摘要
The article describes the development of technology for the manufacture of steel piston rings by cold plastic deformation during drawing. It defines conditions of thermal treatment at recrystallisation tempering, thermofixation and thermostabilization. The paper also considers the calculation of degree of plastic deformation at drawing and the foundation of a choice of tool steels. It reflects research in the field of thermochemical treatment methods of drawing rolls and piston rings.

The article considers the relevance of the use of two-layer structures of spherical plugs of ball valves as well as the advantages of technology for their manufacture process-based on stamping over traditional methods. The technology of precision tubular products using compression on the profile mandrel rolling-drawing non-driven rollers
摘要
Manufacture of long hollow parts specified internal profile of the hard-deformable alloys based on process improvement of cold deformation of a tubular workpiece requires the development of science-based modes of technology to assure the quality of products, reduction of the complexity of manufacturing, steel intensity etc. Stress-strain state and energy-power parameters of the rolling-drawing process non-driven roller tubular billet on the profile mandrel is define by computer analysis that have been made. The shape and dimensions of mandrel corresponded to the inner surface of the rifle barrel with the polygon profile type. As a result, it has been developed and manufactured the corresponding technological device and has been manufactured the product by above method.

Cold extrusion with differentiated counter-pressure of die cavities
摘要
The article describes the engineering method to obtain the correlation for the determination of stresses on the contact surfaces of the workpiece and the tool, the efforts of the extrusion of cavities by spherical die. It shows numerical simulations made on computer simulation by the finite element method on examples of extrusion by spherical die of billets made of R6M5 (Р6М5) steel under the action of counter-pressure on the free surface of the workpiece. The paper contains the definition of the maximum counter-pressure through simulation that provides extrusion without destruction and the efforts of the processes, the distribution of stresses in the deforming tool and the stress-strain state, the degree of resource use of metal plasticity, as well as the final product dimensions. The article contains a description of the experiment on the extrusion billets of steel R6M5 (Р6М5) spherical die.

The paper considers the system control process over design process of successive separating stamps for cold sheet stamping. It shows structural and logical formulas that reflect the possible design options of these stamps with the proposed character of parts and components. The quality of products improving for flanging of circular holes in sheet metal blanks and profiles

This article describes a method flanging round holes in sheet blanks and profiles which consists of the steps of forming holes cold extrusion to produce a profiled workpiece, punching coffers and flanging.The product after the flanging has a constant wall thickness and a smooth cylindrical surface.The article contains an engineering method to determine the dependence for determining forces of flanging profiled billet spherical punch and the size of the source profile. It shows flanging holes processing profiled billet and flanging with thinning which was carried out by finite element method and it also shows the comparison of results of two methods.

The paper describes the experimental study of an axisymmetric two-layer workpiece forming with viscoelastic bonding layer. It shows the distribution of thinning of layers in radial the direction is received. Effect of thermomechanical processing schedule on microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra high strength steel forgings

The paper presents results of determination and industrial verification of cooling cycles in thermomechanical processing (TMP) of steel AISI 4130, designed to produce good combination of strength and ductility directly after forging and quenching. The results indicate possibility of replacement costly high alloy steels with common grades offering higher strength in combination with good plasticity after cost-effective TMP cycles utilizing blast-air cooling from controlled forge end temperature.

The mathematical model for calculating the thickness distribution of the metal in stamping in multisection dies with rotating discs

In this article the authors have proposed a mathematical model to calculate the thickness distribution of the product when drawing of axisymmetric parts in the stamp with multisection rotating discs for correction of technological parameters of the process. The model considers the mechanism of stress-deformed state, geometrical relations and approximation algorithm. Euler's method was used to solve the problem allowing determine the parameters of the next step of integration, basing in the previous results. This algorithm allows to make quick adjustments with the appearance of additional conditions and can be recommended for the calculation of the technological parameters of the technological process.

