Spinal muscular atrophy and its effect on psychomotor development (clinical case)
Abstract
this article discusses a clinical case of spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) type. Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) is an autosomal recessive neuromuscular disease caused by deletions or mutations in the Survival Motor Neuron 1 gene, which is accompanied by high morbidity and mortality associated with muscle weakness [1]. The symptomatic picture of the disease includes weakness of the proximal muscles, paresis, respiratory failure and a high probability of early death. This disease belongs to the group of systemic atrophy, affecting mainly the central nervous system, and is observed in childhood. The article describes a case of spinal muscular atrophy type II. The issues of impaired cognitive functions and motor development against the background of the underlying disease are discussed.

Signaling mechanisms of tetracycline antibiotics and their study using digital technologies
Abstract
tetracyclines are one of the most extensively studied groups of antibiotics, characterized by a broad spectrum of biological activity. Beyond their antimicrobial effects, these compounds influence key cellular signaling pathways, including the regulation of apoptosis, inflammation, proliferation, and differentiation, opening prospects for their use in treating various diseases, such as oncological, inflammatory, and neurodegenerative disorders. This article presents current data on the structure and mechanisms of action of tetracyclines, their impact on cellular signaling systems, and their therapeutic potential in medicine. Special attention is given to the role of digital technologies in studying these compounds. The prospects of using digital methods for optimizing tetracycline structures, identifying new targets, and personalizing treatment regimens are discussed, which could significantly enhance the efficacy and safety of these drugs.

Pathogenesis of bacterial keratitis
Abstract
the article provides a systematic review of the anatomy of the eye, immunological reactions, and major nosologies. It is noted that the ocular microbiota plays a role in maintaining the homeostasis of the ocular surface, preventing colonization by pathogenic species. Changes in this delicate ecosystem lead to various inflammatory diseases. It is determined that infectious keratitis is an inflammation of the cornea caused by pathogenic microbes that eventually penetrate the corneal stroma, causing inflammation and destruction of these structures. According to the etiologic agents, it can be divided into bacterial, viral, fungal and caused by protozoa. The features of the clinical course, diagnosis, epidemiology and etiology of each subtype are considered. In vivo confocal microscopy has been shown to be a valuable tool for detecting fungal filaments in fungal keratitis, but it cannot differentiate Fusarium from Aspergillus spp, so slit lamp corneal scraping followed by culture is still the gold standard for fungal species identification. However, according to the literature, the overall sensitivity and specificity of IVCM for detecting fungal pathogens, especially filamentous fungi, are estimated at 66.7–85.7% and 81.4–100%, respectively. For microscopy after Gram staining, Grunewald, Giemsa, or stains such as calcofluor white and lactophenol cotton blue can also be used.

Retrospective analysis of coronary artery bypass grafting outcomes in the Republic of Mordovia (2022-2024)
Abstract
the article reports on a retrospective analysis of 269 coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgeries performed in the Republic of Mordovia in 2022-2024. The paper examines in detail the impact of surgical tactics (on-pump vs off-pump) on patient mortality. The article reports that during the study period, there was a sharp change in the ratio of methods: the proportion of operations with artificial circulation (IC) decreased from 97,98% to 31,91%, while the frequency of off-pump interventions increased to 68,09%. The article reports that this transition was accompanied by a statistically significant increase in mortality from 0% to 4,26% (p=0,045). The article analyzes in detail that the Pearson correlation coefficient between the use of CPB and mortality was r=-0,98 (p<0,05), demonstrating an almost perfect inverse relationship. The article also states that regression analysis showed that each 10% decrease in the proportion of operations with CPB led to an increase in mortality by 0,625%. The article emphasizes that demographic factors (mean age 64±5,2 years, 87% men) did not have a significant impact on the outcomes. The article concludes with a discussion of the need for an individualized approach to the choice of surgical tactics, especially in patients with complex coronary artery disease.

