ENDOTHELIUM DYSFUNCTION AND STATE OF STRUCTURAL-FUNCTIONAL LEVELS OF CEREBRAL VASCULAR SYSTEM AT HYPERTENSIVE ENCEPHALOPATHY
Abstract
With the purpose of detection an endothelium dysfunction role in the hypertensive encephalopathy (HE) progressing, 209 HE I-HE III patients were examined. The HE pathogenetic subtypes were detected: the ones with constitutional phlebopathy (CPP) and HE pathogenetic subtypes without it (NP). A cliniconeurologic investigation, diurnal arterial blood pressure monitoring was held, with ultrasonic imaging an endothelium function and cerebral haemodynamics research was carried out. It was established, that the endothelium function is disordered in the initial disease stage to an equal degree under various HE subtypes, the rates of diurnal index and arterial blood pressure rising speed in HE patients differ from control rates. The endothelium function in all patient groups is influenced by smoking; by arterial blood pressure variability in CPP group; also by age and arterial blood pressure load in NP patients. Pathologic active conditions, progressing on all the cerebral vascular system structural-functional levels under HE, were analyzed; an endothelium function participation in the pathologic active conditions progressing was shown.

СOGNITIVE DISORDERS AT LATE NEUROSIPHILIS
Abstract
Seventy one patients were observed with the diagnosis of late neurosiphilis. Tests which were performed MMSE, FBA, and test «learn words». Neurophysiological inspection with use of evoked potentials Р300 was taken at the same time with Psychodiagnostical testing. The correlation analysis has revealed positive connection of dependence of a low point of the Psychodiagnostical test on the increase in the latent period (+0,39±0,16). The revealed order is the evidence of the fact that the more significant the disorders of cognitive processes, the more is the flow of axonal disorders in the structures of CNS during neurosiphilis.

NEUROPROTECTIVE EFFECT OF ENDACANNABINOID N-ARACHIDONOYLDOPAMINE IN ACUTE HYPOBARIC HYPOXIA
Abstract
The effect of the endogenous cannabinoid N-arachi-donoyldopamin (AA-DA) in acute hypobaric hypoxia in mice was studied. The lifetime of the animals at the height, survival, changes in locomotor activity with the test «open field» and the long-term memory with test «Morris water maze» were evaluated. It was revealed that injection of AA-DA significantly increased survival animals and long-term memory in remote period of acute hypoxia. Neuroprotective effect of AA-DA was shown.

CHARACTERISTICS OF PROGNOSTIC ACTIVITY OF CANCER PATIENT
Abstract
The article is about investigation of one of the components of the stabilization of personality - prognostic activity. The obtained results suggest that cancer patients have lower level of prognostic competence than healthy people. This phenomenon may be a consequence of psychological defenses like unconscious reaction to the disease, which is a stressful situation with an uncertain and threatening prognosis. However, we consider that the low prognostic competence is the premorbid personality trait of cancer patients.

RELATIONSHIP OF CLINICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS WITH NON - PSYCHOTIC PSYCHIATRIC DISORDERS IN PATIENTS WITH RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS
Abstract
The paper presents the results of a study of non-psychotic psychiatric disorders frequency in 192 patients with rheumatoid arthritis with different clinical, social and psychological characteristics. The relationship of non-psychotic mental disorder is not so much the level of clinical characteristics of the rheumatoid arthritis (the activity, duration of morning stiffness, number of tender and swollen joints, radiographic stage, the presence of extra-articular manifestations), but its effects - dysfunction of the joints, duration of rheumatoid arthritis and social factors as well as personal stock of patients

SEX-ROLE IDENTITY FEATURES OF WOMEN WITH UNEXPLAINED INFERTILITY
Abstract
This article is devoted to the female unexplained infertility problem and its sex-role features. The aim of this research is referred to female sex-role identity in unexplained infertility problem. Sex role identity represents the important psychological factor in unexplained infertility. This problem is poorly studied and its results are rather contradictory. Currently there are no clear criteria for determining the norms and abnormalities of gender role identity, which greatly complicates the study of this problem for unexplained infertility. Interest in the study is caused by its ability to more accurately diagnose the reason of unexplained infertility, choose the methods of its treatment and prevention.

CIRCULATORY DISEASE MORTALITY AND ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IN THE EUROPEAN NORTH OF RUSSIA
Abstract
We studied the dynamics of circulatory disease mortality in Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Murmansk region, its association with alcoholization. Using ARIMA method for the period 1975-2008 the inverse associations between alcohol poisoning mortality and mortality from myocardial infarction, and positive relationship with other ischemic heart disease have been found. Alcohol probably plays different role in the genesis of cardiovascular mortality.

THEORETICAL MODELS OF CRAVING AND THEIR RELATION TO MECHANISMS OF ADDICTION AND TREATMENT APPROACHES.PART III
Abstract
The principal biological, psychobiological, psychological and psychopathological models of craving are reviewed. Their connections with the genesis and clinical implications of compulsive-habitual behavior are considered. It is pointed out that no single model explains craving completely or provides a universal therapeutic strategy. A one-sided psychopathological interpretation and resulting psychopharmacological approaches to the treatment of addiction are critically evaluated.

NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF COGNITIVE DISORDERS AS PART OF PSYCHOTHERAPY AT SCHIZOPHRENIA
Abstract
The types of neuropsychological correction were considered and the conclusion about the effectiveness of this type of intervention and its important role in the treatment of schizophrenia was made. Cognitive impairment, observed in patients at schizophrenia are deficits of constitute executive functions, learning, memory, attention, tempo and dynamics of cognitive processes. They became the basis of the concept of neurocognitive deficits, a popular over the past twenty years. There was established interconnection between neurocognitive deficits and functional state of patients. As the awareness of the functional significance of neurocognitive deficits in schizophrenia is increasing, as interest in their correction is rising. Neuropsychological correction is a way of non-drug treatment of manifestations of neurocognitive deficits in schizophrenia.

DIRECT DELIVERY OF THERAPEUTIC GENES FOR STIMULATION OF POSTTRAUMATIC NEUROGENERATION
Abstract
There were analyzed the latest developments in direct, not mediated by transplantation transfected delivery cells of therapeutic genes to stimulate posttraumatic neurogeneration. We present results of their research on two experimental models of neurotrauma. Direct one-time delivery to the damaged area of therapeutic cloning of human genes vegf and fgf2 using non-viral vectors improves post-traumatic regeneration of peripheral nerve and spinal cord. Direct injection of plasmid DNA directly into the damaged area is a little less efficient delivery of the same therapeutic genes to the cellular carriers in their immediate area of transplantation in contusion spinal cord injury, and by some measures even surpasses it. Prospects for improving the efficiency of direct gene therapy is associated with the use of synthetic platform based on biocompatible and biosoluble materials.
