Abstract
Currently, many organizations engage in imposing additional services on customers. This problem associated with unfair attitude to customers and imposing additional paid services by financial institutions to the enclosed goods is considered. On the basis of the carried out analysis, the way and order of refusal of additional services, as well as types of responsibility following for the persistent imposition of illegal services to consumers have been defined.
