Phenomenon code-Switching between the Turkish and Abaza languages
Baranova D., Kharatokova M.
Аннотация
the article studies and analyzes the phenomenon of Code-Switching as one of the methods of working with the translation of rare languages. Taking into account the development of digital technologies, in particular, the widespread use of modern technologies, the possibilities of the methodology in the process of translation of different language material are analyzed. The role of influence of the Turkish on Abazi language from the point of view of cultural, mental and lexical features of both languages is substantiated. The theoretical review of the article describes the scientific approaches of the authors to memorializing the essence and peculiarities of translation of the Turkic and Caucasian languages. In the work the research is carried out on the example of borrowings in the Abazа language from Turkish in the names of clothing elements. The scientific novelty of the article is that the knowledge concerning the historically significant cultural heritage, as well as the mental features of peoples through the prism of perception of the phenomenon is updated and clarified. Based on this, conclusions are drawn about the specifics of interaction of texts with sound, pronunciation, use of everyday vocabulary on a ubiquitous basis. The comparison of such a phenomenon with the traditional understanding of usage also allows us to conclude about further prospects for the development of this technique with the combination of classical methods. The results of the study suggest that the phenomenon of polylingualism is widespread among both Abazа and Turkic speakers, within the same conversation, with a common characteristic feature of linguistic behavior.

Linguistic features of Telegram channels of Communist Party deputies
Kuzmin K.
Аннотация
the article provides an overview of the main linguistic features of the texts in the Telegram channels of the deputies of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation: N.A. Ostanina, M.N. Matveyev, I.A. Filatova, S.P. Obukhov, and Yu.V. Afonin. The combination of standard and deviation from the standard is noted as the main linguistic feature of the texts. Standardity is achieved through professional vocabulary and officialese. Originality and a colloquial character are imparted to the language of Telegram channels by lexemes with reduced stylistic coloring, expressive words, vulgarisms, elements of thieves' jargon (among some deputies), phraseological units, as well as a variety of lexical and syntactic expressive devices. Among the tropes, metaphors and epithets predominate, and among the figures, various means of constructing dialogicity through interrogative sentences are used: rhetorical questions, question-and-answer constructions, and chains of questions. It is important for MPs to create an atmosphere of conversation, lively discussion, and direct communication with voters in their Telegram channels. The language of the Telegram channels analyzed is generally correct, but stylistic inaccuracies and punctuation errors do occur. It is concluded that the combination of standard and colloquial speech in MPs is not a coincidence, but a well-thought-out strategy that allows them to effectively perform their professional duties and communicate with voters. This makes their speech more flexible and adaptable to various communication situations.

Prospects for the formation of professional ethics of Chinese journalists in the digital age: between ethical absolutism and ethical relativism
Chen H.
Аннотация
in this article, the author analyzes the problems of the functioning of professional ethics of journalists in the context of transformations associated with the advent of the digital age. The problems of Chinese journalism in connection with the fundamental transformations that have occurred due to the advent of the information era are highlighted. The main attention in the article is paid to the problem of the relationship between traditional ethical norms and ethical relativism, spreading in the media environment of China in connection with the growing commercialization of the media. The ambivalent nature of the influence of Confucian ethics on modern Chinese culture is emphasized, along with the generally recognized positive aspect of the formation of the principles of social morality, which manifests itself in the journalistic environment. In this context, the concept of social morality is defined, its main universal characteristics are identified, and the features of the traditional Chinese interpretation of the social moral ideal are revealed. Despite the continuing influence of collectivist values of service to the good of society, mercantilism associated with the commercialization of Chinese media is widespread in the Chinese media environment, along with the possibilities of mass income through the digital environment and its increase through deviations from the high moral ideal of the professional ethics of a journalist. The article shows that at the same time there is no simple equation between commercialization or technological changes and the weakening of journalistic ethics. Existing domestic and foreign studies show that professional ethics in China is far from unified and coordinated. In conclusion, it is concluded that in the context of the onset of a digital - a fundamentally new era in the history of world and Chinese journalism, it is necessary to seek a fundamentally new balance between ethical traditional absolutism and the ethical relativism popular today.

A study of medium gastronomic discourse: how the language of culinary shows and advertising shapes the perception of food
Efimova Y.
Аннотация
the article explores the phenomenon of gastronomic media discourse in the modern Russian media space. Three main models of culinary presentation are analyzed: gastronomic blogs, television shows and advertising texts. Based on a comprehensive content analysis, the characteristic features of each model are identified, including the specifics of language design, stylistic techniques and mechanisms of influencing the audience. Special attention is paid to the study of emotional and evaluative components and their role in shaping consumer preferences. The paper shows that modern gastronomic discourse goes beyond the simple transmission of culinary recipes, becoming an important element of cultural communication. It demonstrates how various media formats form sustainable eating habits, convey values, and create new cultural meanings related to food. The research is based on an analysis of posts by gastronomic bloggers, transcripts of popular TV shows and promotional materials from leading Russian brands. The results of the work can be useful for specialists in the field of media communications, marketing and cultural studies. The significance of the research is determined by the growing role of gastronomic topics in modern media and its influence on the formation of food habits and cultural preferences of society, which makes this issue relevant for a wide range of researchers.

