Current Issues of Foreign Language Teaching Methods in Heterogeneous Classes
Resumo
The article investigates the problem of foreign language teaching in heterogeneous classes that often acquire features of multiculturalism and multiethnicity. Observation of teaching practice as well as analysis of scientific pedagogical and methodological literature showed that the implementation of a personality-oriented approach in such classes requires special technological solutions and conscious professional training of teachers.

Scientific meanings of the Russian methodological science in historical and actual projections
Resumo
The article describes the evolution of the scientific basis of the Russian methodological science with a view to solving theoretical and applied problems of linguistic education. The content of the concept of «scientific meaning» of methodology is revealed, which gives an idea of the main scientific trends, history and prospects of this science of a specific historical epoch and expresses the content of interrelated and interdependent methodological categories, namely: paradigm, approach, model and purpose of teaching.

Developing Teaching Materials Based on Authentic Texts Using Modern Software Tools
Resumo
The article touches upon the problem of compiling foreign language teaching and learning materials using modern software created with artificial intelligence technologies. The main methods are experiment and analysis. The material is the linguistic corpus of the newspaper articles from “Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung” with a volume of more than 1 million tokens. The authors describe and test seven types of search queries, the result of which are authentic contexts for compiling language learning and teaching materials.

Resumo
The article considers public speaking as a form of verbal communication based on the material of the Spanish language. The article introduces the key aspects of a successful speech, including its structure, goals, interaction with the audience, as well as the influence of linguistic and cultural factors. Special attention is paid to the specific characteristics of the Spanish language: its lexical and syntactic features. The article examines the use of techniques characteristic of the Spanish-speaking rhethorical tradition.

The article looks at the dynamics of person-centered paradigm in modern linguistic education; emphasizes orientation on the personality developing, agency-centered nature of foreign language teaching; outlines the conditions of implementing this approach and creating educational situation aimed at developing agency features of the learner; considers the possibility to ensure agency-oriented character of the content of teaching, educational practices and assessment of educational results in foreign language learning.

Dynamics of the level of foreign communicative competence of students of non-linguistic universities: results of complex diagnostics
Resumo
The article is devoted to the analysis of the results of a comprehensive diagnostics of foreign communicative competence of students of non-linguistic universities. The author developed diagnostic tools and conducted a comparative analysis of the results at different stages of training, which demonstrated negative dynamics in various aspects and allowed the researcher to justify the need for continuous language training of students.

The Development of Russian Cultural Identity in the Context of Intercultural Interaction
Resumo
The article examines the problem of the formation and development of the Russian cultural identity in foreign language classes. Co-learning a foreign language and culture contributes to the development of a multicultural language identity, expanding the boundaries of one’s own worldview, which improves one’s understanding of the mentality of a foreign-speaking interlocutor from the perspective of one’s own cultural affiliation, and helps one find a way out of potential situations of cultural conflict. The authors define the concept of the Russian cultural identity in the context of intercultural interaction and identify its components: conceptual, sensual and etiquette.

Non-Linguistic University Students’ Expectations and the Prospects of Lifelong Foreign Language Training
Resumo
The paper describes the prospects of lifelong foreign language training system development in non-linguistics universities. It analyses the influence on foreign language training produced, on the one hand, by the current stage of reforming national higher education system, and, on the other hand, the opinions and expectations of students. The opinions and expectations of students were revealed in the survey of students representing various levels of university education. The paper also determines likely risks connected with foreign language teaching.

Technologically implemented multilevel training of specialists remains a pressing issue, its solution requires teaching students to pose and quickly and efficiently solve professional problems. Interactive organization of a foreign language problem lecture will ensure complete readiness of future specialists for foreign language professional activity due to varying models used for monitoring their multilevel mental actions in small groups in class and out of class.

Writing Within the Framework of Language Competitions in Italian: Some Peculiarities of Training and Assessment
Resumo
The present article is focused on some of the peculiarities of writing tasks and their assessment within the framework of language competitions in Italian. In particular, the article contains the results of the analysis of typical mistakes and the main difficulties concerning writing tasks and their assessment in terms of content and text structure. The research made it possible to create a number of guidelines for those who prepare secondary school children for various language competitions in Italian as well as for those who assess students’ papers.

