Abstract
The article examines the problem of teaching modern students electronic written business communication. Business communication is one of the key essentials needed not only for work and social life in general but also for all kinds of businesses as it provides partners’ effective interaction. The author concludes that business correspondence plays a major role in the economic culture of businesses, and society needs professionals with a high level of their development for companies to raise revenues.

Principles of the Concept of Generalized Syllabi for the Discipline “Foreign Language” for Non-Linguistics Majors
Abstract
The paper is devoted to the issue of creating generalized syllabi for teaching a foreign language to students of non-linguistics majors. The demand for such a concept is justified from the point of view of the modern stage of development of pedagogy, the content of regulatory documents and real learning conditions. A number of principles that could underlie such a concept are described. The authors also identify scientific and practical problems that can be solved through the participation of teachers in creation and implementation of generalized syllabi.

Analysis of Open Tasks in Lms Moodle on the Subject of Their Similarity
Abstract
A method for analyzing LMS Moodle open tasks by three blocks of parameters for defining the level of similarity of pairs of texts using an author’s application in the Python programming language is described. The description of the algorithm is given, the results of its approbation on the material of open tasks of the online course in translation are presented. It is concluded that the developed application functions stably, generates a set of data files that can be used to assess the level of training quality.

Adaptation of Teaching Materials for Teaching English to Visually Impaired Students in an Inclusive Classroom
Abstract
The article deals with adaptation of teaching materials when teaching English to visually impaired (blind) students in an inclusive classroom. The article contains recommendations on how to write an audio description of fiction films used in the teaching process. All the teaching practices and materials mentioned in the article have been used in the teaching process; parts of the audio description of the BBC production “The Moving Finger” are original and have never been published elsewhere before.

Abstract
The article examines the specific character of online & offline teaching of English as a foreign language. The transition from traditional English language learning to teaching academic disciplines in English via content and language integrated learning (CLIL) enhanced by computer technologies is discussed. The hypothesis is substantiated that the joint use of codes of economic disciplines, English, mathematics and digital tools contributes to the creation of an individual trajectory of training an economist - financier.

Abstract
The article examines the conditions for the development of the system of teaching foreign languages (FL) at non-linguistic universities. The author substantiates the need for a critical assessment of innovations and the expediency of their integration with the once generally accepted, but now undeservedly forgotten methodological concepts. As a way to equalize the level of students at the initial stage of learning a foreign language it is proposed to appeal to the potential of the domestic direction of programmed learning which is easily integrated into the modern digital learning environment.

The article defines the main approaches to teaching foreign language oral referencing in a non-linguistics University. The article describes an MA degree holder in Linguistics as a specialist who is able to work with texts and as a scientist who is proficient enough to hold independent research, supervise scientific work of BA students, publish scientific articles in Russian and foreign languages. Efficiency of Psychological Preparation for Public Speaking Using Neurolinguistic Programming Techniques
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the effectiveness of psychological preparation for public speaking. It was shown that as a result of the use of neurolinguistic programming techniques during the week, the psychological state improves significantly before, during and after the speech. The use of visual and kinesthetic techniques affects the state of the speakers in different ways. The findings allow developing programs of psychological preparation for public speaking.

The Assessment of Stress Manifestations in Socionomy Students at Different Stages of Education
Abstract
The article looks into the issue of psychological stress development in socionomy students, depending on the stage of education. The results obtained allow to speak of qualitative specific traits in both acute and chronic stress manifestations in the examined groups of students. The specific effect of stress impact and experience in socionomy students consists in a tendency of acute stress symptoms to transform into chronic syndromes. This facilitates the formation of maladaptive states at early stages of training.

Topical Issues of Regulations Concerning Education and Training of Radiologists within EU Law and Order
Abstract
This article is about the issues concerning the EU legal regulation of training of workers dealing with medical uses of ionising radiation. The authors investigated the proposals of IAEA, EU, some provisions of the current Directive 2013/59 Euratom of December 5, 2013, laying down basic safety standards for protection against the danger arising from exposure to ionizing radiation, including education and training issues. The authors claim that some legal provisions need to be amended, and a unified list of competencies of such workers needs to be adopted at the international level.

Qualification of the Act Provided for in Article 38 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing harm during the detention of a person who committed a crime)
Abstract
The current practice of “exclusion of the criminality” of acts provided for by Articles 37-42 of the CC of the RF, by comparing them with the corpus delict of various crimes, seems untenable, in view of its inconsistency and ineffectiveness. Therefore, it is advisable to justify these acts within the framework of a separate legal procedure from the qualification of the crime, which, in fact, determines the content and focus, not only of this article, but also of the upcoming cycle of publications on a given topic.
