Formation of special skills at the initial stages of professional training of designers
Abstract
design education is currently in the focus of attention of domestic specialists, due to the demand and development of this area in many industrial sectors. A design specialist should be able to flexibly respond to the needs and demands of society. In this regard, it is necessary to form basic professional artistic and design knowledge that make up professional thinking in design and creative activities. In addition, it is necessary to study some of the personal qualities of a designer as a specialist who is able to compete in the labor market. In this regard, it is important to consider some aspects of the designer's training. The ability to think in images and the ability to compose and perform them is a training competence that is of paramount importance in this study. A designer who is only able to operate with images prepared by someone will not be able to compete adequately with designers whose images will fully claim uniqueness and authorship. A number of important qualities of a designer cannot be formed in a short period of time, so the goal is to track the development of the necessary skills as early as possible. For high-quality design design of objects of the subject environment, serious training is required, primarily in a number of special subjects: drawing, painting, sculpture, decorative and applied arts and architecture. With this in mind, a number of exercises and tasks have been developed for secondary school students, contributing to the formation of the mobility of thinking necessary in design activities. The students learned the specifics of working with graphic materials. Systematically, the learning process included tasks in which it was necessary to demonstrate both graphic skills and the ability to create a variety of images. The conducted research experimentally confirmed the assumption that the identification of abilities for certain activities at an earlier stage contributes to the more successful formation of basic professional skills of future designers. Further, studying by profession, having already formed a mobile mindset based on graphic skills, makes him more promising and competitive in his future profession.

About some features of pedagogical communication when studying Scriabin’s works in a piano class at a Chinese university
Abstract
A.N. Scriabin's piano works are one of the peaks of world musical creativity in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Studying them in the piano class at Chinese universities is one of the most important components of the full-fledged professional development of young Chinese piano students. However, their "presentation" is related to the professional communication between the teacher and the students. Consideration of this relationship in order to optimize the pedagogical process determines the relevance of the work. The importance of the problem under study for modern Chinese music pedagogy is shown, the insufficiency of research in this area in the pedagogy of higher education in China and the need to develop special approaches to optimize the professional development of piano students in higher education in China. Based on the study of the works of Russian and Chinese scientists, as well as independent scientific and practical activities, the purpose and objectives of the article are formulated, which determine approaches to the formation of the author's methodology. The results of the research initiated and conducted by the author are of practical importance for developing a methodology for presenting both piano works by Scriabin and music by other composers in Chinese universities. The issues of studying Scriabin's works in piano classes in Chinese universities should be considered in relation to the peculiarities of pedagogical communication between teachers and students. This approach will help optimize the professional development of piano students in Chinese universities.

Pedagogical views of K.P. Pobedonostev: from the history of pedagogical thought and education
Abstract
the article reveals the unique pedagogical view of K.P. Pobedonostsev, which covers multifaceted aspects of the educational process – from ideological attitudes to psychological nuances. His concept is a deep study of the educational sphere, where each element acts as a part of an integral system. The core idea of Pobedonostsev's approach is the interpretation of the public school as a living organism, organically integrated into the context of Orthodox culture. The school is conceived not as an isolated institution, but a closely intertwined unit with church traditions and family structure. The philosophical and pedagogical basis of his views is based on the principles of Orthodox personalism, which focuses on revealing the spiritual identity of the individual. The fundamental feature of the concept is the unconditional priority of moral and existential foundations over formal methodological structures. A person in Pobedonostsev's interpretation appears as a multidimensional hierarchical system, where the inner world and axiological coordinates dominate over external pedagogical schemes. The methodological potential of his philosophical and pedagogical views remains relevant and has heuristic significance in modern educational discourse.