To the question about the case system of the Kumandin language
Bolotbek k.
Аннотация
the article is devoted to a comparative description of the evolution of the case system of the Kumandin language over roughly eighty years and fills the gap in systematic studies of this idiom. The aim is to clarify the inventory of cases, their morphological formatives, and their functional?semantic domains in comparison with classical and contemporary descriptions. The relevance lies in the need for a unified paradigm for further documentation and preservation of the language, as well as for typological generalizations within South Siberian Turkology. The novelty consists in a consolidated analysis of affixation and the grammaticalization of postpositions. The research question concerns the dynamics of the inventory and distribution of functions. Indicators of stability and the directions of systemic shifts are tested. The material derives from published grammatical descriptions and a corpus of examples representing simple, possessive, and pronominal declensions. The methodology includes paradigmatic alignment, inventorying of affixes with regard to phonologically conditioned allomorphy, comparison of functions in constructions of subject, object, and adverbial roles, as well as mapping of spatial and non?physical meanings. Criteria of grammaticalization of postpositions are applied on the basis of stress, derivational productivity, and loss of lexical autonomy. The analysis relies on systematic comparison of forms and meanings with control of diachronic changes. Descriptive and elementary quantitative procedures are employed for verification. The results show the stability of six basic cases in the classical description alongside the establishment of a seven?member paradigm in modern grammar, due to the inclusion of the comitative?instrumental format. The status of the possessive?genitive is specified, with regular distribution of allomorphs according to phonological context. The directional?dative demonstrates an expanded set of markers, the locative covers temporal interpretation, and the ablative preserves the polysemy of origin and source. A shift of postpositions such as la/le, byla/bile toward affixal behavior is noted. In the pronominal paradigm, analogical leveling and convergence with nominal declension are observed, while idiosyncratic forms are retained.

The translation and dissemination of "The Classic of Tea" in Russia
Feng K.
Аннотация
this study is fundamentally positioned as an act of methodological transcendence. Its goal is not to catalog the various translated versions of the "The Classic of Tea," but rather to analyze its semiotic biography in Russia-that is, the process of its transformation from a foreign text into an element of the cultural landscape. The novelty of the work is claimed to have a three-tiered structure. At the first level, it abandons a linear historical narrative in favor of a multidimensional model that describes how historical transmissions condition contemporary interpretative strategies. At the second level, the focus shifts to the operation of "cultural reconstruction"-a set of translation techniques designed to provoke semantic adaptation (for example, the radical recoding of the concept of "tea ceremony"). At the third, macro-level, the text is examined as a commodity (the logic of the publishing market), as an event (festivals, exhibitions), and finally, as a factor in the collective imagination. This perspective allows the dissemination of the "Classic" to be interpreted not as a passive penetration, but as an active, dialogic process directly relevant to the technologies of cultural influence and diplomacy.

Synchronous and comparative analysis of stable units with verbs of speech in English and Russian
Azizova L.
Аннотация
the work provides a synchronous comparative analysis of stable units with verbs of speech in English and Russian. Stable units are defined as reproducible stable verbal complexes. The paper calculates equivalent and non-equivalent stable units with verbs of speech. The main components in these stable units are the verbs of speaking. In English, this is to talk, to say, to speak, to tell. In Russian, to speak, to say. They have great compatibility and form a large number of stable units in both languages. According to our calculations, there are from 30 to 55 stable units with speaking verbs in the studied languages. This indicates their activity in oral and written speech. A significant number of stable units with verbs of speech are associated with the history and cultural values of native speakers. Some of them are related to toponymic names. These are the so-called geographical idioms. Among the studied stable units of both languages, equivalent, non-equivalent types are noted.

Adaptation of Turkish slang expressions for the Russian-speaking audience (based on the TV series A?K 101)
Alyev E.
Аннотация
the aim of this study is to identify the peculiarities of Turkish youth slang and to analyze the ways of its adaptation for Russian-speaking audiences, using the modern Turkish TV series A?k 101 as material. The article explores the linguistic and cultural aspects of slang functioning within film discourse as a reflection of contemporary youth speech practices. Particular attention is paid to the main mechanisms of slang word formation – morphological, semantic, phonological, and reduplicative – and to the specific features of their translation into Russian. The research objectives include determining equivalent translation strategies for slang expressions, analyzing the preservation of expressiveness and cultural connotations, and identifying the challenges of interlingual interpretation of informal speech elements. The practical significance of the study lies in the applicability of its findings in teaching Turkish as a foreign language, in translation studies, and in courses on linguoculturology, sociolinguistics, and audiovisual translation. The materials of this article may be useful for teachers, translators, and researchers interested in the peculiarities of youth language and intercultural communication within film discourse.

Some aspects of the phonetic and vocabulary parallels of the Abaza and Bask languages
Petrusenko E., Kharatokova M., Gudkova V.
Аннотация
the Proto-Basques and Proto-Caucasians, occupying the most favorable regions, formed the main original ethnic population of the Mediterranean, including the Abkhaz-Adyghe peoples, even before the arrival of the Hamito-Semitic and Indo-European tribes. In the Caucasus, the North-Western Caucasus stands out for its ancient culture, which is similar to that of the Mediterranean countries. According to our hypothesis, the dolmen culture in the Caucasus is associated with the Celts or related peoples. It is assumed that the Basques were among the first to leave their ancestral homeland and move westward, preserving many glosses from the proto-language in the basic vocabulary of their language. A semantic study of the animal terminology in the Abaza and Basque languages revealed significant differences in phonetics and vocabulary. However, it is important to note that a comparative analysis of the everyday vocabulary in the Abaza and Basque languages revealed the following: 1. The two languages share a similar phonetic structure. 2. The same root basis of individual words. Due to the lack of verification data on the relationship between the Abkhaz-Adyghe languages and the Basque language, it is not possible to classify the Basque language as a member of the Sino-Caucasian macrofamily. It is necessary to expand the scope of research to analyze their lexical unity and real connections using paleolinguistic methods, as well as to understand the worldview reflected in the aspects of theogony, enotheism, and paganism.

The functions of thanatological motifs in the novel "Notes of a Doctor" by V.V. Veresaev
Bakhareva V., Kuznetsova A., Algunova Y., Safonova A.
Аннотация
the article examines thanatological motifs in V.V. Veresaev's biographical novel "Notes of a Doctor", as well as describes their functions in the work. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the first chapters of the story, where the category of death is mentioned in the context of the medical student's education, the formation of his professional identity and the understanding of medical ethics. It is shown that thanatological motifs perform not only plot-forming, but also epistemological, ethical, anthropological and conceptual functions, forming a system of artistic and philosophical coordinates of the text. The article uses motivic and narratological analysis, as well as reliance on the philosophical and cultural tradition of studying the category of death.

