The article discusses the necessity of introducing a digital educational environment into the educational process at all its stages, which will improve the quality of education, provide conditions for creating new online courses and exchanging program and methodological materials, thus contributing to forming an active citizen with a high level of economic culture.

The relevance of the article is due to the demands of modern society in the formation of a person who is able to effectively adapt to the modern realities of the world, engaged in self-education throughout his life. The purpose of the article is to review the theoretical aspects of the concept of „continuing adult education“. The author formulates the concept of „continuous adult education“, based on the works of well-known researchers and taking into account the peculiarities of the development of the modern world.

The article presents an interdisciplinary study of the issues involved in teaching professional communication to science undergraduates. The study is aimed to develop a technology for the FL course and is rooted in the theories of media education, digital rhetoric, and digital storytelling. The technology was tested at the faculty of Physics and Mathematics (MGOU) and has proven itself due to its use of digital content, designed professional situations, scientific validity and topicality.

The article based on the author’s experience in teacher-training and teacher development, looks at the importance of setting truly communicative goals in the foreign language classroom and at the danger of neglecting its educational goals. The author gives practical recommendations to commencing teachers on how to prevent typical teaching mistakes related to misinterpretation of teaching goals.

The article deals with teaching lawyers intercultural professional communication in the context of digitalization. The article clarifies the terminological apparatus. The concepts of “e-learning”, “distance learning”, “emergency distance learning” are analyzed. The experience of teaching and learning using relevant technological tools is described. The authors conclude that the accumulated pedagogical experience determines further directions for the modernization of higher education.

The article presents the results of a study of egocentrism as a personality property and egotism of college students in posts intended for communication in social networks in the Internet. The hypothesis about egotism in the process of communication among boys and girls in social networks is confirmed. It was found that students with a high level of egocentrism are less likely to post in social networks than students with medium and low levels of egocentrism.

Learning is complicated by the emotions of pupils, and can negatively affect learning achievements and motivation. The interrelations of emotional intelligence and foreign language competencies is an open issue. The author presents the results of the study to identify the emotional intelligence degree and foreign language competencies of cadets. Their ambiguous interrelations are revealed, which determines the role of emotional intelligence and contributes to the organization of educational psychology support in mastering a foreign language.

The article is devoted to the analysis of modern doctrinal approaches to determining the place of the clientele (goodwill) in the system of elements of the enterprise as a property complex. The goodwill institute, unlike its understanding in common law countries, is completely new to Russian law, and has significant specifics of use. Touched upon are possible prospects for the appearance of a clientele in Russian civil legislation.

The article is devoted to the issues of digital transformation of public administration and social life, as well as to the new opportunities that innovative digital technologies offer and the risks they may cause. The identification of risks in the application of big data analysis and artificial intelligence has been carried out, directions for their leveling have been proposed, which will enhance the efficiency of information and communication technologies in pursuing the anti-corruption policy of the state.
