Abstract
The article looks into place and role of causative constructions in the Italian linguistic worldview. Analyzing the situation in the modern Italian language, the author traces the mechanism of the use of Italian causative constructions in modeling the linguistic picture of the world and reveals its features created in this way. The relevance of the study is determined by the lack of completeness in the present-day descriptions of the grammatical component of the Italian linguistic worldview.