Chinese riddles in the digital age: contemporary trends of genre transformation
Gavrilyuk M., Andreeva P.
Аннотация
the article examines the differences between traditional and digital forms of Chinese riddles (?? and ??), representing a crucial step in understanding the transformation of this folk genre in the digital age. The comparative approach reveals how modern technologies reshape the genre's structural composition, lexical-stylistic patterns, and functional properties. The research demonstrates that digital riddles undergo significant degradation of imagery complexity, poetic richness, and cultural content compared to traditional exemplars, being reduced instead to simplified wordplay and marketing tools. The study concludes by identifying key trends toward formal simplification, reduced cognitive demands, and altered genre functions. This evolution necessitates re-examination of genre boundaries in digital environments.

The structure and composition of composite word formation in the German language
Guseynova M.
Аннотация
the article discusses issues related to the structure and composition of composite words in the German language. The description of complex German words requires a comprehensive analysis. Composite words occupy one of the prominent places in the vocabulary of this language. There are many nouns, adjectives and verbs in the composition of complex words. The vocabulary of this language is supplemented by a significant number of complex words belonging to these parts of speech. Definitional, compositional, and complex syntactic formations are noted between the components of complex substantives. The semantic and syntactic feature of determinative complex substantives is the subordination of the first component to the second. Composite nouns of the compositional type are formed from equal parts. This type and type of complex syntactic composites are less common. Complex adjectives are formed in the language under consideration using approximately the same method as complex nouns. Compound verbs in this language are shifts of the determinative type, the first component of which narrows the meaning of the second component.

Peculiarities of translation errors of students of electric power engineering specialties
Fomichenko A., Ryzhkov K.
Аннотация
the article attempts to study the peculiarities of translation errors of students of electric grid and energy specialties. In the course of the research, the main focus was on the analysis of both lexical and grammatical errors, which are often found in student translations of technical texts related to this field. During the study, it was revealed that students studying in areas related to the electric power industry often make mistakes, which are largely due to insufficient knowledge of technical terminology. This leads to the incorrect use of specialized words and phrases, which, in turn, makes it difficult to understand the text. In addition, errors related to a lack of understanding of the grammatical structure of the English language were noted, which also affects the quality of translation. Students sometimes misinterpret specialized information, which may be due to lack of experience working with technical texts in a foreign language. The results of the study are of practical importance for improving the teaching methods of technical translation and improving the quality of translator training in this field.

Rhetorical strategies of metaphor use in the pre-election discourse of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation
Cao L.
Аннотация
the article examines the rhetorical strategies of metaphor use in the pre-election discourse of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of programmatic documents, speeches, and campaign materials, the study identifies key metaphorical models reflecting the ideological concept of social justice: struggle as war, the people as an organism, the economy as a house, and Russia as a living being. It is established that metaphor in communist discourse performs cognitive, argumentative, and mobilizing functions, ensuring the formation of collective identity and ideological continuity. The research confirms that metaphor serves not only as an expressive device but also as a tool for conceptualizing political reality, strengthening the party’s communicative influence on the electorate.

The development of modern media technologies for covering youth policy issues, taking into account the national characteristics of the regions of Russia
Shakalov I.
Аннотация
the article examines the transformation of media technologies in the context of youth policy coverage with an emphasis on taking into account the national and cultural characteristics of the regions of the Russian Federation. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to develop targeted communication strategies that, on the one hand, correspond to the all-Russian goals of patriotic education, and on the other hand, resonate with the local identity and values of youth. Based on a comparative analysis of practices in a number of federal districts (including a detailed analysis of cases from the Southern Federal District), successful models and systemic problems have been identified. The methodology includes content analysis of regional media, expert interviews and case study. As a result, practical recommendations and programmatic initiatives have been developed to integrate modern media trends (such as immersive storytelling, gamification, and the use of artificial intelligence for content targeting) into patriotic and motivational projects. Specific legislative initiatives aimed at stimulating the creation of high-quality local history media content and supporting media literacy among young people are proposed.

The competition of variant grammatical forms in a business text
Avdevnina O.
Аннотация
the article is devoted to the analysis of the functioning of parallel grammatical forms in a business text, grammatical and semantic correctness and expediency of choosing certain options among others. The long-term practice of editing the texts of internal documents led the author to the need to compare the grammatical variants functioning in them with those systemic patterns in the occurrence and implementation of grammatical variation, which are noted in dictionaries and grammars. The numerical forms of abstract nouns and specific forms of two-type verbs became the subject of the analysis. The purpose of the study is to analyze the consistency in language and the functioning of grammatical variability in speech, correlation by number in the group of nouns of abstract semantics and correlation by type of two–species verbs. Materials and methods. The work uses a set of research methods, the leading of which is the system-functional method, which involves the projection of the system properties of a language unit on their implementation in speech. Grammatical variation is considered from the point of view of the conditionality of the grammatical features of the analyzed vocabulary by its lexical semantics, context conditions and individual stylistic properties of the analyzed material, which are numerical forms of abstract nouns and specific forms of bispecific verbs highlighted in business texts. Results. The semantic, grammatical and contextual patterns of the systematic and incorrect functioning of grammatical variants have been identified, which consist, in the author's opinion, in the competition of two vectors of native speakers' linguistic competence: grammatical thinking, which determines model formation even in atypical cases, and speech inertia opposed to it, which ignores the consistency of inflection in favor of incorrect use. The theoretical and practical significance of the research lies both in deepening scientific understanding of the phenomenon of grammatical variation and the specifics of its implementation in speech, grammar of nouns and verbs, and in accumulating material to clarify grammatical norms and develop recommendations for the compilation and editing of business texts.

