Abstract

The article treats some features of translator-interpreter work with texts potentially created for the purpose of speech manipulation and containing expressions that can be regarded as means of verbal aggression; a theoretical justification for the classification of these means is provided. The problem of recognizing speech manipulation and interpreting the means of speech aggression is of particular importance in the context of aggravated international relations.
