Изучение микроэлементов и металлоферментов у больных острым панкреатитом

Аннотация
На протяжении многих десятилетий острый панкреатит занимает третье место в структуре неотложных хирургических абдоминальных состояний, уступая только острому калькулёзному холециститу и острому аппендициту. При этом острый панкреатит прочно занимает первое место по летальности среди других острых хирургических состояний. Зачастую острый панкреатит протекает под «маской» проблематики гастроэнтерологического профиля.
В ранние сроки развития панкреатита зачастую формируются сложные электролитные и микроэлементные нарушения. Концепции диагностики, терапевтического и хирургического лечения острого панкреатита чётко сформулированы и отражены в многочисленных отечественных и международных монографиях и рекомендациях, в которых подчёркивается важная роль водно-электролитных нарушений, микробиоты, системного воспалительного ответа и цитокинового шторма как этиологических факторов развития и поддержания воспалительных и деструктивных процессов в поджелудочной железе и парапанкреатической клетчатке. Сепсис, септический шок и полиорганная недостаточность являются ведущими причинами летальности больных инфицированным панкреонекрозом.
Активно изучаются взаимосвязь и роль отдельных микроэлементов и металлоферментов в качестве этиологических факторов формирования острого панкреатита, прогностических биохимических маркеров тяжести состояния пациентов и прогностических критериев летальности и выздоровления.