Vocabulary enrichment as a linguacultural problem (based on J. Brandreth's Scrabble game publication)
Lukin D.
Аннотация
the paper examines the linguodidactic aspect of teaching English using the example of translating new words and expressions in the game "Scrabble" into Russian. The author conducts a comparative analysis of linguocultural neologisms based on the works of the English writer and journalist J. Brandreth and definitions from the Collins Scrabble Dictionary in order to determine the most successful approach to teaching a foreign language (English) and replenish the vocabulary of the Russian-speaking audience in the educational environment. The need for a comprehensive consideration of the game element in the study of foreign language vocabulary, both through literary sources and with the involvement of third-party resources, in particular, online communities on this game is emphasized. It is determined that the author's dictionary compiled by J. Brandreth gives a superficial idea of neologisms due to the modest volume of the sources studied. Along with this, the importance of introducing into practice the possibilities of expanding vocabulary through a special dictionary and in-depth study of online sources as a constantly expanding lexical base of the English language is underlined.

National thinking as a cognitive factor in the development of RFLby Chinese students: linguistic and cultural aspect and principles of learning
Li W.
Аннотация
this paper is devoted to the problem of national and cultural specifics of teaching Russian to Chinese students, in the process of which the connection between the language being studied and the national thinking of not only the Russian, but also the Chinese people is revealed. For Chinese students, whose language and cognitive systems are radically different from the Russian system, achieving linguistic and cultural competence is fraught with special difficulties that go beyond purely linguistic errors. National thinking, understood as a historically formed, culturally conditioned way of perception, categorization and understanding of the world by a group of native speakers of a particular language, acts as a key cognitive filter through which a Chinese student perceives the Russian language and culture. Ignoring this factor leads not only to a superficial command of the language, but also to deep communication failures, misunderstanding of cultural connotations, pragmatic norms and value attitudes of native Russian speakers. The problem is compounded by the fact that many mistakes made by Chinese students due to differences in national thinking are often interpreted by teachers as a result of insufficient language practice, rather than as a manifestation of deep cognitive and cultural differences. Thus, taking into account such a cognitive factor as national thinking becomes an imperative for improving the effectiveness of teaching RCT to Chinese audiences and achieving genuine mutual understanding in intercultural dialogue.

The specifics of intensive derivation and semantic transformations of speech during the formation of the Donetsk People's Republic as an example of the living process of the development of the modern Russian language
Moskovskaya T.
Аннотация
the events of recent years related to Ukraine's open military aggression against the residents of Donbass, which took place between 2014 and 2024, created a unique linguistic situation that reflected a creative rethinking of linguistic realities, as a result of which new word forms appear and the meanings of existing words change. The novelty of the work consists in fixing speech neoplasms, explaining their meanings, and compiling an explanatory dictionary of thematic neologisms (160 lexical units) that appeared in the Russian language in the Donetsk region over the 10 years from 2014 to 2024. and related to the military-political situation. All the collected words are missing from the Russian language tradition, but they are often used in a certain territory at a specific time period. The identified lexical units will either gain a foothold in the language or disappear altogether. It is possible to further study and systematize them, which will have a positive impact on the study of the linguistic picture on a historical scale. The material in this study may be useful to linguists, journalists, writers, and anyone interested in the history of language development.

Expressive syntactic means of conveying consolation intention in literary dialogue of contemporary Russian prose
Shi L.
Аннотация
this article examines expressive syntactic constructions as means of conveying the emotion of consolation in literary dialogue within contemporary Russian prose. The study aims to identify communicative strategies of consolation and describe their realization through various syntactic models. The research objectives include: classifying communicative strategies of consolation in literary discourse; determining the functions of expressive syntactic constructions in creating consolatory effects. The methodology employs continuous sampling, quantitative analysis, and contextual analysis, enabling systematic categorization of examples from works by G. Yakhina, E. Chizhova and A. Ivanov. The analysis reveals that consolation is realized through diverse syntactic means: repetition, direct address, inversion, parcellation, rhetorical questions and exclamations, communicemes, and aposiopesis. Each device serves specific functions—from rational explanation and attention redirection to creating intimate communicative atmospheres and emotional convergence. The study establishes repetition and inversion as the most productive strategies for expressing consolation, enhancing encouragement effects and reducing emotional tension. The practical significance lies in applying these findings to linguopragmatics, communicative stylistics, and teaching Russian as a foreign language. The results contribute to deeper understanding of verbal influence mechanisms and expand knowledge about expressive syntax functions in literary texts.

Comparative analysis of thematic classes of phraseological units in English and Russian
Dibirova A., Zalevskaya T.
Аннотация
the paper considers the thematic classes of English and Russian languages. A comparative research method is used for this purpose. It is noted that the vocabulary of any language consists of many internal connections based on the similarity or commonality of functions of processes or objects. Phraseological units form thematic classes. The components of these thematic classes are part of many phraseological units of the studied languages. The FE of both languages differ in approximately the same fullness. Among the studied thematic groups included in the phraseological units of both languages, there are many similar phrases. A number of components included in some thematic classes are missing in English or Russian. These differences show the place, time, and conditions of origin of phraseological units among native speakers of each of these languages. Differences are also found in the descriptions of native speakers of these languages. When describing a person, the British note such negative traits as tediousness and greed, while Russians note sloppiness and drunkenness. The differences are due to national specifics, as well as climatic and economic conditions.

An old dream and nightmare: spatial images in the works of Nikolai Gogol
Zheng W.
Аннотация
this study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of spatial images in the works of Nikolai Gogol, focusing on the binary opposition between the “old dream” of the Ukrainian village and the “nightmare” of the city (St. Petersburg and provincial towns) as key vehicles of social criticism. The goal of the work is to reveal how Gogol's poetics of space serve as a tool for diagnosing the social pathologies of 19th-century Russia: serfdom, the bureaucratic system, and the split in national identity in the era of modernization. The methodological basis is a synthesis of spatial analysis, the structural-semiotic method, and the sociocultural approach based on the writer's key texts (Dead Souls, The Overcoat, The Inspector General, Evenings on a Farm Near Dikanka, etc.). The results of the study demonstrate that Gogol created a complex system of spatial metaphors, stratification, and climatic images, which not only had lasting literary significance, anticipating the development of the “Petersburg text” and magical realism, but also remains relevant today. The conclusions of this work can be applied in contemporary literary studies, cultural studies, and social philosophy to analyze phenomena such as digital bureaucracy, the crisis of identity in a globalizing world, and new forms of social alienation in an urban environment.

