Abstract

We consider the problem of existence of a solution x to the equation ψx, x = y , where y is given, the mapping ψ(∙, ∙) acts in ordered spaces, is order-covering with respect to the first argument, and antitone with respect to the second one. The concept of order-covering used in the article was proposed in the joint works of A.V. Arutyunov, E.S. Zhukovskiy, S.E. Zhukovskiy regarding the studies of the mappings’ coincidence points.

Abstract

In the space of nonempty closed subsets of a given metric space, we define a vector-valued metric which differs from the known vector generalizations of the Hausdorff metric. The metric proposed appears in the analysis of multi-valued maps with possibly unbounded images. It allows to get more information about distances between elements of the corresponding sets and turns out to be convenient in fixed point theorems for multi-valued maps.

THE MODIFIED DISCREET FOURIER TRANSFORM BASED ON THE GROUP OF ROOTS OF UNITY

Abstract

In the paper we consider a set of transformations which generalize a standard discreet Fourier transform (DFT). These generalizations are based on permutations for the group of roots of unity. Different permutations define different new DFT’s. On this way we construct transformations with more natural spectral properties. For example in dimension four the standard DFT has incomplete multiple spectrum but almost all newly defined transforms a simple one. We give some numerical computer results and spectral hypotheses. Applications to cryptography is briefly outlined.

Abstract

The trilinear neighborhood model of the process of forming the temperature of hot-rolled strip coiling where the parameters are a state, control and information is considered. The purpose of the work is to find the values of the components of the model ensuring steady functioning of the system. The technique of defining the structure of the extrema is presented. The existence condition for extrema is received and checked on a concrete example. The suggestion about the area in which it is impossible to speak with definiteness about stability of the system is made. The hypothesis about a condition of the stable balance loss and of the transition of system to a new state is proposed.

Biochemical markers of neuroendocrinal tumors

Abstract

The review considers common concepts of neuroendocrinal tumors (NET). Unlike the other tumors, NET synthesize a variety of biologically active substances (hormones, vasoactive peptides, amines), which is their main feature with multiple consequences which lead to the development of distinct clinical presentations. The most important circulating biomarkers of NET are characterized with a description of their biological effects, analytical aspects and different endogenous and exogenous factors influencing on their determination. The clinical value and algorithm for their use in different types of NET are presented. The diagnostic sensitivity of CgA as the most significant biomarker, and the recommendations about its using in diagnostics, monitoring and prognosis of NETs are characterized.

Abstract

The contents of VEGF in blood serum and of uPA in tumor cytosols of 248 breast cancer patients and 55 healthy women were evaluated by EIA methods. No links were found between VEGF, uPA and age, reproductive function and also (RE)(RP)(HER2-neu)-status of patients. Reliable correlations were found between VEGF and uPA levels and stage and malignancies degree of breast cancer by multifactor analysis. Also association between serum VEGF and tumor cytosols uPA levels in T1 and T2 stages was shown in general group of patients ( r = 0.67; p = 0.001), this correlation was more expressed in lobular infiltrative breast cancer ( r = 0.92; p = 0.001, and significantly less expressed in ductal infiltrative breast cancer ( r = 0.49; p = 0.01).

Giant lipoma of chest wall: case description and literary review

Abstract

The analysis of literary data, devoted to different questions of giant lipoma is given. The interpretation of this term, reasons of development, clinical peculiarities are presented. The basic method of this disease treatment of surgery. Besides, there are instructions for lipoplasty use. The authors give a case description of giant chest wall lipoma in patient who was 88 years old with successful surgical treatment. The case is interesting because the tumour was diagnosed 62 years age. Available literature does not give such long-lasting tumour keeping in this age period. During examination through 14 months the patient is alive, the evidence of disease return are not noticed.

Multi-wave laser influence in treating anisometropic amblyopia of average degree in children

Abstract

Anisometropic amblyopia is a complicated form of amblyopia, in the development of which several etiological factors are of importance. Visual acuity improvement is an important task in anisometropic amblyopia. The accommodation in disbinocular amblyopia was previously studied; the role of accommodotrainings efficacy in pleoptic treatment of disbinocular amblyopia is proved. The aim of our study is to assess the efficacy of complex pleoptic treatment of average anisometropic amblyopia using the laser radiation. 157 patients (157 eyes) aged 4 to 9 years old with anisometropic amblyopia of average degree and central or non-steady central fixation were followed up. All patients underwent laser therapy in combination with the other pleoptic treatment. The patients were divided into three groups. The patients of the group 1 were treated with “red” laser, group 2 - “green” laser, group 3 - interchange of these procedures (multi-wave laser therapy). The visual acuity and coefficients accomodography is evaluated. All patients had similar clinical picture - decrease in accommodative response coefficient and visual acuity increase as a result of treatment.

