JUSTIFICATION OF THE NEED TO CLARIFY THE BASIC CONCEPTS AND FORMULAS OF AUTOMOTIVE EXPERTISE
摘要
The reliability of the investigation and the conclusions of the examination depends on how accurate and correct the initial information – the facts, circumstances and parameters of the condition of vehicles, road conditions and the driver accepted for consideration – corresponds to the mechanism of the accident. The reasons for this kind of inconsistencies in the information of the real situation may be different: the ambiguity of the verbal description of the environment and the condition of the pavement, the variance of the values of parameters and coefficients relative to their discrete reference value, the dependence of calculated values on numerous factors, measurement errors. In addition, the result depends on the completeness and accuracy of the formulas used, the accuracy of the definition of certain concepts, in particular, the concepts of the delay time of the brake actuation, the time of the deceleration rise, the vehicle’s use, etc.
That is why in the works of many authors devoted to the examination of accidents, it has been repeatedly noted that the information used in the investigation carries elements of uncertainty, which inevitably affects the correctness and reliability of the conclusions of the investigation.
Purpose – is to show the need to clarify the basic concepts and formulas used in production
Methodology of the work: the methods of formalization and specification of formulas used in the investigation of the examination of an accident were used in the work
Results: the examples given in the paper and the theoretical studies carried out show that a significant number of formulas used in automotive research require refinement and refinement.
Practical implications: it is advisable to apply the results obtained when conducting automotive research – investigation and examination of road accidents.

ANALYTICAL MODEL OF ORGANIZATION OF FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION IN COMPLEX TRANSPORT SYSTEM OF MEGALOPOLIS

The article presents an analytical model that allows designing information and analytical platforms for managing freight transportation in complex transport systems. The developed model is based on the principles of synthesis of methods for controlling the structural dynamics of complex systems and solves the problems of finding the optimal balance between the information situation of the object and the subject of design. The principles of mathematical modeling of processes on an information and analytical platform were formed, namely: the implementation of an object-oriented approach when forming an information space of possible solutions and dismemberment into subsystems and levels based on the principle of homogeneity of technology and heterogeneity of information states. On the basis of the formed approach, an information and analytical platform has been developed in the freight transportation management system, which allows you to objectively reflect the change in system variables over time for a particular process from the standpoint of multivariable forecasting, while the tools for simulating the production of solutions can be transformed in relation to a particular process, depending on the information situation corresponding to the conditions of the freight transportation process.
Purpose. Development of an analytical model for building an information and analytical platform for managing the system of road freight transportation in a large agglomeration or metropolis.
Methodology. Mathematical methods of decision theory under conditions of stochastic uncertainty, which makes it possible to develop optimal control strategies in a complex system.
Results. Mathematical model and algorithms for the organization of road freight transportation in the context of the flow of unstructured information of the external environment.
Practical implications. The transport system of a metropolis or large agglomeration, in which the indicators of its effectiveness are influenced by a large number of external and internal factors and at the same time there is a significant dynamic of the studied indicators.

ABOUT DIAGNOSTICS OF AUTOMOTIVE HYBRID POWER PLANTS ON STANDS WITH RUNNING DRUMS

The authors of the article provide a detailed description and analysis of the basic layouts of hybrid power plants (GSU) of wheeled vehicles (CTS), describe the principle of their operation and provide the main diagnostic parameters. The analysis of the functioning of the GSU in various modes of movement of the CTS is presented. Diagnostic methods on power and inertial stands with running drums are considered.
The purpose is to consider methods of diagnostics of CTS with GSU on power and inertial stands with running drums.
The method of the work – the article used statistical methods of analysis.
Results – it is proved that in order to ensure highly informative and stable test modes of functioning of the CTS with GSU in the process of their diagnosis, it is necessary to use hybrid stands.
Scope of application of the results – it is advisable to apply the results obtained in the diagnosis of CTS with GSU on stands with running drums.

MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE MOVEMENT OF A LOW-TONNAGE TRUCK WITH A MECHANICAL ENERGY RECOVERY UNIT