Interlinguistic homonyms and methods of translating them into Russian (based on the German language)
Arsakhanova M., Shabazova A., Gatsaeva A.
Аннотация
this article examines the phenomenon of homonymy in modern German, as well as methods of translating interlingual homonyms. Despite a vast number of definitions, there is no precise definition of homonymy. Homonymy poses serious challenges to the study, teaching, and use of foreign languages. Many linguists disagree on whether homonymy brings more benefit than harm. Some scholars believe that homonyms are a form of polysemy, while others distinguish between the two concepts. The speech phenomenon of "interlingual homonyms" most often occurs among nouns, adjectives, and verbs. Depending on the nature of the discrepancy, interlingual homonyms are subdivided into: words verbalizing different objects and phenomena in two languages; words verbalizing identical objects and concepts but with different connotations; words with the same meaning but different stylistic connotations; words whose meanings coincide in both languages but whose equivalents when reproduced in another language may only be in certain phrases. Interlingual homonyms in different languages may belong to the same or different parts of speech. There are words with similar or identical meanings in all analyzed languages, and with meanings that do not coincide in either German or Russian.

The willingness of students of pedagogical specialties to practice in children's health camps as counselors
Volkova Y., Katkova T.
Аннотация
the relevance of the study is due to the increased requirements for the preparation of students of pedagogical specialties to work in children's health camps, where the counselor performs not only organizational and leisure, but also significant educational functions. Modern educational programs often do not take into account the specifics of such activities, which reduces the level of readiness of students. This is especially evident in the conditions of the Republic of Crimea, where it is necessary to take into account cross-cultural and regional peculiarities. The purpose of the study was to analyze the level of students' willingness to work as counselors and to offer recommendations for improving their professional competencies. Materials and methods. The study used regulatory documents, professional standards, methodological recommendations on the organization of camps, as well as scientific publications on preparing students for leadership activities. The methods of documentary and content analysis, systematization of statistical data and comparison of the requirements of the professional standard with the conditions of students' training were applied. Results and discussions. It is established that students have basic knowledge in the field of pedagogy, psychology, leisure activities and child safety, but their practical readiness develops unevenly. Special difficulties arise when managing a children's team, working with children with disabilities and in conditions of intercultural interaction. In the Republic of Crimea, the specifics of the camps require additional competencies related to the climatic and ethnocultural characteristics of the region. Conclusions. The results of the study confirm the need for systematic pre-practical training of students. The author suggests the introduction of the "Counselor School" module, the use of diagnostic admission cards, the development of mentoring and partnerships with camps. These measures will increase the level of readiness of students, reduce the risk of professional burnout and ensure a high-quality organization of the educational process in the camps.

Diagnosis of the imagination of students with intellectual disabilities in the context of studying geographical material
Lyashenko A., Lyashenko A.
Аннотация
the development of imagination in students with intellectual disabilities is one of the key tasks of correctional education, since this process occupies a central place in the structure of cognitive activity. However, in the practice of special schools, purposeful work on its correction, especially in high school, often remains unsystematic. During the ascertaining experiment conducted in the 2024/2025 academic year on the basis of Kerch Special Boarding School (n=51), the author’s diagnostic technique was applied. The methodology included three series of tasks aimed at assessing reproductive imagination based on geographical material: 1) creating an image based on the listened text; 2) creating an image based on text and illustrations; 3) creating an image based on decoding the terrain plan. The analysis of the results was carried out according to adapted criteria with the allocation of four quality levels (low, medium, sufficient, high). The results of the ascertaining stage revealed a critically low level of development of reproductive imagination. The vast majority of students showed low (40%) and medium (48.6%) levels. The works were characterized by fragmentation, stereotyping, emotional poverty of images, inability to synthesize elements into a complete picture. There is no positive trend from 6th to 9th grade. The most difficult tasks were those requiring work with abstract symbolic information (terrain plan). None of the subjects achieved a high level of performance. It is established that the existing educational process in a special school does not provide the necessary conditions for the correction of imagination. The results confirm the need for targeted, systematic remedial work integrated into the content of academic subjects, in particular geography, which has significant potential to solve this problem. The developed diagnostic technique makes it possible to identify specific difficulties and serves as the basis for designing a correctional program.

Comparison of concepts, structure and methods of music teacher training in China and Russia: reconstruction based on historical context and the curricular paradigm
Hongzheng Z.
Аннотация
from the perspective of comparative pedagogy, this article applies the five-component framework "concept – structure – goals – curriculum – methods" to systematically compare and logically reconstruct music teacher training in China and Russia. It is established that the Chinese approach emphasizes "ethical and aesthetic education (liyue) – synthesis of national and Western traditions – practice-oriented approach," while the Russian approach emphasizes "personal development – multi-level professonalization – a combination of individualization and practice". The exchange of historical experience stimulated China's transition from a discipline-centric model to a student-centered paradigm, which was accompanied by the integration of educational technologies. Three applied areas are proposed: restructuring modular courses based on a competency-based approach; developing a closed "microlesson – master class" cycle; and cointegrating national musical tradition and digital technologies to simultaneously enhance artistic culture and pedagogical competencies.

