The article describes the concept and the process model of the contemporary online lecture in literature with regards to its subject and metasubject. The thesis explains the experience of the Akmullah Bashkir State Pedagogical University Russian Literature Department. Their experience shows how the content and structure of a lecture is implemented in the new intermedial format, how the verbal and text stem is complemented with various multimedia elements by using a convergent educational.

The article offers an analysis of audio description as a type of intercultural communication relying on the educational programme “Audio description and intercultural communication”, implemented at Moscow State Linguistic University. The author shows that “typhlocommenting” is a type of translation which involves a work of visual art, an audio describer and a visually-impaired person. The implementation of methods of cultural transposition contributes to a better adaptation of an audiovisual work for a visually-impaired person.

The article discusses the methods of teaching to annotate and summarize legal texts in a foreign language. It is emphasized that in the process of reading specialized literature and writing a secondary foreign-language legal sphere text, students not only acquire new professional knowledge in the field of law, but also develop critical thinking and improve their skills of intercultural communication in oral and written forms.

The article deals with the issues of increasing the effectiveness of teaching a foreign language to students of non-linguistics universities using modern interactive technologies. The use of the case method and creation of videos based on professional vocabulary are considered in detail. The paper identifies the main difficulties of teaching foreign languages in a non-linguistics university and gives options for solving these problems, reveals many years of successful experience in implementing project activities in teaching foreign languages.

Vocabulary is the basis for the formation of reading, speaking, listening and writing skills. In the conditions of a blended learning format, the training and development of lexical skills is provided both in the traditional way in the classroom and in an innovative way, which involves the use of a virtual learning environment. Exercises transferred to online platforms and interactive whiteboards help the teacher to provide high-quality presentation of educational material, motivate students and are an effective means of forming students’ communicative competence.

The article poses and resolves the relevant issues of online supervision of scientific and pedagogical personnel training for a foreign language professional activity. The author of the article proposes to modernize the organizational process in postgraduate studies through the use of the optimal module of online consultations by the supervisor in Russian and foreign language, which varies in content and form depending on the course of study.

The article looks at the development of evaluation and correction skills as an integral part of teacher-student interaction. The topic remains relevant as its importance is reflected in official documents which regulate foreign language teacher-training process. The author points out problems which teachers face while correcting students’ mistakes in the foreign language classroom. In conclusion, the author highlights the importance of implementing basic teaching principles while developing evaluation and correction skills of future foreign language teachers.

The article deals with foreign language teaching in political discourse. Forming and promoting new political concepts in one / two foreign languages is considered to be top priority. Developing foreign language knowledge based competences comes to the forefront. The authors describe the basic principles of teaching political discourse: crossdisciplinary approach, teaching different political Englishes, restructuring and increasing the volume of independent work using the principle of road map, promoting advanced creative assignments aimed at structuring knowledge.

The article is devoted to studying the theoretical foundations of the structure and dynamics of semantic memory of foreign language learners. The methodological basis of the research comprises the principles of cultural-historical psychology, network-based approach, graph theory and results of bilingual studies. The results of this study reveal the content of semantic memory, its organization and its dynamics in foreign language learning.

The article examines the issues of professional identity of social sphere specialists, presents a brief theoretical analysis of this phenomenon, substantiates the relevance of professional identity of specialists working in social protection institutions in the conditions of a new reality, presents practical steps for the formation and development of this concept among social sphere specialists.

The definition of “legal certainty” is frequently used in law enforcement practice in a number of meanings (as a principle, as a requirement for a legal norm, a judicial act, etc.). At the same time, there is no normative definition of it, the content of the concept is formulated taking into account the positions of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR), the highest courts of the Russian Federation, doctrinal views. The absence of an exhaustive list of facets of its manifestation in all spheres of public relations is noted.

The content of the article is in line with the needs of modern science and the practice of applying legal norms in the field of legal regulation of audit in Russia, and the study of the nature of conflicts of legal norms conflicts in public audit regulation. The article takes into account the latest changes in legislation, the subject of analysis is the study of the problems of state audit regulation, and bringing the legislation of the Russian Federation in line with international standards.