To date, an important role in many areas of economic activity is played by road freight transport. First of all, it depends on how quickly and reliably the goods will be delivered from one place to another. With an extensive list of various goods that need to be transported, there is no less a large selection of vehicles to perform these tasks.
Due to the fact that heavy trucks are currently prohibited from entering most cities, low-tonnage trucks, including vans and trucks of the transport category “N1”, have become in demand. Their main purpose is the transportation of small shipments within the city or over relatively short distances.
Low-tonnage trucks should have not only high dynamic characteristics, but also low fuel consumption. Numerous studies have shown that the most promising direction of increasing dynamic characteristics and reducing fuel consumption are mechanical energy recovery devices that accumulate the energy of the rotating masses of the car during braking and transfer it to the same rotating masses at the moment the car starts moving. Analysis of the movement of light trucks using a mechanical energy recovery device can reveal changes in the dynamics of light trucks and fuel consumption.
Purpose. Investigation of changes in dynamic characteristics and fuel consumption of a low-tonnage truck with a mechanical energy recovery unit using a model in the MATLAB Simulink environment.
Methodology. Methods of mathematical modeling and analysis were used in the article.
Results. The parameters showing the efficiency of operation of a low-tonnage truck with a mechanical energy recovery unit are obtained.
Practical implications. The results obtained can be applied when designing a car to identify the optimal parameters of the vehicle’s power plant, which are used together with mechanical energy recovery devices.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN APPLICATION FOR QUALITY CONTROL OF PARTS FOR REJECTS

This article describes the development of software code for quality control of parts. To solve this problem, an application for comparing products for defects was developed with the help of Python programming environment and OpenCV computer vision library.
The goal is to develop an effective program for comparing two parts, a template of a correct part and a made image of the part in a program to compare it to this template.
Methodology. This article discusses a program for collecting and storing data, as well as processing them for quality control.
Results. We developed an application in a Python programming environment that collects information in the form of an image and processes it using the OpenCV computer vision library to compare two images.
Practical implications. This application can be used in industry to monitor and control the quality of parts, because quality is an important part of creating precision products.

OPTIMIZATION OF FIXED ASSETS INVENTORY BY CREATING A TELEGRAM BOT
摘要
This article is about the optimization of fixed assets inventory by means of Telegram bot. The feature of the systems which are realized with the help of bots is the ease of use and minimization of resources spent on software storage, which greatly simplifies the interaction with the system. One of today’s popular platforms for deploying bots is the Telegram messenger.
Purpose – create a tool for inventory of fixed assets, interaction with the database, creation of reports in Excel format and carrying out stock-taking with the help of QR code recognition.
Method or methodology of the work. The article considers the method that implements the inventory of fixed assets and carrying out an inventory. For the implementation it is used: the SQLite database and the programming language Python.
Result: developed a unique tool that implements the functions of adding, storing and interacting with the data of fixed assets.
Scope of the results: object data stored in the database is reasonable to use for inventory and monitoring the current balance of fixed assets.

DEVELOPMENT OF A SUBSYSTEM FOR THE RECOGNITION OF SIGNALS WITH A COMPLEX SHAPE

The modern stage of development of radio information systems is characterized by one general tendency. It consists in that object of their processing are various kinds of images, difficult enough on structure and with heterogeneous statistical properties. Television, diagnostic and security systems, observation systems for land and water surfaces, near space can serve as an example. The task of such systems is not only a passive function such as formation of images themselves, but first of all the understanding of images - detection on a complex statistically heterogeneous and multigradational in brightness background of the objects of interest, recognition and evaluation of their parameters. The image form is a concentrator of information contained in the image. It is interpreted as an analytically defined signal. This paper proposes a subsystem for the recognition of signals of complex shape, based on sensor networks. The illustration of the structural scheme of the subsystem is given. The technique of image recognition is shown. The results of the recognition are presented.

SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF RATIONAL CHOICE OF THERMAL INSULATION MATERIAL AND ITS GEOMETRIC CHARACTERISTICS

В технике часто используется явление теплопередачи через цилиндрические стенки и разнообразные оболочки, образованные вращением плоских фигур вокруг неподвижной оси. Такие конструктивные элементы широко применяются в конденсаторах паротурбинных установок, в деталях проточной части газовых турбин, ракетных и авиационных двигателей. В статье описано решение задачи рационального выбора теплоизоляционного материала и его геометрических характеристик при использовании теплоизоляции для уменьшения тепловых потерь от цилиндрических поверхностей. Результаты расчета теплоизоляции трубы представлены графически. Выполненный анализ позволяет сформулировать обобщённый вывод: рациональный выбор изоляции возможен только лишь в том случае, когда увеличению её толщины сопутствует увеличение термического сопротивления всей модели.

Analysis of transport problems of large and major cities
摘要
In this article, the authors consider the transport problems of the largest and largest cities on the example of Krasnodar. The growth of housing construction in recent years has led to an increase in motorization, which increases the load of the city’s road network. Based on the analysis, we can conclude about the main directions of the development of the transport network of cities and the most anticipated problems.
Purpose: is to analyze the rate of population growth in cities, the growth of motorization and draw conclusions about the main transport problems of the city associated with these factors.
Method or methodology of the work: statistical analysis, synthesis were used in the article.
Results: the main directions of activity for solving transport problems of large and largest cities are determined on the example of Krasnodar, the growth rates of population, population density, growth of motorization are analyzed and conclusions are drawn about the influence of these factors on the functioning of the city’s transport system.
Scope of application of the results: research activity on the development of new approaches in the field of organization of transportation and transport services.