Problems of implementing scientific-methodological and psychological knowledge in teachers’ pedagogical practice
Parshutina L., Yurchuk O.
Аннотация
the issue of integrating scientific-methodological and psychological knowledge into teachers’ practice has become more urgent against the backdrop of educational modernization and the demands of evidence-based pedagogy. The aim of the study is to identify barriers and resources for implementing such knowledge, to assess the influence of teachers’ basic educational background on their competencies, and to substantiate a model for purposeful development. The research questions concern the hierarchy of obstacles, differences between teachers with pedagogical and non-pedagogical backgrounds, as well as the effectiveness of training and support formats. The novelty lies in the simultaneous consideration of scientific-methodological and psychological components as a unified integrated teacher competency. A hierarchy of barriers was established: lack of time to study scientific-methodological and psychological materials, weak initial preparation, and absence of methodological support; teachers with non-pedagogical backgrounds showed significantly greater difficulties and expressed the greatest need for integrated programs. Irregular use of academic journals and databases, as well as a lack of skills in critical analysis and adaptation of research findings, were noted. Significant correlations were found between motivation for development and integrated competency, and between the scientific-methodological and psychological components. Mentorship, long-term programs, and professional communities were identified as the most effective; participant observation revealed underutilization of evidence-based practices.

Designing the process for developing teachers' professional creative activity in the context of information diversity
Khachaturova K.
Аннотация
the article is devoted to the urgent problem of designing a systematic process for the development of teachers' professional creative activity in the context of the challenges of the modern digital era. Information diversity, on the one hand, opens up unprecedented opportunities for pedagogical innovations, and on the other hand, creates risks of information overload and formal use of technologies. The purpose of the study is to develop and theoretically substantiate a model for the process of developing teachers' professional creative activity, adapted to the conditions of information diversity. Research methods include theoretical analysis of scientific literature on pedagogical design, the psychology of creativity, and the digitalization of education, as well as methods of synthesis, generalization, and modeling. The results of the study consist in proposing a three-stage process model, including diagnostic-motivational, project-activity, and reflective-corrective stages. The model systematically links the development of a teacher's digital competencies with their motivation for creativity, practical activities in creating innovative educational products, and reflection on their own professional growth. Conclusions: The proposed model allows for a transition from a spontaneous and episodic to a purposeful and managed process of developing teachers' creative activity. It is emphasized that the effectiveness of this process directly depends on the creation of a special supportive environment in the educational organization that stimulates pedagogical search, cooperation, and professional self-improvement.

Authenticity problem of educational content created by university students
Kovaleva I.
Аннотация
this article addresses the current problem of recognizing texts generated by artificial intelligence (AI) in academic environment. With the widespread adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) technologies, such as large language models and chatbots, in the educational process, teachers in higher education are faced with the need to distinguish original author’s content from AI-generated works. The article tells how to recognize text generated by a neural network from the one written by students independently, without the use of specialized software. The most popular tools for tracking AI-generated texts are also presented. This article presents a detailed analysis of the characteristic features of texts generated by neural networks, including limited use of synonyms, frequent word repetition, an abundance of clich?s, information incoherence between paragraphs, a lack of emotional depth, humor, and personal experience, inappropriate use of metaphors, and the potential presence of logical errors and fictitious facts, as well as the absence of spelling and punctuation errors. Using real written works of students majoring in non-linguistic specialties at South Ural State University (SUSU), we demonstrate methods and techniques for determining whether the author's content is original or generated using a neural network. We also discuss the educational processes in which the use of AI is justified and facilitates the students’ learning process, and those in which AI-generated learning outcomes are unacceptable. A conclusion is drawn concerning the appropriateness and extent of using neural networks in text generation.

The use of art synthesis in extracurricular activities of schoolchildren (on the example of the concert-performance "In the Footsteps of E. Grig")
Danilova D.
Аннотация
this work presents the author's understanding of the use of the synthesis of arts in extracurricular activities for schoolchildren, which is a fusion of the following art forms: music (piano performance), visual arts (sand animation, painting and graphics, and decorative and applied arts), design and creation of concert costumes, poetry, and elements of theatricalization and choreography. Using the example of the author's concert-performance "In the Footsteps of Edvard Grieg," which includes all the aforementioned components of the synthesis of arts, we were able to transform this experience into a unified and holistic work of art with new and unique aesthetic and semantic characteristics. Based on this, we have developed special pedagogical conditions that ensure the successful use of the synthesis of arts in extracurricular activities for students: building the learning process according to the principles of art pedagogy; inclusion of the synthesis of arts in the educational process based on the disclosure of the figurative nature of art; inclusion of a comparative study of the language means of music (melody, rhythm, tempo, dynamics, timbre, register, mode, etc.) and visual arts (composition, color, form, artistic and figurative expressiveness, stylization, decorativeness, etc.) in the curriculum; combination of methods of music pedagogy, art pedagogy, and the synthesis of arts. These pedagogical conditions are presented in this article.

Stylistic functions of phrasal verbs in English and their rendering in Russian translation
Kabaloeva I.
Аннотация
the paper is devoted to the study of the stylistic functions of phrasal verbs in modern English and to the specifics of their rendering into Russian. Phrasal verbs, which combine grammatical and lexical levels, perform not only nominative but also expressive, colloquial, and idiomatic functions, shaping the author’s individual style. The relevance of the research is due to their high frequency in fiction and journalistic discourse, where they create narrative dynamism and naturalness, and to the difficulty of selecting adequate equivalents in translation. The aim of the study is to identify regularities in the functioning of phrasal verbs and to determine optimal translation strategies. The methodological framework includes a corpus analysis of 250 examples from English-language novels and articles from «The Guardian» and «The New York Times», as well as an experiment with philology students. It was found that colloquial, expressive, and especially idiomatic phrasal verbs, whose meanings cannot be inferred from their components, present the greatest challenge. The analysis showed that professional translators more often resort to equivalent verbs and stylistic adaptation, which ensures the preservation of the author’s intention, whereas students tend to rely on literal translation. Typical errors in rendering emotionally colored expressions have been identified, and practical recommendations have been proposed to improve translator training, including the creation of comparative corpora and active use of contextual equivalents. The results contribute to translation theory and practice, help develop effective teaching methods, and can be used in university courses on stylistics and translation studies.