Optical coherence tomography angiography in the diagnosis of choroidal neovascularization in age-related macular degeneration

Abstract

The modern methods of diagnosis of choroidal neovascularization in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) including the atypical forms - polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy (PCV) and retinal angiomatous proliferation (RAP) are presented. Special attention should be paid to a new up-to-date diagnostic method - optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-angiography) which is noninvasive, safe and allows performing the investigation of the vascular structures in three-dimensional space. It has high sensitivity and specificity in the detection of choroidal neovascularization in AMD. In some cases, this is a great alternative to the diagnostic methods of investigation with contrast.

Abstract

For many years, diabetes mellitus (DM) remains a socially significant disease leading to disability and mortality due to the accompanying micro- and macrovascular complications. Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most dangerous complications of DM, leading to the progressive visual acuity reduction up to its lost. In patients with DM and its complication - retinopathy is often detected at the time of making the primary diagnosis at the level of outpatient care, which is primary and key in the early diagnosis and detection of eye diseases at an early stage. It was established on the basis of research of frequency of acute coronary syndrome that men are more subjected to ischemic heart-diseases and to acute disturbance of cerebral circulation in comparison with women. Study of the biochemical blood analysis permit to trace an inverse correlation between the frequency of the patient’s smoking and the level of high density lipoproteins, as well as the direct correlation between the frequency of smoking and the indices of lipoproteins of low density and atherogenic index.

Middle ear inflammatory diseases in congenital cleft palate nonunion

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the incidence and characteristics of the course of otitis media in 168 patients with congenital cleft palate. Inflammatory diseases were detected in 72 (44.4 %) patients. It was found that the removal of inflammatory diseases of the middle ear depends on the patient’s age at the time of surgery, recovery of muscles of the soft palate and the availability of relapse history of the patient.

Surgical treatment of patients with repeated tubal pregnancy in a previously operated tube

Abstract

Results of repeated microsurgical restoration of patency only fallopian tube in 22 patients who had had tubal pregnancy with the appropriate localization are studied. It was found that 13.6 % (3) patients after repeated restoration of the fallopian tube, term delivery were observed, with two cases - two more times. In addition, 6 patients in the study group were observed onset of uterine pregnancy, abortion with further for various reasons, which, however, shows the restoration of physiological cross tube.

Efficiency of augmentation mammaplasty depending on the shape and volume of implant

The influence of the shape and form of the surface of silicone implants on the development of postoperative complications and long-term aesthetic effect are assessed. It was found out that the best esthetic results were achieved in the group of patients who teardrop-shaped implants with a rough surface. In the group of patients who received round implants with a smooth surface some complications were registered as some technical difficulties during performing operation, longer preservation of drainage tubes, long postoperative scars.

Defects of medical care provision: basing on the nurses’ errors

Abstract

The article specifically and systematically studied the actual problems of the causes of nursing errors and their prevention. On the basis of a survey of nurses collected relevant material and system that allows a representative to investigate the stated research problem. This article summarizes the domestic and world experience analysis of the causes of nursing errors, their structure and the main causes and factors of their occurrence are given. Self-assessment of nurses of occurrence of nursing errors as well as the role of doctors in manifestations of the defects of medical practice are updated. The conclusions about the influence of syndrome of emotional burnout, overload in work, inattention to the causes of nursing errors. Attention is drawn to the importance of legal training for health workers and their interaction with structures for the protection of the rights of both health workers and patients. It is proved that only the attraction to study the stated research problem stakeholders: senior and chief nurses, doctors and patients are able to provide an objective picture of the causes of nursing errors. The impact of the quality of education and practical experience in the prevention of nursing errors in hospitals of the Russian Federation is clarified.

At the result of long-lasting (1992-2015) observations in Tambov region at minimum 14 species of toadstool of genus Fusarium Lk. et Fr. were registered, five of which ( F. oxysporum (including F . oxysporum var. orthoceras ), F. verticillioides , F. tricinctum , F. sporotrichioides ) are highly harmful. The work presents the results of research on use of some methods of artificial infectious background creation F. oxysporum , F. verticillioides и F. sporotrichioides , many of which are were considered to be harmful to be used in the conditions of Tambov region. The necessity to create new, adopted to the conditions of Tambov region method for studying the resistance of sunflower to Fusarium root rot. The results of research showed the possibility of resistant to Fusarium root rot plants by method of sowing the infected seeds.