METHOD FOR INCREASING THE UNIFORMITY OF THE GAS-AIR MIXTURE IN INTERNAL COMBUSTION TRANSPORT ENGINES

Increasing the uniformity of the gas-air mixture in gas transport engines makes it possible to ensure more complete combustion of fuel, reduce its specific fuel consumption and exhaust gas toxicity. There are known ways to increase uniformity, but there is no generalization of their principles and applicability for various engines. The article analyzes the existing methods and identifies their shortcomings. A method has been developed to increase the uniformity of the gas-air mixture in gas transport engines by controlling the position of the gas fuel jet in the incoming air stream. The dependence for controlling the position of the gas jet in the air flow is described. The results of experiments performed by means of computer modeling with central and distributed gas supply with different gas and air pressures are analyzed. During the experiments, the coefficient of uniformity of the gas-air mixture was determined. Separately, the depth of penetration of the gas fuel jet into the incoming air stream is estimated. Based on the simulation results, the effectiveness of the method was justified.
Purpose. Development of a method for increasing the uniformity of the gas-air mixture in internal combustion transport engines.
Methodology. Modeling of the movement of a methane jet in an air stream by the finite element method was used in the work.
Results. A method for increasing the uniformity of the gas-air mixture using the inlet pressure of the gas as the main variable parameter is formulated and justified.
Practical implications. The obtained results should be used to improve the efficiency and environmental friendliness of gas transport engines.

Improvement of the analytical method for calculating the available throughput with the use of simulation tools

Background. The problem of this work is to optimize the currently used methods for calculating the available bandwidth based on analytical calculations by building a simulation model in the AnyLogic software package. Most scientists are working on the issues of laying the traffic schedule without taking into account the complex of issues related to predictive modeling and improving the accuracy of calculating the available capacity.
Materials and/or methods: simulation modeling, economic and mathematical modeling, AnyLogic software package, methods of general systems theory, logistics.
Results. In the course of the work, an abstract model of a railway line was developed and built that simulates the movement of trains according to the specified traffic parameters. The results of the study can be used in the dispatching centers of transportation management of JSC “Russian Railways” in order to optimize the analysis of the subject of the completed work of the railway landfill of the road.
Conclusion. The paper considers and proposes a method for calculating the available capacity on a railway line based on existing analytical formulas and the use of simulation modeling tools in order to adjust them and calculate the value of the simulation modeling coefficient proposed in the work.

Development of a Mathematical Model and an Automated Algorithm for Calculating Throughput

Background. The problem of this work is to develop a methodology for calculating cash throughput, which is based on the well-known formulas for calculating cash throughput, the main innovation of which is to take into account the time spent by trains on acceleration and deceleration en route. Currently, in the process of calculating the available capacity, a formal approach is used to determine the removal coefficients, and the site speed is also taken into account, calculated taking into account acceleration and deceleration, but representing only the ratio of the length of a certain section of the railway polygon to the time of the train following it.
Materials and/or methods: simulation modeling, economic and mathematical modeling, AnyLogic software package, methods of general systems theory, logistics.
Results. An analytical formula is proposed that allows calculating the available throughput with higher accuracy. The results of the study can be used in the dispatch centers of transportation management of JSC “Russian Railways” in order to more fully analyze the operation of the landfill of the road, railway lines or individual sections in order to more fully analyze the work performed on transportation.
Conclusion. The article develops a methodology for calculating the available capacity on a railway line with full consideration of the effect of acceleration and braking of trains on their way to the resulting available capacity.

Transformation of the Transport Services Market in Russia Under International Sanctions

Background. The paper is devoted to the study of trends in the transformation of the transport services market under the influence of international sanctions. It is shown that the functioning of the Russian transport industry is significantly influenced by external factors - constraints that determine the reorientation of logistics chains. The experience of other countries whose economies operate under international sanctions has been studied.
Materials and/or research methods. Materials from open Internet sources, methods of system analysis, theory of synergetics, process approach were used.
Results. The main directions and results of the transformation of the market of transport services and, in particular, rail transportation are presented. The classification of international sanctions is considered.
Conclusion. According to the results of the study, it was found that the trends in the development of the transport services market that contribute to overcoming barriers to its path are: the development of the PL services market; collaboration of services; the departure of “gray” players; market consolidation (consolidation of carriers); reorientation of carriers to the domestic market and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region; development the North-South corridor (China and Kazakhstan as transit countries).