Modeling the evolution of the deformation zone under various extrusion schemes

Using the simulation results it was shown an optimal correlation of the size and porosity of powder compacts and also the amount of counterpressure recommended for the production of equal channel angular extrusion of workpieces with high-density of deformation zone that is large enough for subsequent direct extrusion powder of parts with high mechanical properties.The article defines the maximum depth of the cavity in direct extrusion through the research of plasticity resource. This paper describes the developed technology of manufacturing high-density parts of the "glass" type with the consistent application of the equalchannel angular and direct extrusion.

Criterion of damage for the design of metal forming processes

In the design of metal forming processes it is widely used to obtain a linear model of damage accumulation and scalar failure criterion. The process of plastic deformation can be described by the kinetic equation of nonlinear dynamics for systems with a strong positive correlation. This paper considers the failure criterion and condition of deformation without destroying in multi-step process of plastic deformation. Check of applicability of criterion showed that it can be used for solving practical problems of processing of metal forming processes.

Phenomenological approach to the determination of the stress state of the indicator chart for plasticity
摘要
We propose a parameter state of stress as the sum of the principal stresses relative to the odds of their influence. Influence coefficients are mechanically-mi material properties. Plasticity chart with this indicator is proposed to approximate the exponential function. Checking for different materials showed sufficient proximity of the experimental points to a diagram of plasticity. Recommendations are given for determining the coefficients of arbitrary types of tests. The minimum number of tests - 4.

Simulation of mechanical tests aimed to investigate the flow stress during the abrupt change of the strain rate

This article describes a modeling procedure of material’s mechanical test during the abrupt change of the strain rate. Simulation results were compared with the data obtained experimentally. The numerical simulation was performed in the FE-program QFORM. The paper describes the selection of areas for further research related to the definition of mathematical models of deformation resistance, and it also contains the software requirements for the simulation of mechanical tests.

Design of prototype devices for producing metal microspheres and shells
摘要
Rapid prototyping technology implemented quite actively for all types and types of production. Its application reduces the influence of human factor on quality of a product but it also require the operator that knows this field and have some skills of handling machine. These technologies are also used to create models and visual functional prototypes, which can recreate the developed process and test the individual steps to prove its efficiency. The laboratory equipment that was made in Freiberg University of Mining and Technology allows to produce metal microspheres and shell (0,5 – 3 mm). Modernization of this equipment was proposed by creating a prototype of a mechatronic system that would show the requirements to the device and its capabilities. Creation of a device prototype is a transitional point from a laboratory layout to production equipment that works with high performance and repeatability. The device can operate under vacuum and inert gas that allows to work not only with model materials such as tin, zinc, alloy rose eutectic alloys based on bismuth and tin but also with structural materials, such as aluminum, magnesium and their alloys. Individual parts of the functional prototype was created by rapid prototyping technology (MJM, FDM and milling) of the polymers.

Electrochemical finishing of airfoil blade wheels
摘要
The article describes the change in the basic manufacture technology of the blades closed blade wheels through the use of finishing operations to remove the defective layer and to reduce the surfaces roughness of the blades after electroerosive firmware operation. The efficiency of the new operation instead of the original is based on a manual finishing of blade profile was confirmed by experimental studies. The article describes the experiments on the selection of the optimum parameters of the processing and selection of the optimal electrolyte. It also shows the effect of various parameters of the processing mode on the surface microgeometry formation during processing.

The article contains analysis of modern materials and prospects of its application. It considers two variants of ultrasonic milling of various tools. It contains the diagram of tool degradation depending on punched holes. The work contains selection of the most suitable parameters of the regime to achieve the accuracy and quality of processing.

The article shows the evaluation of the capabilities of the a priori definition of calculation accuracy of the cutting force in case of significant growth accounted number of cutting parameters. It contains a designed hypothetical mathematical model of a preliminary assessment of the calculation of cutting forces accuracy in machining structural steels. The paper describes the proposal as a hypothetical model a hyperbolic dependence of cutting force errors on the number of parameters that define the cutting process. It gives recommendations according to the accuracy of the cutting forces, depending on different process parameters and also - for the model developed with the help of a priori estimates of the errors in the calculation of the cutting forces in submodules САD/САМ/САЕ/РDМ systems. Experts in the field of metalworking and developers calculation modules of САD/САМ/САЕ/РDМ systems might be interested in this work.