Adaptation of the university's educational environment to the impact of modern technological challenges on personnel strategy
Abstract
the article is devoted to the current issues related to the adaptation of the educational environment of a higher educational institution to the rapidly changing technological realities of modern civilization. On the one hand, the technological shift and, on the other hand, the changing requirements of employers for employees to possess new competencies related to the development of flexible skills, lead to the fact that universities are forced to adapt to these current conditions. The article discusses several current trends in higher education that reflect changes in both the technological field and the job market, such as the use of artificial intelligence for personalized learning, the development of smart textbooks based on artificial intelligence, and the inclusion of immersive technologies in education. Each direction is considered from the point of view of its positive impact on the educational environment of the university, as well as the possible negative impact on the subjects of educational relations, and individual and personal characteristics are taken into account in reflecting the influence of new technological realities. As a result of the study, we come to the conclusion that the introduction of modern technologies in higher education allows us to increase the effectiveness of training, to form unique competencies in students, which are in demand in the digital era, which is an important step towards overcoming the "personnel pit", as it is precisely such specialists who combine humanitarian knowledge with technological literacy, who will be the most competitive in the labor market. Higher education is currently undergoing one of the most significant transformations in its history. Under the pressure of technological advancements, changes in the labor market, and demographic challenges, universities around the world are forced to rethink their approaches to education. An analysis of research in this area allows us to identify the main technological challenges and outline ways for universities to adapt to them. Based on the analysis of printed sources, relevant electronic resources, and statements by political and public figures, we can identify the following key trends in the development of higher education for the near future. First, the introduction of artificial intelligence for personalized learning. In the face of a severe shortage of qualified personnel (the so-called "skills gap"), the traditional education model is no longer effective. Second, the development of smart textbooks based on artificial intelligence. This is the next step in the evolution of educational resources, which radically changes the approach to learning. Thirdly, the inclusion of immersive technologies (VR, AR, MR) in education is not just a fashionable trend, but one of the most powerful and promising vectors for the development of education. The study aims to identify global trends in the changing labor market and technological shifts in modern civilization. This has allowed us to identify the challenges faced by Russian higher education institutions in adapting to rapidly changing conditions. Knowledge exchange as a factor of modern professional pedagogical activity
Abstract
knowledge management is a key element for creating a continuous professional training system and improving the efficiency of the organization as a whole. Process optimization, thanks to the accumulated experience and knowledge, allows you to reduce the cost of training, correcting errors and recompleting tasks. Knowledge management should be closely integrated with learning systems. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to study communication in the professional field, as in the development of society, accompanied by contradictory and crisis periods, changes in communication norms, and the introduction of new technologies. A higher education institution is a special type of communication where different types of communication meet within the same organization. The growth of innovativeness of scientific, pedagogical and organizational communication in universities is achieved by two factors: firstly, it is a fundamental factor in the effectiveness of professional activity, determining its efficiency; secondly, it includes a variety of both general and characteristic components of communication models. The theoretical basis of the research was the works of domestic and foreign scientists in various fields. The problems of the essence and status of communication are dealt with by such scientists as V.M. Zhirmunsky, A.A. Leontieva, A.V. Nazarchuk, E.P. Savrutskaya, V.P. Terina, L.P. Yakubinsky and N.S. Trubetskoy. The concept of communication in linguistics is fundamental and is found in such linguists as: M.Y. Lomonosov, V.V. Vinogradov, R.O. Yakobson. Semiotic direction in the study of information: C. Pierce, C. Maurice, Y.M. Lotman. The founders of communication in the field of psychology are thinkers: E. Mounier, K. Jaspers. In the sociological sciences: G. Grafinkel, P. Berger, T. Lukman, J. Habermas, A. Schutz. A.S. Bikkulov, R.L. Daft, R.H. Lengel, R.E. Rice, D. Taurish, F.I. Sharkov wrote about communication channels. The structure of the communicative process, primarily in internal communications, was considered in the works of D. Volton, N.E. Kurolenkin, M. Konashkova, I. V. Krasavin, B. Z. Milner, O.A. Pyrianova. Including works on communication in the organization: V.S. Volkova, M.A. Volkova, R.A. Dolzhenko, A.A. Legachev, N.A. Lvova, I.V. Leshchukova. Modern approaches reflecting the specifics of communication in higher education are presented in the works of V.P. Babintsev, E.V. Balakireva, A.O. Kislov, L.V. Kozhenova, N.N. Moiseev, V.V. Mironov, K.B. Malyshev, O.A. Malyshev, I.N. Rogozin, V.N. Syrov, E.V. Piskunova, by E.A. Pervushina and others. When considering the specifics of communication carried out by university teachers, the works of the authors are of particular importance: E.V. Bryzgalina, L.A. Vitvitskaya, E.L. Doroshok, S.V. Dukhnovsky, R.N. Ibragimov, M.V. Kashirina, L.V. Kozhenova, T.I. Malashina, L.A. Soloshenko, Yu.S. Tukacheva. The definition of approaches and methods to the research topic, the development of a sociological research program is determined by the purpose and objectives of the research and is based on a systematic approach, which uses general scientific methods: scientific analysis, the method of induction, scientific evidence; methods of sociological research: the method of information analysis, sociological observation and questionnaires. The empirical basis was the compilation of the author's model of career guidance for work with the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Siberian State University of Science and Technology named after M.F. Reshetnev. Also, as part of the empirical research, questionnaires and career guidance counseling of teachers were conducted. The results of the study. These results of the work consist in generalizing knowledge about internal communication and the specifics of communication in higher education. The practical significance of the research lies in determining the communication flows within the Reshetnev Siberian State University and the possibility of applying the research results to other universities. On the importance of the knowledge sharing process in an organization, scientists (R.M. Grant, R. Ruggles, A. Kabrera, Van B. den Hooff, Jan A. de Ridder, K. Husted) have been talking for a long time. Despite this, knowledge exchange studies at the university have appeared relatively recently. One of the complete works in this area is a scientific report by T.E. Andreeva. However, since the university includes not only scientific, but also organizational communication, the exchange of knowledge at the university should be considered in an integrated approach. Therefore, for the sociological study of knowledge exchange at the university, we relied on the already proven work of these two areas. Thus, we have combined two approaches to the study of the effectiveness of knowledge exchange at the university. The first is organizational, where feedback and satisfaction of university staff is important. The second is scientific, where it is important to create scientific knowledge within the university. The management of knowledge exchange at the university will not be complete when viewed from only one of the two sides. In our opinion, the results obtained are important for both the theory and practice of knowledge management at the university. At the conceptual level, the synergy of organizational and scientific knowledge exchange illustrates an integrated approach to knowledge management research at the university. At the same time, this theoretical aspect requires further discussion and addition.

