Modeling the Parachute System Deployment for the Rescue System of a Normal Category Airplane

Abstract

Methodological fundamentals of mathematical modeling for the main parachute of a rescue system for a normal category airplane in an emergency situation are presented. The sample calculation process of a real parachute deployment is described and its applicability is demonstrated for estimation of loads acting on an airplane.
