Application of machine learning methods in assessing the activities of an educational organization of a higher school

Bozieva A.M., Tseeva F.M., Khatukhova D. .

Abstract

This article solves the problem of developing a program code for evaluating the activities of educational institutions of higher education on the basis of a set of indicators. The indicators of previous university assessments and their final results are used as input data. Machine learning with a teacher based on a multiple linear regression algorithm is used to successfully solve the problem, which allows us to identify patterns for an adequate assessment. These patterns are revealed on the basis of data accumulated during the activities of universities, and the experience existing in educational practice in assessing universities. As a result, the developed program code based on the available data gives an assessment of the university with a certain accuracy.

Changes in the yield and grain quality of winter soft wheat under conditions of steppe zone of Kabardino-Balkaria

Tarchokov K.S., Tutukova D.A., Marzhokhova M.K.

Abstract

The main suppliers of winter wheat seeds to the North Caucasus region of the Russian Federation, including Kabardino-Balkaria, are the "National Grain Center named after P.P. Lukyanenko" and "Agrarian Scientific Center "Donskoy". In this regard, the relevance of studying grain productivity and determining the quality indicators of grain of promising varieties of winter soft wheat, the expediency of their introduction into the agro-industrial complex of the steppe regions of Kabardino-Balkaria is beyond doubt. In the research work carried out by the method of field experience in the Institute of Agriculture of the KBSC of RAS in 2017-2019. as objects, three varieties of winter soft wheat ("Agrarian Scientific Center "Donskoy") and one variety, Bezostaya-1 ("National Grain Center named after P.P. Lukyanenko"), approved for cultivation in the region, were studied. A significant advantage of the grain productivity of the varieties Nakhodka, Etyud and Lilit by 0.13-0.33 t/ha over Bezostoy-1 (standard) of the selection "National Grain Center named after P.P. Lukyanenko". Varieties of winter soft wheat (Etude, Lilit) were identified according to grain quality indicators, having high parameters in terms of protein content (15.3-15.8 %), weight of 1000 grains (45.7-47.5 g) and nature (780-790 g/l) in ripe grain. The studies conducted by years (2017-2019) assessed the dependence of the formation of the yield of grain of winter soft wheat on the conditions of "dry" farming in the steppe zone of the republic. In relatively favorable years in terms of moisture supply (2017, 2018), grain productivity was 4.7 and 4.9 t/ha, respectively, against 4.5 t/ha in 2019. The highest economic efficiency indicators were found in varieties of winter soft wheat Nakhodka, Etyud and Lilit, where the conditionally net income amounted to 27800-29100 rubles/ha with a profitability level of 142.5-156.0 %. Despite the fact that the production costs for the varieties of the "ASC "Donskoy" breeding amounted to 18700-20280 rubles/ha, the level of profitability remains high with a conditionally net income of 27800-29100 rubles/ha.

Migration processes in the North Caucasus and their possible consequences (on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic)

Berova F.Z., Sherieva A.A.

Abstract

The relevance of this article is due to the identification in recent years of trends in changes in migration processes in the North Caucasus. According to the results of a scientific study of external migration processes, a noticeable depletion of the quantity of Russian population in the republic was revealed. In almost all subjects of the North Caucasus, the outflow of young people of the young age groups of the able-bodied population of 30-39 years was noted. The most significant changes in migration processes are developing in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. Based on official statistics for 2010-2021 on monitoring the situation in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic on issues related to the migration control department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the KBR, changes in trends in this process are examined. The outflow of young people aged 18-29 and the most active part of the working-age population in the republic, on the one hand, and the influx of older groups, that is, the pre-retirement and retirement age groups and unskilled labor, on the other, led to a high transformation in the trends of the dynamics of migration processes. Changes were reflected not only in quantity of departing and arriving, but also in the age-sex structure of the population, its nationality and in the intellectual rating sphere. If this migration trends will continue, there is a danger of the accumulation of a poorly educated part of the youth and an unclaimed labor force as a result of the depletion of the intelligentsia layer in society. In the future, all this will lead to impoverishment of the nation's gene pool. The reduction in the number of the Russian population, with its cementing factor in interethnic relations, in subsequent years may result in the aggravation of national relations. This study is important for the assessment of migration processes and demographic security in Russia and its regions and for the development of differentiated migration policy.

Development of socio-economic systems management models in rural areas in the context of the introduction of new technologies

Zagazezheva O.Z., Shalova S.K.

Abstract

The article reveals the fundamental problems of the development and subsequent application of robotic technologies in agriculture due to the presence of a list of factors constraining progress. Schematically, data on deterrent factors are presented, reflecting the causal relationships between each of the identified causes of this problem and the diverse negative results to which each of the deterrent factor leads in practice. The connection between the development and implementation of innovative technologies, economic development and the security of society is very close. Not to mention the development, even for the introduction of ready-made technologies there is a need to prepare a regulatory framework, engineering personnel, create a service infrastructure, purchase spare parts, etc. For the real sector of the economy it is necessary to constantly develop and keep up with economic and social trends. Within the framework of the research article, the composition of employed workers is determined by the level of education necessary for employment. In the research work, three most important social, economic and technical-technological blocks were formed, on the basis of which schematic models of management of socio-economic systems in the conditions of the introduction of new technologies in agriculture were built. All of them concern the formation of effective intellectual ecosystems, including agriculture, with the training of highly qualified personnel and the formation of a sustainable economic and technical and technological base for the innovative development of the region. Brief conclusions are formulated for each of the presented models, which should allow the region to move to advanced development, contributing to the successful functioning of a special economic zone on the territory of the republic.

The presented documents highlight the interdepartmental correspondence after the petition filed by Kabardin deputies addressed to Emperor Nicholas I during his trip to the Caucasus in 1837. The documents allow a new look at the historical events associated with these lands. And how the ethnopolitical strategy of the Caucasian administration influenced the distribution of the land fund. The documents presented in the appendix are published with the preservation of the stylistic and archeographic features of the original, as in the citations of the introduction article.

Abstract

The article for the first time reveals the features of the manifestation of the gender factor in the use of emotive interjections, from the standpoint of their functioning in the gender vocabulary of the modern Karachay-Balkar language. In it, taking into account gender differences, the most frequent emotive interjections actively used in the speech of women and men were considered. The paper presents the first experience of classifying emotive interjections on the basis of "gender", i.e. interjections are distinguished, used mainly by women or men, as well as by "belonging to the emotional zone", as expressing positive and negative emotions. The material for the study was works of fiction and journalistic literature, folklore texts, as well as observations on the oral speech of representatives of different gender, age and social groups, carriers of the Karachay-Balkar literary language and dialects.
