One hundred anniversary of the outstanding figure of home and abroad pharmacy professor Tatiana Ivanovna Toltsman
Abstract
Toltsman is the founder of modern scientific school in the sphere of Pharmacy Organization and Economics. Tatiana Ivanovna was the Head of the Pharmacy Organization chair for 35 years. She defended the Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences Dissertation in speciality « Pharmacy Organization». In 1964 the team of the chair issued the first modern student book on pharmacy organization. Toltsman payed much attention to the student scientific club, preparing the candidates of pharmaceutical sciences, and twenty eight specialists were raised by Tatiana Ivanovna Toltsman. Toltsman is the author of more than four hundred scientific works, eight books and monographs. Inventive investigations in priority pharmacy directions were executed at the chair under her leadership. She was the first to work out such directions as the substantiation of the methodologies of consumption study and the determination of the country different regions community needs as well as needs of medical preventive institutions in pharmaceuticals of different groups.

The research of the typical pharmacy employees’ mistakes while sellingmedicines
Abstract
Medical mistakes are one of the most important factors of pharmacotherapy’s complication development in patients. The goal of this research was to study the typical pharmacy employees’ mistakes while selling medicines. As a result the main mistake was discovered — the mistake with drug naming/ nomenclature. In the majority of cases it is not a barrier for drug selling.

Abstract
Sociodemographic and pathogenetic characteristics of IVF drug consumers based on the analysis of a continuous sample of 642 medical histories of IVF patients from the Federal State Budget Institution “Research Center for Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology” in 2012. Main types and causes of infertility in this group of patients have been described.

Abstract
The modern stage of public health and pharmacy system development determines the need to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of pharmacotherapy, one of directions of optimization of which is the development of a personalized pharmaceutical care, as well as improvement of the therapeutic relationship in the system: doctor — pharmacist. The basis of personalization of pharmaceutical care is in the system of pharmaceutical and pharmacological thinking of pharmacist and continuous information and consultation support the use of drugs in the process of care.

Results of realization strategic management methodology for industrial pharmaceutical manufacture
Abstract
System of quantitative indicators to assess the contribution of each of the strategic business unit (SBU) is formulated in the pharmaceutical business company. Strategic analysis of the national pharmaceutical company carried out in 4 stages: analysis of the types of business; analysis of the external environment; analysis of the internal environment; allocation of a competitive environment. The strategic direction of the investigated company is developed on the results of the SWOT-analysis.

Studying of features of information exchange of participants of the pharmaceutical market
Abstract
Qualitatively provided information and correctly chosen means commodity information have positive impact on process of decision-making on purchase by the visitor of a drugstore. For effective modeling of this process it is necessary to consider motives of the address to a drugstore, target audience, the purpose of providing commodity information. Development of models of consecutive behavior helps to increase quality of the pharmaceutical help and competitiveness of the pharmaceutical organization.

Monitoring research of development trends range of preparations of acetylsalicylic acid on the russian pharmaceutical market
Abstract
The tendencies in the development of the range of drugs acetylsalicylic acid in the Russian pharmaceutical market. In the process of monitoring research revealed stabilization, growth and decline in the dynamics of some indicators of structure and breadth of assortment of twelve-year period. Is registered prevalence of domestic production of drugs with better affordability for consumers, the breadth of assortment reaches a hundred drugs and is a line of single and combination of drugs with different compositions and dosages. Range allows medical professionals to choose the drug for the individual patient.

Increase of compliance of chronic patients as aspects of pharmaceutical care
Abstract
The paper presents the importance of the problem of insufficient patient complains of chronic diseases and the results of the analysis on the example of noncompliance in patients with diabetes mellitus. The basic reasons for the low noncompliance with chronic diseases, the necessity and possibility of participation of pharmaceutical professionals to improve adherence to treatment of patients with chronic diseases (for example, diabetes).

The results of research of separate indicators of the state of health of pharmaceutical workers of the pharmacy organizations
Abstract
On the basis of 111 pharmacy organisations functioning in the Stavropol and Krasnodar Territories, the Rostov Region, Moscow and Moscow Region was realise the questioning of 437 pharmaceutical workers, from which 87% are «first-table workers». Professional diseases at 53% of respondents are revealed. Most often at pharmaceutical workers meets varicose expansion of veins (47% of cases). The reasons of a wide distribution of this disease, the list of effective medical products for its treatment and a measure of possible preventive maintenance were established.

Problems of the OTC-drugs circulation at the russian pharmaceutical market
Abstract
Circulation of OTC-drugs at the Russian pharmaceutical market does not have strict regulations. Facts of giving different order of selling to the synonymous drugs of different trade names have been revealed. The article shows that the absence of the list of OTC-drugs leads to breaking the Consumer Protection Act, lowers the economic effectiveness of the operation of the retail pharmaceutical organizations.
