. One of the key objectives of this study is to identify the relationship between the economic costs of teacher training and the level of their professional effectiveness in the context of the functioning of educational institutions at various levels. The issue of investment in education is traditionally perceived primarily as a factor in creating infrastructure, but practice shows that in order to train an effective teacher, it is necessary to take into account a wider range of costs: from teaching fees and internships to professional development programs, digital content and support mechanisms for young professionals. This article is aimed at substantiating the need for a systematic approach to planning and implementing the costs of training teachers. Based on the analysis of open statistical data, regional programs and opinions of experts in the field of education, the author reveals that there is a relationship between the volume of investments and the qualitative performance of graduates of pedagogical universities, but it is not linear. After reaching a certain level of financial investment, a further increase in investment does not lead to an equivalent increase in pedagogical effectiveness. This means that the key factor is not so much the amount of investments, but rather a competent resource allocation strategy.

Prevention of extremism in the educational environment: gender characteristics of students' propensity to extremist manifestations
Abstract
the article analyzes the importance and necessity of taking into account the gender characteristics of students in the process of implementing pedagogical prevention programs for extremist manifestations in the educational environment of the university, taking into account the peculiarities of perception and response of students of both sexes to the information they receive, their motivational attitudes, and social stereotypes, which helps to increase the effectiveness of this work. Identification and assessment of gender characteristics of a propensity for extremism and dispositions of violent extremism in university students were carried out using the following diagnostic tools: "Screening Method for Diagnostics of a Propensity for Extremism" by R.V. Kadyrov, T.V. Kapustina, E.V. Sadon, A.S. Elzesser; "Scale of Dispositions of Violent Extremism" by D.G. Davydov, K.D. Khlomov. Acomparative analysis of the gender characteristics of a propensity for extremism among students was carried out using the Mann-Whitney U-test. The data obtained allowed us to conclude that male and female students differ significantly in these characteristics: male students are more prone to display attitudes related to the justification of force, aggressive behavioral strategies, destructiveness, and protest activity; female students, on the contrary, demonstrate a lesser expression of such dispositions, which corresponds to both psychological characteristics and social expectations associated with their gender role. The obtained results highlight the importance of taking into account the gender factor in the system of preventing extremist manifestations among students in the educational environment of the university: the need for a gender-oriented approach to the prevention of extremist manifestations among young people is determined when implementing programs aimed at developing tolerance, constructive behavior, and harmonizing interpersonal relations in the student environment.

Key components of the strategic leadership of a school principal working in difficult social conditions
Abstract
in modern educational policy, the problem of managing schools operating in difficult social conditions is becoming particularly relevant. A key role in overcoming educational inequality is assigned to the head of an educational organization, whose leadership position defines the potential of the school as a "social elevator". The article substantiates that traditional management models focused on operational problem solving are ineffective. The development of strategic leadership is required for school leaders working in difficult social conditions. The purpose of the study is to identify the components of strategic leadership that contribute to the development of educational organizations operating in difficult social conditions. The research is theoretical and analytical in nature and is based on a comprehensive analysis of a wide range of scientific sources. The methodological basis was a systematic approach. A set of theoretical methods was applied to solve the problems: theoretical, methodological and comparative analysis. As a result of the research, three interrelated components of the strategic leadership of the school principal were verified and meaningfully disclosed: strategic management, strategic thinking and strategic interaction with the team. It is proved that it is the integration of these components that forms a holistic system that allows a leader not only to respond to the challenges of a complex social environment, but also to actively transform it. The scientific novelty lies in an integrated approach to the analysis of strategic leadership, revealing the complementary nature of the three components and the mechanisms of their integration. The practical significance is determined by the possibility of using the results to develop a model of scientific and methodological support and professional development programs for school principals.