Analysis of the Physical Qualities of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Samples and Determination of Their Own Resonant Characteristics

Background. This article presents an analysis of the physical qualities of asphalt concrete pavement samples and their own resonant characteristics affecting the reliability and durability of the roadway. The relevance and practical significance of the issue considered in the article is determined by the fact that the analysis of the spectral resonance of asphalt concrete can answer the question of the cause of the cause of the destruction of the road and help to make a decision on the repair or replacement of the roadway.
Materials and/or methods. Methods of experiment, system analysis, comparison were used. Asphalt concrete samples of road surfaces with various fillers, which are widely used for paving, were taken as the material. A resonant frequency receiver and a camera were used as the research equipment.
Results. The paper presents an analysis of the physical properties of various asphalt concrete pavement compositions and their own resonant characteristics can be used for express diagnostics of the condition of the roadway in order to make a decision on its repair or replacement.
Conclusion. The article defines the main elements of the asphalt mixture and evaluates the quality of the asphalt mixture at the manufacturing stage and determines the main physical indicators.

Management of the Vaulting System Bulk Materials Based on a Neural Network

Background. This article presents the composition and algorithm of the automated control system for the parameters of a pneumatic arch-breaking system installed on bunkers with bulk materials. The relevance and practical significance of the issue considered in the article is determined by the fact that when unloading bulk material from the hopper, various violations of the technological process may occur, manifested in the formation of material freezes inside the container, a decrease in the amount of unloaded material, segregation, up to a complete stop of unloading due to the formation of arches.
Materials and/or methods. Methods of mathematical modeling, system analysis, comparison, systems theory, as well as architecture and mathematical model of a recurrent neural network with feedback are used.
Results. The composition of input and output parameters of the control system is substantiated. Methods for solving problems of classifying parameter sets are considered and an artificial recurrent neural network with feedback and with a sigmoidal activation function of neurons of the hidden layer and a linear activation function of the output layer is selected.
Conclusion. The article analyzes the requirements for the system of automated control of the parameters of the pneumatic arch-breaking system. Based on the analysis of possible states of the system, the composition of the system elements and the sets of input, intermediate and output parameters of the system, as well as the objective function of the system operation, are substantiated. It is shown that the system can be built on the basis of an artificial neural network. The algorithm of the automated control system for the parameters of the pneumatic arch-breaking system has been developed.

The Use of Virtual Reality Technologies in Education

Background. This article presents the results of a study of the impact of virtual reality on modern education. The comparison of traditional education and education using virtual reality is carried out.
Materials and methods. Methods of system analysis, data analysis, comparison, systems theory were used.
Results. The importance of virtual reality in education is revealed, which allows expanding the possibilities of remote interaction between people. The possibility of using virtual reality in an educational environment in order to improve the quality of assimilation of educational material, visualization of educational material is shown.
Conclusion. The article examines the role of virtual reality in modern education. It has been established that the material learned through the VR simulator is much more effective in contrast to classical teaching methods.

The Use of Artificial Neural Networks on Russian Railways to Control Current Collectors of Trains

Background. This article presents the results of the analysis of the mechanism of artificial neural networks on Russian railways for the control of current collectors of trains. A critical assessment of the situation was carried out and a forecast of the further development of neural network technologies in railway transport was given.
Materials and/or research methods. Methods of mathematical modeling, system analysis, data analysis, comparison, systems theory, as well as architecture and mathematical model of neural network and information standards were used.
Results. A model of the information system for monitoring the characteristics of current collectors has been developed, the algorithm of its operation and the functionality of the software package of the model of the system for monitoring the characteristics of current collectors of rolling stock have been described. The algorithm of neural network operation for determining the characteristics of electric rolling stock current collectors is presented. The analysis of the prospects for the use of artificial neural networks in the field of railway transport has been carried out, and a simulation model of an information system for monitoring the characteristics of current collectors of electric rolling stock of railway transport has been created.
Conclusion. The article examines the positive experience of JSC “Russian Railways” on the introduction of neural network technologies in technological processes and further prospects for the use of neural network technologies on Russian railways. The necessity of intensifying the development and implementation of neurotechnologies to solve a wide range of tasks, including tasks to optimize the organization of maintenance and repair of rolling stock, is noted. The effectiveness and relevance of the use of artificial neural networks in various fields of activity, especially on Russian railways, is shown, and a model of an information system in the field of monitoring the characteristics of current collectors is proposed.
