Цель исследования состоит в изучении образовательного потенциала магистерской программы «Нейропедагогика» педагогического института Державинского университета. Определена сущность нейропедагогики как современного научного направления. Раскрыты цель и задачи, а также специфика основных и дополнительных учебных дисциплин магистерской программы. Проанализированы компетенции, формирование которых обеспечивается за счет полного усвоения материала образовательной программы. Определена значимость специалистов направления подготовки «Нейропедагогика» для современной системы российского образования.

The analysis of the features of the selection of the content of teaching academic writing, characteristic of different stages of training of students starting with bachelor's degree, ending with the scientific and pedagogical staff of the university, is carried out. It was revealed that the bachelor's degree stage is characterized by training in working with scientific text in general – teaching lexical and grammatical norms of writing text. Starting with the master's degree, students are increasingly immersed in the features of scientific discourse in this field, mastering by the stage of postgraduate studies all the necessary skills to carry out effective publishing activities at the university.

The key provisions of the policy on the protection of the rights of compatriots in the Russian Federation are considered and an extensive analysis of the current legislation in the field of relations with compatriots abroad is carried out. It is concluded that in a turbulent international situation, in addition to improving legislation, it is extremely important to create conditions for the voluntary relocation of compatriots to the Russian Federation.

The measures taken by the competent organs to combat corruption in public authorities in the Russian Federation and in foreign countries are considered. The countries most resistant to the perception of corruption were selected based on the Transparency International rating. It is an international non-governmental organization that annually draws up a rating based on expert surveys. The most significant measures that can be borrowed from foreign practice and integrated into Russian reality are identified.

The aim of study is to consider the issues of modification of municipal authorities and their functions from time to time of their formal creation under the reign of Emperor Alexander II to the present state. In the course of the work, the main stages of reform were identified, an analytical study was carried out using axiomatic and deductive scientific methods, during which both negative and positive aspects of the activities of municipal authorities in a particular period of the history of the state were discovered, an assessment was made of the problems and prospects of today's state of the municipalities. The results of the research are promising for studying and analyzing the principles of local self-government in a temporary context, since it is obvious that today this branch of government is experiencing protracted and regressive crisis, which often has not happened before.

The method of restoring the family tree with the help of Internet resources without the services of genealogists is presented. The relevance of the research lies in the expansion of historiographical material for the study of pedigrees. The results of the study are perspective for studying the principles of working with sources and for restoring the history of a kind. Currently, this issue is popular among Russian citizens.

The purpose of the work is to consider the meaning and place of philosophy in the system of modern education and upbringing in childhood. Attention is focused on the role of philosophy that develops creative thinking, the importance of the formation of argumentation skills, the concept of moral. The approach to the use of modern digital tools in the process of philosophizing with children, which implies their consideration as a component of relevant educational technologies, is substantiated. The conclusion is made about the prospects of philosophy as a methodological basis of the modern educational system.

The problem of time is considered within the framework of M. Heidegger’s social philosophy. Considerable attention is paid to the basic concept of the German thinker – Dasein, the meaning of this term and its essence are described in detail. The analysis of the phenomenon of horror as the main criterion for distinguishing the existence of a person from the existence of a thing, based on the teachings of the German philosopher, is given. The structure of time and its components: death and care are studied in detail. The conclusion is made about the specificity of M. Heidegger’s understanding of time expressed through the existentials “death” and “care”.

The principles of working with Web Scraping Python are described. Algorithms of data analysis using software tools are considered, the main tools for data extraction and work with them are described. An example of real estate market analysis using this technology is also analyzed. Various graphs of the dependence between the parameters are demonstrated and conclusions are drawn based on this.

Human activity throughout human history has been associated with numerous dangers and threats. In recent decades, the most acute hazard began to emerge from the activities of the man himself – the technogenic threat. Technogenic threats, radiation and chemical accidents that occurred in the past, as well as the dangers of modern terrorism are considered. The contents of the prevention of technogenic emergencies, which have an enormous impact on the life and health of both military personnel and civilians, are described. The conclusion is made about the necessity of measures to prepare and protect the population from technogenic hazards, which must be carried out in advance, taking into account the possible dangers.

Currently, many organizations engage in imposing additional services on customers. This problem associated with unfair attitude to customers and imposing additional paid services by financial institutions to the enclosed goods is considered. On the basis of the carried out analysis, the way and order of refusal of additional services, as well as types of responsibility following for the persistent imposition of illegal services to consumers have been defined.
