Following the wholistic principle of speech portrayal description in terms of prosody, the authors present step-by-step analysis of aging, stylistic, pragmatic and artistic variability of a prominent personality’s voice. The selected parameters of pitch, tempo and voice quality features are tested statistically for their relevance. The advantages of day-to-day practice of professional lecturing are revealed for the preservation of a wide pitch range, temporal control and voice quality flexibility.