Psycholinguistic aspects of the formation of lexical and grammatical skills in Chinese students when studying the Russian language
Abstract
the aim of this study is to investigate the formation of lexical and grammatical skills of Chinese students speaking Russian as a foreign language from a psycholinguistic point of view. The study focuses on the typological differences between the Chinese and Russian languages that lead to interference: the absence of inflections, a different system of expressing grammatical meanings, and differences in writing. The cognitive difficulties that Chinese students encounter in the process of mastering grammatical categories (gender, case, tense) and the influence of such factors as attention, memory, and methods of information processing are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the cultural and linguistic background of students. Based on the data of psycholinguistics and cognitive psychology, methodological approaches aimed at reducing the cognitive load are proposed: visualization of grammar, contextualization of vocabulary, use of intercultural parallels. The practical significance lies in the development of teaching strategies that take into account the characteristics of Chinese students, which contributes to a more successful mastery of the Russian language and an increase in their communicative competence.

Teaching students to overcome fear in the higher education system during physical training
Abstract
the article is devoted to the problem of overcoming fear among students in the higher education system in the process of physical training. A high level of physical fitness does not always guarantee successful performance, for example, in various athletics disciplines or winning competitions, in particular in single combat. Unfavorable standing, namely fear, has a negative impact on the student's performance. Based on the application of an interdisciplinary approach, the authors analyzed the phenomenon of fear and identified the specific features of fear in sports activities. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature has led to the conclusion that the problem of fear in sports psychology is poorly understood. To a greater extent, the research focus of scientists and practitioners is focused on anxiety in sports as part of the study of pre-start conditions. Such types of fear as: fear of mistakes, fear of an opponent, fear of not meeting the expectations of others are poorly differentiated. The paper highlights the most common ways of fear management, presented in general psychology, as well as in sports psychology. Based on the conducted research, the authors have developed recommendations for learning how to overcome unfavorable emotional states in the process of physical training (using the example of fear) in the higher education system.

