Abstract
The article deals with the issue of organizing an effective educational process in a modern university as a key element of pedagogical interaction. The author gives arguments to prove that at present, education is an integral part of the quality education of specialists, which makes it possible to form the foundations of a person’s professional frame of reference, and primarily its motivational and personal aspect, at a qualitatively new level.