Germano), rust diseases (leaf rust Puccinia recondita Rob ex Desm. f. sp. tritici), pirenoforosis (Pyrenophora tritici repentis), alternariosis spot (pathogen - Alternaria spp.). We believe that in order to stabilize the phytosanitary condition of agroecosystems priority is the systematic monitoring of population structure of plant pathogens in the territory of the Central Black Earth region for the implementation of accounting frequency of occurrence of the species to determine their position in the phytocenosis and their dynamics.

THE DEPENDENCE OF THE YIELD OF MILLET ON THE WEATHER FACTORS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE TAMBOV PROVINCE

Abstract

Many cultural plants including millet grow in the Tambov province. Their productivity depends on forming conditions of the weather. Not all weather factors render the solving influence upon value of the harvest. The leading role belongs to the total precipitates and temperature of the air. The given factors influence on productivity of the plants in determined period of their development. Discovery of leading factors of the weather and period of their influence on plants allows forecast the productivity of the crops. The purpose of the study is to study dependence of productivity of the millet’ plants on weather conditions of vegetative period. The long-term data of field experience and results of the meteorological observations were used in work. The mathematical calculations were conducted with use of computer technology and program Excel. It was established that the factors of the weather of the May and June have significant influence on productivity of the culture. This factor in the most degree depended on hydrothermal conditions. The value of correlations ( R ) between productivity of millet and hydrothermal coefficient (HTC) of the May was 0.735, June - 0.600, for the whole period - 0.931. The high level of productivity of the culture (2.11-2.93 t/h) was registered in years, when HTC for above named period was on the level 1.16-2.00. In years with low productivity of millet (1.32-1.89 t/h) the hydrothermal coefficient for period May-June was at a rate of 0.21-0.83. Equation of rectilinear regression was received, reflecting given dependency. The retrospective analysis shows satisfactory convergence of expected and actual productivity of the culture.

The Waz-Abaa cave - an important shelter for bats (Chiroptera) of Abkhazia

Abstract

The bat fauna of the Waz-Abaa cave long remained poorly studied. Ecology of bats in the cave was not known; the species composition in it needs to be clarified. The article presents data on the eight species that have been recorded in the cave, including three species for the first time. Information about hibernation in the cave of six bat species and nursery colonies of three species is presented. Large colonies of troglophilic bats that were found in the Waz-Abaa cave need the full protection.

Abstract

In this paper we present the results of numerical studies of noise-induced intermittency in the erbium-doped optical fiber laser with a modulated parameter. We propose modified wavelet-based method for the determination of the statistical characteristics of intermittent behaviour and using this technique obtain dependences of the average duration of the existence of different oscillation regimes on the critical parameter in the erbium-doped optical fiber laser.

Modeling of healing process of cracks in nanostructured metal alloy processed by a series of laser impulses

Abstract

The main model parameters of cracks healing in thin films of amorphous-nanocrystalline metal alloys under the action of pulsed laser radiation are discussed. The proposed model adequately describes the healing process of little angle cracks oriented parallel to the sample surface. After exposure to 8-12 impulses more than 90 % of the cracks described in the model are healed. It is shown that increasing the number of pulses more than for 12-15 without increasing the effectiveness of the heal leads to melting of the material and starting the process of recrystallization. The proposed model allows determine the optimal parameters of selective laser treatment.

Kinetic patterns of growth of anodic oxide film on niobium and titanium in non-aqueous solutions

Abstract

The work is devoted to kinetics of anode oxide formation on titanium and niobium in non-aqueous perchlorate media. Kinetic regularities are defined in active and passive areas of potentials. Diffusion coefficients, variables of polarizability and dipole moments are calculated with consideration of intermolecular interactions. The change of the logarithmic kinetic equation by the parabolic equation is result of increasing diffusion restrictions with the growth of the reactive field energy and decreasing solvent dipole moment.

Diffraction research of porosity of cellulose acetate COMPOSITE membrane MGA-95

Abstract

Method of X-ray diffraction was used for research of sorption regions of air-dry, water-saturated and working samples of a semi-permeable membrane MGA-95. Comparative analysis of the diffraction patterns of new and working membrane’s samples shows that factor of external influence plays only a catalytic role in the transport of material, but not on the intramolecular structural changes in base of cellulose acetate semi-permeable membrane. There was found the structure of membrane MGA-95 pores by small-angle X-ray scattering, which was calculated from the position of the fractal concept, where there are three kinds of pores (sphere, disc, cylinder) and determination of their average inertia radius.

Methods of research of structural characteristics of cellulose acetate membrane with the help of function of radial distribution is given. Direct estimation of radial distribution calculation on the formula with accuracy not less than 5 % is made. The data for characteristic curves of radial distribution for membrane MGA-95 specimens airdry and aquic state are received. The analysis of dependencies of radial distribution from the position of distance change in neighboring atoms that influences the size of pore diameter, selective and passable features of polymeric membranes.