Methodological foundations for designing a meta-strategy for the development of teachers' professional creative activity
Khachaturova K.
Аннотация
the article is devoted to the development of methodological foundations for designing complex systems of teachers' professional development. In the context of information diversity and shifting educational paradigms, there is a growing need for teachers with a high level of professional creative activity. However, existing professional development programs are often fragmented due to the lack of a unified, scientifically grounded methodology for their design. The purpose of the article is to develop and theoretically substantiate a methodology for designing a meta-strategy for the development of teachers' professional creative activity, which can serve as an instrumental basis for educational program creators. Research methods include theoretical analysis and synthesis, paradigm analysis, and the method of conceptual modeling and design. The research results present a holistic methodology comprising three key components. Firstly, a system of design principles, such as the principle of integrativity (synthesis of axiological, activity-based, and competency-based approaches), anthropocentricity (focus on self-development and minimization of destabilizing factors), systematicity, contextuality, and predictability. Secondly, a structural model of the design object—the meta-strategy itself—which is presented as a hierarchical unity of three levels: an axiological foundation (values and meanings), a personal-activity core (subjectivity and reflection), and a competency structure (practical skills and technologies). Thirdly, a technological model of the design process, describing the sequence of the developer's work stages: from diagnostic-conceptual analysis to reflective-expert evaluation of the created program. It is concluded that the proposed methodology allows for a transition from intuitive and eclectic creation of professional development programs to their systematic, scientifically grounded construction, ensuring integrity and effectiveness in shaping an innovative teacher.

Аннотация
educational inequality and underachievement, affecting up to 30% of Russian school students due to socio-economic factors, are challenges in urban schools with diverse students (migrants, special needs, low-income families). The study aims to explore how homeroom teachers’ educational practices, using class social profiles, address inequality and underachievement in 5th–9th grades. Qualitative analysis of 30 semi-structured interviews with homeroom teachers in Kazan, using a 19-question guide. Thematic and narrative analysis with triangulation ensured reliability. Strategies include individualization via social profiles (adapting activities), class cohesion (projects, quests), motivation (contests for underachievers), and parental engagement (conferences). Practices reduce underachievement but are limited by low parental involvement and skill gaps. The study pioneers the use of social profiles in addressing inequality, offering recommendations: teacher training, school resources, regulatory measures. Future research could assess the impact of practices on academic outcomes.

Information space of text in perception by foreign students
Skakovsky V., Kuznetsova A., Aksyonova A., Askyonova E.
Аннотация
the information space of a text is a complex of structured units of content that ensure the transmission of semantic constructions from the author to the reader. International students face a number of difficulties in mastering this structure due to the differences between their native and the studied language, cultural peculiarities and the specifics of the construction of academic discourse. This article examines the peculiarities of foreign students' perception of text material at the "preparatory" and "basic" levels of text perception, which we identified as a result of blank testing, analyzes the factors that affect the understanding and interpretation of the text content, and discusses methods for optimizing this process, the mechanism of intellectual work of foreign students in the information space of the studied texts. The specific types of tasks that form the skills and competencies of professional communication in the dialogic space are given. The stages of perception of the semantic text field are demonstrated both on a subconscious level as a result of one's own thinking on the presented material, and using external components that are based on the psychoemotional state of the individual, the inclusion in the process of perception of textual information at the level of oral and written speech framed in a dialogical form.

in order to improve the national language proficiency, South Korea operates national language cultural schools, carries out national language education projects for language disadvantaged groups, and establishes national language cultural institutes, building a relatively complete and systematic national language education policy system to ensure that all citizens can receive national language education equally, reflecting the basic value orientation of fairness. The Korean national language education policy aims to enable all citizens to master national language norms and enhance their ability to use national language through national language education. After 30 years of development, significant results have been achieved, including the implementation of the provisions of the National Language Basic Law, which provides equal opportunities for all citizens to receive national language education. At the same time, the National Language Culture Institute has also been popularized; The national language proficiency has improved; The national language awareness has changed, the level of national language civilization has improved, and the proportion of standard language usage continues to increase. However, South Korea's national language education policy also has limitations: there is a lack of follow-up surveys on the effectiveness of policy implementation; The current Mandarin education system emphasizes language norms and expression abilities, while neglecting comprehension abilities.

Lukyanova Y., Khismatullina E.
Аннотация
the article presents a comprehensive project-methodological toolkit aimed at the formation of youth civic identity within the educational space of universities and schools. The relevance of the study is determined by the strategic guidelines of state policy in the field of education and the need for consolidation of society based on traditional Russian values. The paper systematizes and analyzes effective practices tested by the authors: from the organization of social initiative and business plan competitions to the integration of cinema pedagogy products created by the KhSPU film studio. Particular attention is paid to the role of specialized university structures – the Center for the Formation of Civic Identity and Development of Social Initiatives and the Career and Professional Orientation Center – as coordinating mechanisms for this activity. A detailed methodological framework for post-screening work with feature films is proposed, including a system of reflective questions and a typology of creative tasks. It is concluded that the synergistic combination of project activities, media technologies and systematic methodological support creates a powerful educational ecosystem that contributes to the development of an active, patriotic and socially responsible personality.

Legal culture of the junior inspector responsible for sending and inspecting inmate correspondence
Viktorov A.
Аннотация
the article examines the legal culture of junior inspectors in the Russian penitentiary system who receive, send and review inmate correspondence, including digital platforms FSIN?Pismo and FSINET. Legal culture is conceptualized as a measurable managerial resource of legality combining knowledge of norms, a public?service ethos and stable lawful practices. Using formal?dogmatic, comparative?law and systems approaches, the paper analyses constitutional and sectoral grounds for interference with the confidentiality of correspondence, organizational procedures (registration, inspection of enclosures, reasoning of decisions, notification and information?system logging) and evidentiary transparency requirements (immutable audit logs, chain of custody, access control). A comparison with German and French models clarifies procedural safeguards (complaints, judicial and administrative oversight) relevant to Russian practice without compromising sovereign priorities. Policy proposals include standardized reasoning templates (norm – fact – aim – measure), risk?based triage while preserving the inspector’s final decision, and strengthened training and ethics. The paper argues that careful, evidence?based and procedurally respectful work enhances public trust and ensures both humanity and firmness in the execution of sentences in the digital era.

