Abstract

The article shows the evaluation of the capabilities of the a priori definition of calculation accuracy of the cutting force in case of significant growth accounted number of cutting parameters. It contains a designed hypothetical mathematical model of a preliminary assessment of the calculation of cutting forces accuracy in machining structural steels. The paper describes the proposal as a hypothetical model a hyperbolic dependence of cutting force errors on the number of parameters that define the cutting process. It gives recommendations according to the accuracy of the cutting forces, depending on different process parameters and also - for the model developed with the help of a priori estimates of the errors in the calculation of the cutting forces in submodules САD/САМ/САЕ/РDМ systems. Experts in the field of metalworking and developers calculation modules of САD/САМ/САЕ/РDМ systems might be interested in this work.