Developing awareness of the musical and educational process of Chinese students in the piano class
Abstract
the analysis of the features of teaching piano students from China has led to the need to find new ways to optimize this process. The search for new ways to develop students' motivation turned out to be beyond the scope of research by modern scientists of their PRC. The article shows the relevance of this area of scientific research, which, due to various circumstances, does not allow students from China studying at music universities in Russia and, in particular, St. Petersburg, to intensively explore musical and cultural heritage, which in turn underestimates their emotional and spiritual experience and reduces their creative potential. The author considers a conceptual approach to the problem under study. Based on the study of the "classical" works of Russian researchers, theoretical and methodological works of Chinese scientists, and their own practical experience, an approach to dissertation research has been determined, and ways to solve it have been outlined. The results of the research conducted by the author are certainly of great practical importance not only for giving a new positive impetus to Chinese piano students studying in Russia, but also to students of musicians of various specialties both in China and in other countries. The direction of the research, as well as its goals and objectives, were approved at a meeting of the methodological commission of the Piano Department of the St. Petersburg State Institute of Culture. The issues of motivation and the need to serve the "big idea" presuppose the deepening of piano and performing training not only in the special piano class, but also in other areas and disciplines.

Development of auditory skills among foreign military personnel at the stage of pre-university training
Abstract
the article considers listening as one of the most important aspects of the formation of speech skills among foreign military personnel. The preparatory course at a military university is an important stage in the general system of vocational education. It is especially important for foreign students to master auditory skills, since in the basic courses, cadets will have to perceive and assimilate lecture material of special subjects in Russian. In addition, the relevance of mastering this type of speech activity is related to the psychological and social adaptation of foreign military personnel to the new living and learning conditions in Russia. This issue is especially important for multinational groups, as there is a need to remove language and cultural barriers between students from different countries. Continuous improvement of methods and techniques of teaching listening, taking into account the possibilities of information technology tools, requires the creation of new electronic educational publications. At the present stage of education, the use of electronic teaching aids is relevant. The purpose of this study is to develop recommendations on the use of the electronic textbook «Reading and speaking Russian» in Russian language classes as a foreign language in order to develop and improve speech skills at the stage of pre-university training. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the structure, content and types of educational material of this manual, focused on the development of auditory skills. In accordance with the set goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks: - to reveal the features of listening as a type of speech activity from the point of view of modern methods of teaching a foreign language; - to describe practical experience and analyze the content of the electronic textbook «Reading and speaking Russian» in terms of the possibility of developing auditory skills; - to reveal the advantages of using an electronic textbook in the process of developing auditory skills. The scientific novelty of the research is determined by the need to find new rational ways of teaching listening in Russian language classes as a foreign language, taking into account the specifics of a military university. The article substantiates the position that the development of interactive learning tools, including electronic textbooks and manuals, is one of the significant means of achieving this goal.

Analysis of the readiness of adolescents with disabilities and neurotypical peers for professional path choice in a general education organization
Abstract
this article is dedicated to analyzing the readiness of adolescents with disabilities and their neurotypical peers for choosing a professional path within a general education organization. The study examines the phenomenon of readiness as a structured component, including psychological, motivational, and social aspects. Attention is paid to the influence of family, social environment, and educational environment. During the research, survey methods were used to identify the level of awareness, interests, and perceptions of future professions among adolescents with disabilities and their peers without disabilities. The obtained data indicate significant differences in the degree of preparedness for professional choice between the two groups of students, attributed to peculiarities of psychophysical development, level of support, and accessibility of information about professions. Moreover, the attitude towards career guidance activities differs between adolescents with and without disabilities, holding different value for each. The results show that adolescents with disabilities face difficulties in further self-realization due to insufficient information, low motivation, and dependence on public opinion, while their neurotypical peers have broader access to information and resources, a variety of opportunities, and freedom from social clich?s. The analysis highlights the necessity of developing individual career guidance programs that consider the specificities of each group, as well as creating conditions for equal opportunities in choosing a professional path. The implementation of innovative technologies such as virtual reality, interactive platforms, and adaptive learning systems represents a novel aspect of this research. The proposed technologies allow for the simulation of various professional situations in a safe environment, effectively developing professional competencies and motivation in adolescents of a special category. The research findings can be utilized in the development of pedagogical strategies and career guidance programs in general education institutions and in inclusive education settings.