«Political and legal identity of the state» as a category of theoretical and legal science
Sadovnikov A.
Аннотация
obtaining, updating and deepening generalized, reliable knowledge about the state and law. The desire to know the stable, deep connections of state and legal life, which determine its movement, pushes for the development of new theoretical and methodological foundations for the functioning of the state, building on their basis conceptual foundations that could ensure the sustainable and competitive development of the state, law and society. At the same time, the purpose of this research is to create a scientific basis for the formation of social and individual political and legal culture. The objectives of this research are: to consider the role of national-state identity in the functioning of modern legal science, to comprehend the place and meaning of the category of political and legal identity in theoretical legal science. The development of the category of the political and legal identity of the state is currently relevant due to the transformation of the ideals and values underlying the prevailing political culture. The article actualizes the need to study the theoretical and legal science of such a phenomenon as the political and legal identity of the state. The need for theoretical research is due, firstly, to the need to replenish the conceptual apparatus of science due to the research already conducted in other branches of law. Secondly, in view of the growing alterglobalistic statements of contemporaries, a scientific explanation of the political and legal reality is required.

Modern methods for determining the time of document production
Voronin S.
Аннотация
introduction: this work is devoted to modern methods of establishing the time of document production and bridges the gap between traditional physico?chemical approaches and new non?destructive and data?driven technologies. The relevance is determined by the high proportion of court disputes where confirmation of the true date of a record, printout, or stamp imprint is crucial, while the scientific novelty lies in the systematic comparison of chemical, optical, spectral, and AI chemometric techniques with an assessment of their validity and forensic admissibility. The aim is to classify approaches, clarify metrological capabilities and limitations, and propose principles for comprehensive application in expert practice. Materials and Methods. An analytical review and critical meta?analysis of publications, standards, and patent solutions was performed, comparing: gas chromatography–mass spectrometry of volatile ink components; thin?layer chromatography and spectrophotometry of dyes; optical?spectral techniques (VIS/UV, Raman, IR, XRF); radiocarbon measurements of paper based on the “bomb peak” of 14C; as well as chemometric and machine?learning models on GC?IMS, spectral, and image data. The methodology includes criteria of reproducibility, applicability boundaries, calibration against samples of known age, and evaluation of storage condition effects. Results. It was shown that solvent analysis (e.g., phenoxyethanol) is most informative for “fresh” entries in the 2-5 year range, allowing differentiation of aging intervals within a known error margin; optical and spectral methods are valuable as non?destructive identifiers of composition and degree of photodegradation but mainly provide relative estimates; radiocarbon is accurate for paper of the second half of the 20th century, but dates the medium rather than the act of inscription; for toner printing, dynamic dating is limited, whereas static identification of technology and materials reveals inconsistencies with the claimed dates; integration of GC?IMS with ML and digital color analysis increases sensitivity and classification accuracy. Combining channels reduces error risk and enhances evidential strength of conclusions.

Organization of a crime as an independent criminal act: criminal law characteristics and qualification problems
Doleva O.
Аннотация
the article notes that the grounds of criminal liability for certain types of organizational activities are of scientific interest to researchers [1]. Agreeing with the thesis that even the most perfect legal structure is not able to cover all possible life situations and respond to all possible threats to the criminological security of the individual, society and the state, it should be noted that the desire to overcome such insufficiency entailed either a departure from accessory towards the independence of the responsibility of the organizer, or the construction of separate, independent crimes that go beyond the construction of complicity, or a combination of these approaches [2]. The need for this is related to the criticism of the practice of intensive criminalization of these actions available in the scientific literature [3]. In this regard, various approaches to grouping organizational actions have been proposed (in the theory of criminal law, scientists have proposed various approaches to grouping and typology of organizational actions, in turn, we believe it is possible to distribute the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation that make up for the limited accessory actions to organize crimes into the groups we have proposed), in addition, the article emphasizes the expediency applying a uniform approach to the construction of crimes involving responsibility for organizational actions, A number of possible directions for improving regulatory regulation and law enforcement practice have been formulated [4].

Legal culture of security department staff in correctional facilities
Viktorov A.
Аннотация
the article develops an applied model of the legal culture of correctional facility security department employees as a systemic resource for legality and managed security. Legal culture is interpreted as a combination of professional knowledge, value systems for serving the state, and sustainable lawful practices, operationalized through a triad: standardized justification for decisions (norm—fact—goal—more lenient measure), procedural discipline (deadlines, forms, notifications, accounting, and instrument labeling), and evidentiary transparency (audit trail, event identifiers, and record reproducibility). The methodological framework combines formal-dogmatic, comparative-legal, and systemic approaches; the empirical basis includes generalized department regulations and contemporary publications on penitentiary practice. It is shown that bottlenecks in practice are associated with the discrepancy between the measure and the stated goal and gaps in documentation. Practical solutions are proposed: standard decision and notification forms, a "material inspection" checklist, a registry of protected recipients, target forwarding deadlines with automatic reminders, access control, and immutable action logs. A comparison with Germany and France allows us to identify transferable techniques—a closed list of privileged recipients, the "without delay" imperative, and an independent channel to the supervisory authority—that are compatible with Russian security requirements. The practical significance lies in the ability to directly implement the proposed tools in information systems and local regulations, and integrate metrics (timeliness, completeness of justifications, percentage of confirmed decisions) into personnel certification and audit plans. It is concluded that accurate, verifiable, and procedurally respectful security work strengthens trust in the state, ensuring humane and rigorous enforcement of punishments in the digital age.