Neurodynamic recovery as a method of reducing neuroreflectory dysfunctions of psychosomatic disorders and the causes of their occurrence
Abstract
the article considers current issues of the body functioning under conditions of neuroreflexive dysfunction of psychosomatic disorders. The author sees one of the main tasks as identifying and influencing the causes of the pathology of conditions in psychosomatic disorders. In the article, the author pays special attention to the causes of negative emotions that cause deep experiences, transforming into subconscious sensations of prolonged traumatic impact, which, in turn, turn into chronic stress conditions or psychophysiological deviations. The author places the main emphasis on the lack of elaboration of the main causes of neuroreflexive dysfunction of psychosomatic disorders when using therapeutic practices. The author notes that for successful psychotherapeutic assistance, methods of maximum effective impact are necessary, which will allow re-experiencing unfavorable emotions. It is to live through and work through the sensations that were caused in the past and which a person can currently transfer to his accumulated experience, observing the dynamics of the development of feelings, emotional reactions, sensations unconsciously associated with external or internal threats coming with multisensory signals. The article describes an innovative proprietary technique of neurodynamic recovery. The technique is aimed at reducing neuroreflexive dysfunctions of psychosomatic disorders and the causes of their occurrence. The author describes a cycle of neurodysfunctional and psychosomatic failure containing borderline phase points that are effectively affected in the mode of neurorecovery and reduction of neurodynamic imbalance in the body. The author concludes that the use of the neurodynamic recovery technique contributes to simultaneous and one-time psychotherapeutic impact in order to effectively work through neuroreflexive dysfunctions and restore psychosomatic health based on deep psychoemotional rehabilitation.

Cognitive and emotional features of self-identification in a secondary language personality: a psycholinguistic analysis
Abstract
this article examines the cognitive and emotional aspects of secondary language personality formation in bilingual individuals. The relevance stems from globalization and the growing number of people who speak two or more languages, which raises new questions about the influence of a second language on self-identification. The theoretical overview summarizes current concepts of the “secondary language personality” – a personality acculturated into another linguistic culture. The cognitive features (changes in worldview, personality traits, decision-making) and emotional features (specifics of emotional expression, the phenomenon of “feeling different” when switching languages) of developing a bilingual identity are noted. An empirical study with Russian-English bilinguals (N=60) is presented, including self-report questionnaires on personality in the first vs. second language, scales of emotional expressivity, and identity. The results show statistically significant differences in self-assessment of certain personality traits depending on the language of communication, as well as changes in emotional engagement: in the second language, emotions are expressed with less intensity. Many bilinguals reported a subjective feeling of a shift in their personality when switching languages. The psychological mechanisms of these effects – activation of different cultural frameworks and reduced emotional reactivity in the second language – are discussed, as is the extent to which integration of two cultures mitigates the differences. The practical significance lies in considering cognitive-emotional factors in language education and bilingual support, to foster more harmonious bilingual identity development.

Analysis of foreign approaches to the management of psychological training of students
Abstract
in the last decade, significant attention has been paid to Russian student sports by the state, in particular: the promotion and involvement of young people in a healthy lifestyle, the organization and holding of mass sports events involving students, the formation of citizenship and patriotism, the development of spiritual and moral values, etc. [13]. In order to achieve high athletic results, comprehensive training of student-athletes is necessary. In this article, we will look at the specifics of psychological training in student basketball teams. In modern Russian student basketball, the problem of preparing athletes capable of competing, including foreign athletes, is urgent, which necessitates the improvement of the educational and training process, the search for new scientific and methodological approaches and training tools in student basketball. In recent decades, sports psychologists have noted that with a high level of physical, technical and tactical training of players, when their fitness is approximately at the same level, the outcome of the game is ensured by psychological factors, including: the level of motivation, group cohesion, teamwork, the ability to manage their condition, etc. An analysis of the specialized literature indicates that research on the psychological training of basketball players is limited to a declaration of the need for its implementation and the selection of several relatively unified and generalizing recommendations. The purpose of the study is to identify common features and key differences in the psychological training of basketball players, as well as to determine the possibility of adapting foreign approaches to the Russian realities of psychological and pedagogical training. The object of the research is the process of psychological and pedagogical training of basketball students in the scientific and methodological literature of foreign countries. The subject of the study is the similarities and differences in the psychological and pedagogical training of domestic and foreign basketball students. The main research method was the analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the research problem. The article presents a comparative analysis of the psychological and pedagogical training of basketball students in the USA and China, highlights the most successful practices of psychotic basketball support that can be applied in the practice of domestic higher education.

Creativity and career orientations of middle managers
Abstract
this article explores the relationship between the level of creativity and career orientations of middle managers. The topic is relevant due to current socio-economic conditions, where employees with developed creative thinking are increasingly valued. The study involved 38 employees of a company operating in the maritime industry, providing services such as vessel supply, repair, crew recruitment, and client acquisition. Valid psychodiagnostic tools were used, including Johnson’s Creativity Questionnaire, Mednick’s Remote Associates Test, and Schein’s Career Anchors inventory. Statistical methods included Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient and the Mann–Whitney U-test. The main hypothesis about the correlation between creativity and certain career orientations was partially confirmed. The strongest negative correlations were found between creativity and the orientations of “autonomy” and “service.” The results may be of practical use for HR professionals, career consultants, and the managers themselves when designing personalized career paths and professional development programs. The study also highlights the importance of integrating creativity development practices into corporate culture. These findings emphasize the need for a comprehensive approach to career orientation analysis that considers individuals’ psychological characteristics and creative potential.

