Abstract

The research under consideration focuses on acute problems of legal consciousness of a Russian lawyer. The authors undertake to compare and analyze legal mindsets of lawyers who have studied a legal language and the appropriate legal system, and their counterparts who are unfamiliar with the foreign legal experience. The authors come to the conclusion that the analysis of foreign legal experience within foreign legal discourse substantially influences the formation of legal consciousness of a Russian lawyer.
