Abstract

The purpose of the article is to establish changes in the content of the basic value “family” in German linguistic culture over 5 years. The study is based on the analysis of data from two free associative experiments conducted by the author of the article with representatives of German linguistic culture. As a result, it was found that the family is the most significant value for the respondents, however, the experimental data recorded changes associated with the emphasis on the role of the mother in family relationships.