Features of child-parent relations in preventing the risk of suicidal behavior in adolescence
Abstract
this article addresses the pressing issue of rising suicidal behavior among adolescents, particularly those aged 14-19. Alarming statistics reveal an increase in both initial and repeated suicide attempts among minors, especially in low- and middle-income countries. Key contributing factors include family conflicts, mental disorders, unrequited love, peer pressure, dissatisfaction with appearance, academic difficulties, and the influence of online content. Special attention is given to the role of the family and the quality of parent-child interaction. The lack of emotional support, respect, and empathy within the family, as well as adult aggression or indifference, are identified as significant risk factors. The article reviews key psychological theories (Freud, Erikson, Bandura, Shneidman, Joiner, among others), emphasizing the complexity and multifactorial nature of suicidal behavior. The authors conclude that adolescent suicide prevention is possible through the creation of psychologically safe environments, implementation of national prevention programs, improvement of family dynamics, and increased parental psychological literacy. The family plays a critical role in shaping a teenager's emotional resilience and their ability to cope with life challenges, highlighting the importance of nurturing, supportive, and communicative parenting in reducing suicide risks.

Possibilities of using art-therapeutic techniques for the correction of professional stress in pre-school education teachers
Abstract
the increasing professional workload for teachers is making it more important to prevent and correct stress conditions in pre-school educational institutions. Our objective was to investigate the possibilities of art-therapeutic techniques as a psychological remedy for professional stress in pre-school teachers. The experimental group included 15 educators with a high level of professional stress. The participants demonstrated marked signs of emotional and physical overexertion, reduced adaptive capacity, as well as difficulties in managing their own psycho-emotional state. Such a condition is considered as a risk factor for professional burnout and requires targeted psychological support. In this group, a comprehensive psychological intervention aimed at reducing the level of stress and developing self-regulatory skills was implemented. To conduct the formative experiment, an art-therapeutic training aimed at reducing the level of stress in educators was developed. The program included a series of classes using art-therapy methods that promote expression and awareness of emotions, reduce internal tension and actualize personal resources. The data obtained show the effectiveness of art-therapeutic intervention and confirm its usefulness in the practice of psychological support of pedagogical workers.

Coping strategies and procrastination in professional activities of medical personnel
Abstract
medical workers, more often than other professions can experience stress, as they are responsible not only for health, but also for the lives of other people, which can be expressed as a predisposition to non-constructive types of coping behavior, it may be due to the fact that against the background of a large chronic overload and emotional exhaustion, instead of constructive problem solving medical workers go away from problems, postponing their solution, which can lead them into a vicious circle of postponing things, or in another way to procrastination. That most often leads to a decrease in performance in professional activity, so the purpose of our work is to identify the relationship between the level and nature of procrastination with the leading coping strategies of health care workers. Research objectives are: to analyze the prevailing coping strategies among health care workers and their relationship with procrastination; empirical study of the relationship between the level and nature of procrastination and preferred coping strategies among health care workers. The results of the empirical study indicate that there is a stable positive relationship between the level of procrastination and the choice of coping strategies such as confrontation, distancing, escape-avoidance, it tells us that with the increase in the level of procrastination in the study sample, the intensity of using ineffective coping strategies increases. And the inverse relationship with measures such as self-control and partly with positive reappraisal. This study can serve as a basis for developing a training program to reduce procrastination by developing effective coping strategies in health care providers in the future.

Characteristics of anxiety in children at primary school age: the modern psychological aspect
Abstract
anxiety occupies a special place among negative experiences, leading to a decrease in working capacity, efficiency, and communication difficulties. An abrupt change in the social situation of the child's development and leading activity requires adaptation to a new social environment. Anxiety includes various aspects of persistent school emotional distress. It is expressed in excitement, increased anxiety in educational situations, in the classroom, in anticipation of a bad attitude towards oneself, negative assessment from teachers, peers. The child is not sure of the correctness of his behavior. The importance of studying this issue is explained by the need to prevent the occurrence of negative emotional states in a timely manner, to identify and eliminate their causes, as these conditions may become more pronounced in school. The article presents the results of a study to determine the differences in the severity and structure of anxiety in boys and girls at primary school age. The data can be used by psychologists of educational organizations to develop programs for the prevention and overcoming of anxiety, to make recommendations for teachers and parents, and to develop special courses in general, age, and educational psychology.