The purpose of the article is to explore teacher-training and teacher development issues related to the evaluation of future foreign language teachers’ and in-service foreign language teachers’ professional competence. The author suggests using a variety of techniques to make teacher evaluation as authentic as possible. The author describes samples of testing activities and tasks which could be used in the teacher-training course with a view to enhancing the effectiveness of foreign language teacher development.

Values and Concepts Underlying the Educational System Reformation in the Past and At Present
Resumo
The article examines the specifics of reforming the education system in Russia. It highlights the core ideas that define modern trends in modernization. An attempt is made to compare contemporary transformations with the reforms of the early Soviet period, using the example of the unified labor school concept as interpreted by S. T. Shatsky and P. P. Blonsky. The challenges that practical pedagogy may face at the current stage of implementing these reforms are also outlined.

Working With the Image: the Applied Meaning of Metaphorical Associative Cards in Education

The article discusses the problem of image exteriorization in working with metaphorical associative cards; discusses the issues of combining metaphor, words and action in the image; verbal and non-verbal, conscious and unconscious in working with metaphorical cards; reveals the mechanisms of working with them; substantiates the transformation of the image in the process of working with metaphorical associative cards and the key role of the teacher; provides examples of the metaphorical cards use when working with students including role positions, motivation and the value-semantic sphere.

The System of Life Meanings of Future Educational Psychologists
Resumo
The system of life meanings of future teachers-psychologists is analyzed in comparison with students of other professional fields. A theoretical analysis of the psychological phenomenon «the meaning of life» is presented. The invariants and variations of youth’s life-meaning orientations and their relationship with the locus of control and the assessment of the need for success have been empirically proven. Significant differences in the system of life-meaning orientations of students of different professional orientation are revealed.

The Development of Intercultural Competence in the Context of Digitalised Education
Resumo
The article presents the findings of the study which examined the development of intercultural competence of the students of linguistics based on the use of digital resources. The findings of the study indicate a correlation between the level of development of certain parameters of intercultural sensitivity and the use of certain digital tools. The analysis concludes that it is necessary to take into account the potential of digital resources for the development of intercultural sensitivity in foreign language teaching.

Institutions of Licensing and Self-Regulation in Russian Civil Legislation: Genesis and Current State
Resumo
The article examines certain aspects of the formation of modern Russian legislation on licensing and self-regulation (in terms of carrying out certain types of activities based on a license, membership in a self-regulating organization, and a certificate of admission to a certain type of work), the norms of which are represented in a number of branches of law (although the author’s attention is mainly focused on the provisions of civil legislation). Some contradictions and gaps in the analyzed legislation are noted, and proposals for its improvement are presented.

Legal Regulation of the Institution of Employment Contracts (Relationships) With Creative Workers of Television and Radio Broadcasting

The article is devoted to the study of legal regulation of the employment contract concluded with creative workers of television and radio broadcasting enterprises. Aspects of legal regulation that are not reflected in Section XII of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation «Features of labor regulation of certain categories of workers» are noted. The aim of the study is to examine the legislation regulating the procedure for concluding and maintaining an employment contract with creative workers of television and radio companies, definition of the category «creative worker of a television and radio company» in the legal regulation of the work of creative workers, the features of unity and differentiation in the regulation of labor relations with this category of workers.

The competition of legality and effectiveness in political activity, the essence of legal policy is investigated. At this level of development of social culture, efficiency dominates legality, which makes it problematic to form a stable legal political phenomenon. One of the stages of its formation is the rule of law. The principles of legal statehood are gradually being established in the world, which has a non-linear but positive effect on the decriminalization of society.

Interstate Cooperation of Law Enforcement Agencies on the Return of Corrupt Assets from Abroad
Resumo
Proposals are being made to reorient to regional and bilateral agreements in interstate cooperation on the return of corrupt assets from abroad, which is due to the complication of the international situation in the context of a special military operation. The possibilities of improving anti-corruption legislation, creating new organizational forms of law enforcement agencies, and adapting the regulatory framework to the new digital reality are considered.

Migration as a Determinant of Extremist Crime
Resumo
The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between migration processes and extremist criminality. The paper analyzes the state of migrant crime, as well as factors contributing to the radicalization of individual groups. Special attention is paid to the social, economic and cultural conditions affecting the integration of migrants into the host society, and the problems that arise. Migration is considered as one of the key determinants of extremist crime.