Innovative methods of fostering a sense of patriotism in primary school students through the reading of literary texts
Abstract
this research explores the educational potential of reading literacy lessons in fostering patriotism among primary school students. The study particularly emphasizes the use of innovative methods in teaching literary texts to develop national consciousness and devotion to the homeland. Methods such as observation, experimental testing, interviews, and content analysis were applied to demonstrate the effectiveness of innovative approaches through practical examples. In the current context of global educational reforms, the cultivation of national identity and patriotic values among young learners has become increasingly vital. In primary education, reading lessons based on literary texts play a unique role not only in language development but also in shaping students’ emotional and civic consciousness. These texts introduce children to the moral and historical heritage of their nation, help them empathize with the characters, and stimulate reflection on themes of loyalty, courage, and love for one’s country. Despite the clear educational potential of literary reading, traditional methods often fail to fully engage students or activate their personal responses. Therefore, the need arises to apply innovative teaching approaches that are interactive, student-centered, and emotionally engaging. Such methods can transform reading classes into powerful tools for nurturing a sincere sense of patriotism from an early age. The research was based on a combination of theoretical and empirical methods. Theoretical analysis involved reviewing relevant psychological, pedagogical, and methodological literature on patriotic education and primary reading instruction. Empirical methods included: classroom observations during reading lessons; surveys and interviews with students and teachers to evaluate their perceptions of patriotism; a pedagogical experiment structured in three phases: 1. Diagnostic (pre-assessment) – evaluating the initial level of students’ patriotic awareness and emotional engagement with literary texts; 2. Formative (implementation) – conducting a series of reading lessons using innovative strategies such as dramatization, storytelling, project-based learning, multimedia integration, and values-based discussion; 3. Control (post-assessment) – analyzing changes in students' attitudes and reasoning based on post-intervention tasks and feedback. The study was conducted with 4th-grade students in several public primary schools, with both experimental and control groups involved for comparative purposes. The experiment confirmed that innovative reading strategies significantly enhanced the formation of patriotic values in primary school students. Learners exposed to active and emotionally rich teaching methods demonstrated: deeper comprehension of literary content with a focus on moral and national values; increased ability to identify and articulate patriotic messages in texts; more empathetic and reflective responses to characters and events; improved motivation and engagement during reading activities. Compared to students in the control group, those in the experimental group showed greater awareness of concepts such as loyalty, national pride, and social responsibility. They also participated more confidently in class discussions and were better able to relate text content to real-life patriotic examples. The study showed that the use of innovative methods in teaching literary reading contributes to the development of patriotism among younger students. In the modern educational environment, student-centered, interactive, and activity-based approaches are especially important, as they help not only to understand the content of the text but also to develop value orientations and a civic position. During the experiment, methods such as storytelling, dramatization, project-based activities, working with illustrations and multimedia, critical reading, and discussions were applied. These methods actively engaged students in the learning process and created an emotionally rich environment where children could empathize with the characters, analyze their actions, and reflect on the moral and patriotic ideas presented in the text. The experiment with 4th-grade students showed that such methods develop analytical thinking, the ability to express personal opinions about the text, foster respect for culture, history, and national heroes, and strengthen qualities such as responsibility, love for the homeland, and the desire to be useful to society. The results highlight the necessity of systematically introducing innovative approaches into educational practice. The developed methodological recommendations can be used by teachers when designing literary reading lessons aimed at the patriotic education of younger students.

The technology of the "flipped classroom" in the development of English speaking skills among students of a non-linguistic university
Abstract
the article examines the potential of the "flipped classroom" technology as an effective tool for developing English speaking skills among students of non-linguistic universities. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing requirements for the level of foreign language proficiency in the professional sphere and the need to find innovative methods that overcome the limitations of classroom time. The aim of the work is to theoretically substantiate and analyze the advantages of the flipped learning model for the formation of foreign language communicative competence. The research methods include theoretical analysis of pedagogical literature and generalization of pedagogical experience. The author concludes that transferring the stage of acquiring theoretical knowledge and receptive activities (listening, reading) to independent work outside the classroom allows freeing up classroom time for intensive practice of productive speech activity. This creates conditions for the personalization of learning, increased motivation, and the development of stable skills of spontaneous speech. The main focus of the article is on the methodological aspect of implementing the model: organizing pre-class work, designing interactive classes, and the changing role of the teacher. The "flipped classroom" technology is presented as a promising direction for modernizing language training in a non-linguistic university.