The salutogenic approach in the university educational environment: theoretical foundations and practical application
Abstract
the modern educational system faces challenges related to increasing stress, declining motivation, and deteriorating mental health among students, driven by digitalization, socioeconomic uncertainty, and the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, Aaron Antonovsky’s salutogenic approach, which focuses on promoting health through the development of a sense of coherence (comprehensibility, manageability, meaningfulness) and generalized resistance resources, is highly relevant. The article examines the application of this approach in the university educational environment, highlighting its effectiveness in creating a health-promoting setting. An example is the Scientific and Educational Psychological Club at PNU, where, through the integration of theory and practice, collaborative learning, and reflection, students develop professional and personal resources that enhance psychological resilience. Salutogenesis advocates shifting the focus from problem elimination to strengthening students’ assets, thereby reducing anxiety and improving well-being.

The relationship between post-traumatic, dissociative, and psychopathological symptoms in patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders
Abstract
the study examines the relationship between adverse childhood experiences, specifically experienced sexual abuse and family violence, in patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders, focusing on the mechanism of peritraumatic dissociation during psychological trauma and the development of posttraumatic psychopathological symptoms. The identified correlations demonstrate that, in a certain endophenotype, childhood psychological trauma can manifest as dissociative and posttraumatic phenomena, which later develop into psychopathology. The difference between the psychotraumatic approach to understanding schizophrenia spectrum disorders lies in its implication of a triggering factor – a traumatic situation – rather than merely addressing symptoms, which is the usual focus of clinical practice. Working with both the target trauma and the resulting symptoms together will lead to a better quality of life for patients through long-term remission and reduced self-stigmatization of their disorder.

Violation of critical perception in society: problems and prospects
Abstract
the article examines the phenomenon of declining critical perception in contemporary society. The purpose is to identify key factors that undermine individuals’ ability to assess information critically and to outline prospective measures for its recovery. The methodological framework combines a comparative content analysis of media discourse (2019-2024), a sociological survey (n = 1,784 across eight Russian regions) and Spearman correlation analysis. Three interrelated clusters of factors were found: cognitive overload, algorithmic personalization, and erosion of educational filters. The sample’s Critical Perception Index deteriorated from 0.67 to 0.42 (2005–2024; p < 0.01). A strong negative correlation (? = –0.71) emerged between feed personalization intensity and respondents’ ability to detect manipulative messages. Scientific novelty lies in an integrated model describing the interaction between digital environments and cognitive biases and refining the dynamics of their influence. Practical significance is provided by a multi-level strategy: institutional regulations (fact-checking, algorithmic transparency), media- and infoliteracy educational programs, and individual cognitive self-regulation techniques. Future research should validate the model in cross-cultural settings and assess the effectiveness of the proposed measures. This study is important because existing works mainly describe individual aspects of the problem (for example, fake news or cognitive biases), leaving out their complex interaction in the dynamics of the digital environment. It should be noted that the combined effect of cognitive overload, algorithmic personalization and the erosion of educational filters statistically significantly (p <0.05) reduces individuals' ability to critically analyze information.

Predictive models of consciousness in modern psychology
Abstract
this article presents a systematic analysis of modern predictive models of consciousness in psychological science. The author of this article reviews the main theoretical approaches, including predictive processing theory, the active inference model, and integrated information theory. In this article, the author also analyzes empirical data confirming the predictive nature of conscious processes, and discusses methodological challenges and prospects for the development of this area of research. In the course of the study, the author of this article found that predictive models of consciousness represent a dynamically developing field that promises to revolutionize our understanding of the nature of consciousness. The central idea is that the brain constantly generates predictions about incoming sensory information and updates its models based on prediction errors. Despite the existing challenges, these theories open new horizons for research and practical applications in psychology, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence.

