Аннотация

В статье представлены результаты анализа разногласий США и их европейских союзников в связи с выходом США из Совместного всеобъемлющего плана действий по иранской ядерной программе (СВПД). В первой части статьи уточняются основные аспекты программы исследования; во второй – определены обстоятельства выхода США из иранской ядерной сделки, в третьей – охарактеризован контекст и формы внешнеполитического реагирования европейских участников СВПД, сделаны предварительные концептуальные замечания об оспаривании выхода США из Соглашения. В работе используются теоретические наработки неоклассического реализма для интерпретации целеполагания и мотивации действий европейских участников иранской ядерной сделки. Предполагается, что возникшие противоречия стали следствием различной оценки партнерами международно-политических последствий распада СВПД и противоречий в интересах участвующих игроков.
