Abstract
The article reveals the fundamental problems of the development and subsequent application of robotic technologies in agriculture due to the presence of a list of factors constraining progress. Schematically, data on deterrent factors are presented, reflecting the causal relationships between each of the identified causes of this problem and the diverse negative results to which each of the deterrent factor leads in practice. The connection between the development and implementation of innovative technologies, economic development and the security of society is very close. Not to mention the development, even for the introduction of ready-made technologies there is a need to prepare a regulatory framework, engineering personnel, create a service infrastructure, purchase spare parts, etc. For the real sector of the economy it is necessary to constantly develop and keep up with economic and social trends. Within the framework of the research article, the composition of employed workers is determined by the level of education necessary for employment. In the research work, three most important social, economic and technical-technological blocks were formed, on the basis of which schematic models of management of socio-economic systems in the conditions of the introduction of new technologies in agriculture were built. All of them concern the formation of effective intellectual ecosystems, including agriculture, with the training of highly qualified personnel and the formation of a sustainable economic and technical and technological base for the innovative development of the region. Brief conclusions are formulated for each of the presented models, which should allow the region to move to advanced development, contributing to the successful functioning of a special economic zone on the territory of the republic.