The article analyzes the results of a psychodiagnostic study of the level of development of students' readiness for professional medical activity. The study identified factors that reduce the degree of readiness of first-year medical university students for professional activity. The purpose of the study is to study the level of development of professional readiness of first-year medical university students for professional activity. The psychodiagnostic study was conducted using the SIOB methodology (self-assessment of the individual characteristics of first-year students), developed by L. N. Kabardova and V. K. Oshe and adapted by specialists from the Department of Philosophy and Psychology with bioethics courses. When adapting the test material, the personal qualities of modern first-year students were taken into account. The survey was conducted in an anonymous questionnaire format. The sample group consisted of 100 first-year students of the medical University studying at the dental, medical, pharmaceutical, pediatric faculties, as well as at the Faculty of Clinical Psychology. The results obtained can be used in the distribution of first-year students by faculties, and then by specialties, taking into account their personal characteristics, needs and motives. In the course of a psychodiagnostic study, a number of factors have been identified that hinder the development of stable readiness of first-year medical university students for professional medical practice. The authors of the article note the role of the Psychological Support Center (PSC), which operates on the basis of the Tver State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. The PSC plays an important role in the professional development of students and performs a number of tasks aimed at increasing the level of students' motivational activity, as well as their professional readiness.

The relationship between the structure of intelligence and temperament characteristics, as basic personality characteristics
Abstract
the relevance of the study is determined by the fact that existing studies often consider intelligence and temperament separately, which limits the possibility of a comprehensive analysis and application of the acquired knowledge in practice. The aim of the work was to establish the relationship between the structure of intelligence and the characteristics of the nervous system in young people studying at a higher educational institution with a humanitarian focus. The study involved 34 people (16 people - 1st year (17.94 ± 0.93 years old), 18 people - 4th year (20.56 ± 0.98 years) of students of a humanitarian university. All subjects gave informed consent for the study, were practically healthy at the time of the examination, had no chronic diseases. The methods used: R. Amthauer's intelligence structure test; questionnaire of formal-dynamic properties of individuality (QFDPI) by V.M. Rusalov; technique for studying the properties of the nervous system by Ya. Strelyau (adapted by N.N. Danilova, A.G. Shmelev). The analysis of the obtained results did not reveal statistically significant differences between boys and girls. Comparison based on the principle of belonging to the course of study demonstrated a statistically significant difference in all parameters of intelligence, some parameters of temperament (intellectual ergicity, psychomotor plasticity and psychomotor speed) and properties of the nervous system (inhibition) between 1st and 4th year students. A relationship was established between the structure of intelligence and the characteristics of the nervous system in young people studying at a higher educational institution with a humanitarian focus. The dominance of spatial abilities in the structure of correlations indicates the adaptive nature of interaction in the continuum "intelligence – temperament".

Order of the Red Banner of Labor Medical Analysis of clinical manifestations of pathological hoarding syndrome, its diagnosis and treatment principles
Abstract
this article discusses the syndrome of pathological hoarding (SPH), also known as Plyushkin syndrome or hoarding disorder (HD), included in the classification of DSM-5 and ICD-11 (code 6B24). This mental disorder is characterized by an obsessive desire to collect objects and pronounced difficulties in parting with them, regardless of their real value. SPH is accompanied by social, domestic and personal disorders, and can also lead to significant disorganization of the living space. Within the framework of this work, attention is focused on the difference between SPN and Diogenes syndrome, which manifests itself in social isolation, self-neglect and unsanitary conditions, which are more often observed in elderly single people. While with SPH, patients often maintain basic neatness, but exhibit compulsive hoarding. The article contains an analysis of the etiology, clinical manifestations and classifications of SPN, examines its features from the standpoint of personality psychology and psychopathology. Modern diagnostic criteria and the difficulties of identifying this disorder in clinical practice are also considered. The aim of the study is to systematize scientific data and develop recommendations for effective diagnosis and treatment of SPH, taking into account international approaches and classifications.

Perception of time in the media space
Abstract
the article is devoted to the study of time perception in modern media space, considered as an integrated structure of mass communication channels. The author analyzes the impact of the temporal factor on the audience's perception of information, focusing on its role in the transformation of behavioral patterns, marketing strategies and social interaction. Special attention is paid to how the speed of life, technological innovations and cultural features shape individual and collective perception of time in the conditions of information abundance. The methodological basis of the study includes qualitative analysis of media content, interviewing of specialists and target groups, and a comparative approach to the study of cultural differences in temporal perception. The results show that advertising and content become more effective when the audience's temporal expectations are taken into account. Short formats are preferable under time constraints, but full-format materials remain in demand if they are characterized by high quality performance. The article reveals various forms of temporal structures in media: chronological, rhythmic, metaphorical, parallel and condensed time. The phenomena of accelerated perception of life, fragmentation of attention and audience synchronization are analyzed. The author concludes that for a successful media strategy it is necessary to take into account the temporal attitudes of consumers, adapting the content to the dynamic conditions of the digital environment. Understanding the peculiarities of time perception becomes a key tool in the development of effective media content and communication policy in the conditions of global media transformation. The study emphasizes the need for a multilevel understanding of time as a category that determines not only the consumption of information, but also the nature of human interaction with media reality.

