ПОЛУЧЕНИЕ ТЕРМОЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКОГО МАТЕРИАЛА Cu2Se МЕТОДОМ САМОРАСПРОСТРАНЯЮЩЕГОСЯ ВЫСОКОТЕМПЕРАТУРНОГО СИНТЕЗА

Аннотация
Методом самораспространяющегося высокотемпературного синтеза в режиме горения из порошковой смеси 2Cu + Se получен продукт на основе фазы α-Cu2Se. Исследовано влияние условий синтеза на состав продукта горения и определены параметры элементарной ячейки синтезированных фаз. Установлено, что в результате горения прессованных смесей 2Cu+Se при давлении Ar 0.5–1.5 МПа формируется продукт, содержащий две модификации Cu2Se – низкотемпературную моноклинную α-Cu2Se и высокотемпературную кубическую β-Cu1.8Se фазы. При горении смеси 2Cu+Se насыпной плотности при давлении Ar выше 0.5 МПа получен однофазный продукт – моноклинная фаза α-Cu2Se.