Abstract
the article examines the phenomenon of Internet jokes ridiculing obesity and eating behavior associated with excess weight. An analysis of 200 jokes is provided, 6 groups are distinguished: "calendar" jokes (losing weight for a certain season, most often "New Year" and "vacation"); the connection between food and mood (proper nutrition reduces, and unhealthy foods improve mood), "recipes" and methods of losing weight, reasons for failure (why you can't lose weight, what prevents you), propaganda of body-positive attitudes and a statement of the fact of dieting. Data are also provided indicating that in most jokes the object of ridicule is a woman, and at the level of text and visual design, an attitude is formed about "healthy" and "unhealthy" food, which is a kind of propaganda of orthorexia.

Guilt as a moral regulator of behavior
Abstract
the article analyzes the forms of external and internal regulator of human behavior (guilt), which acts as a motivator for its development, self-relationship, acceptance and implementation of the norms and rules accepted in society. The process of transforming external regulation of social behavior into internal management of needs and contradictions is considered as a way of developing intrapersonal beliefs and moral values accepted in society as one’s own. The author points out the constructive and destructive features of the manifestation of the phenomenon of guilt as a source of the emergence of intrapersonal conflict, the struggle of desires and moral demands of the external environment. The author sets the task of drawing attention to the problem of the emerging feeling of guilt as a preventive form of self-awareness that allows one to assimilate the values of society and reduce the level of deviant behavior.

The relationship between personal space and the success of social adaptation of migrants
Abstract
this article examines an important but little-studied problem of the impact of personal space on the process of social adaptation of labor migrants from Central Asia in Russia. The results of the study showed that 70% of the respondents live in conditions that do not meet sanitary standards, while 85% of the respondents experience constant discomfort due to the impossibility of privacy. Three main adaptation strategies were identified: the creation of conditional personal zones in a common space, the use of public places for privacy, and the conscious restriction of social contacts. Of particular interest is the data that migrants who have the opportunity to live in less cramped conditions demonstrate significantly higher indicators of psychological well-being and social integration.

Differentiation of subjective well-being: analysis of meaningful characteristics in polar groups
Abstract
the subjective well-being of a person is considered as a mental state. Taking into account the allocation of cognitive and emotional-evaluative components in its structure, the article describes the results of an empirical study aimed at identifying the features of the meaningful characteristics of this mental state, taking into account the polarity (in this case: "well–being – disadvantage"). According to diagnostic and statistical data, differences were found in almost all components, except for self-image and an active attitude to personal life (respondents in both groups demonstrate self-acceptance and moderate activity). A person in a state of well-being is characterized by an elevated, stable mood and tone. There is an expectation of future prospects. The subject can allocate his time efficiently enough. There is a calmness, even a kind of indifference. A low level of subjective well-being causes a narrowing of personal interests and an increasing level of fears about the future. The tendency towards isolation is revealed. At the same time, the subject's unwillingness to be in public is combined with a tendency to normality, dependence on others. The level of unmotivated anxiety is not high. The mood is quite stable and is characterized by an even, moderately positive tone with adequate mental regulation.

Identification of fears of children during the crisis of 7 years and correction with the help of art therapy: isotherapy and fairy tale therapy
Abstract
the aim of the study was to identify children's fears and their gender characteristics, as well as to test methods of working with these fears. The main objectives included studying the nature of fears in children around 7 years old, analyzing literature, holding discussions in classes, and comparing two methods of working with fears. The researchers' hypothesis suggested that children's fears would be related to the world around them, and perhaps boys would experience more fears, although among children without fears, the majority would also be male. The study involved 120 first-graders aged 6.5-7.5 years, divided into two groups. Each child was asked to assess the level of fear. Both groups listened to a fairy tale before working with fears. In the first group, the children drew their fears and finished drawing something funny, in the second group they exchanged drawings and created airplanes to say goodbye to fears. The results showed that anxiety in children in the first group decreased by 70%, and in the second group – by 93%. The effect of drawing was less noticeable in the case of recent traumatic events. The first group's method was more effective due to the use of different techniques. As a result, boys had more fears, most of which were related to the surrounding world and media. However, among children without fears, there were more boys, indicating the influence of upbringing on the perception of fear.
