Dron' Y.A.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to develop and scientifically substantiate an experimental methodology aimed at assessing the level of physical fitness of students at the pedagogical university within the framework of mastering the content of elective courses in physical education. Research methods and organization. The diagnostic program was developed with the necessity of a comprehensive assessment of the level of development of basic physical qualities in mind. The study involved 560 students enrolled at the budgetary institution of higher education 'Surgut State Pedagogical University' in faculties that do not have a sports focus. Research results and conclusions. In the course of the conducted research, the results of students were differentiated by their levels of physical fitness. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature indicates the existence of various approaches to the construction of normative scales and classification systems for physical development indicators used in sports metrology. In order to ensure objective control and comprehensive assessment of the physical fitness of students in pedagogical universities, it is advisable to implement an expanded set of test exercises. This approach will not only identify the level of development of fundamental physical qualities but also allow for a reasoned gradation of the obtained results according to established levels of development. The conversion of test results into a scoring system allows for the visualization of each student's individual physical fitness profile in the form of a chart. This method of presenting information serves as a basis for implementing an individualized and differentiated approach in the study of elective courses.

PHYSICAL CULTURE IN THE STRUCTURE OF STUDENTS' LIFESTYLE: RESULTS OF A SOCIOLOGICAL STUDY

Dutova I.V., Borisova V.V.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the attitude of students from a non-physical education university towards physical culture. Research methods and organization. Methods of generalization and analysis of scientific and methodological literature were employed, along with surveys, mathematical processing, and analysis of the obtained data. The study was conducted at the Tula State Pedagogical University named after L.N. Tolstoy, with 175 first-year students participating in the sociological survey. Research results and conclusions. Various physical education and sports events held within the walls of TSPU hardly generate interest among students. According to the authors, possible reasons for this are the insufficient motivation of students to lead a healthy lifestyle, difficulties in adaptation during the initial years of study, and a limited budget of free time. The priority types of physical activities for students include: active leisure, walks, games; independent studies; and section classes. Among paid services, a significant portion of young people is interested in massages, saunas, and visits to swimming pools. The most common forms of physical activity among first-year students are walking, physical labor at home, bike rides, and sporting and active games. It has been determined that health-related running, swimming, and gymnastics are not sufficiently in demand among students. The importance of purposefully fostering a positive attitude towards the values of physical culture and a sustained interest in physical activities through the improvement of educational and methodological support for the educational process is justified.

DESIGNING A TRAINING PROCESS IN BODYBUILDING USING THE PRINCIPLE OF SUPERCOMPENSATION

Pel'menev V.K., Vdovichenko D.Y.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the optimal approach in the application of the principle of supercompensation in structuring the training process in bodybuilding, aimed at the development of muscle mass. Research methods and organization. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature have been employed. An analysis of the requirements for the structure of the training process has been conducted, taking into account the phases of the development of athletes' performance. Research results and conclusions. The identified contradictions in the approach to using the principle of supercompensation for enhancing the functional capabilities of the human body and developing muscle mass indicate the inadequacy of employing the classical model of supercompensation proposed by L.P. Abstract

In accordance with the update of the professional landscape of the sports industry and the creation of a set of modernized professional profiles in demand within the sector, there arose a necessity for a comprehensive assessment of the priorities and deficiencies of students. The results of this assessment would help to identify the directions for reforming the content of workforce training and the level of complexity of this task. Additionally, it is essential to periodically determine the correlation between the needs of employers for specific competencies of graduates from sports faculties and universities and the supply in the labor market at this point in time. The purpose of the study is to identify the professional priorities and deficiencies of learners at different levels of training and to correlate these results with the requirements of employers in the sports industry. Research methods: literature analysis and regulatory framework in the sports environment, anonymous survey in the digital environment, data collection and processing, determination of the correlation coefficient. Research results. In the development and implementation of core educational and additional professional training programs for the sports sector, it is essential to consider the key requirements of employers, such as theoretical training, professional autonomy, and the expansion of competencies for future employment. Furthermore, it is important to create conditions that allow students to adequately perceive these strategic tasks as central to their professional training. The high direct positive correlation between the perceptions of graduates from sports universities and employers regarding the deficits in sectoral professional education is a favorable factor for addressing the situation.

Bystrushkina N.G., Vasilyeva T.I., Holina S.E.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the specifics of self-regulation of behavior (as a component of the volitional sphere of personality) among students of a medical university who are engaged in sports sections. Research methods and organization. An applied comparative study of the volitional qualities of university students engaged in sports clubs has been conducted. To collect data, the methodology "Behavioral Self-Regulation Style" developed by V.I. Morosanova was used. The results of the study were processed using methods of mathematical statistics. Research results and conclusions. Students who systematically engage in sports demonstrate significantly higher levels of modeling and flexibility in their activities, as well as greater accuracy in evaluating outcomes and an overall level of self-regulation. However, among this group, individuals with low and medium levels of action planning are significantly more common. The specificity of the "autonomous control-regulating" style of self-regulation of behavior, identified among students at the medical university who participate in sports sections, must be taken into account when implementing the educational process.

FEATURES OF PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIPS IN ADOLESCENTS WITH DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL PREFERENCES

Rogova E.E., Rogov E.I.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify characteristic styles of family upbringing for adolescents with different professional preferences. Research methods and organization. Theoretical analysis of scientific literature, surveys (questionnaires), the Differential Diagnostic Questionnaire method (E.L. Klimov), and the "Adolescents about Parents" ADOR test (authored by E. Shafer, modified by Z. Mateichik and P. Rzhichan) were employed, as well as the Student's t-test for verifying the statistical significance of differences. During the study, 129 adolescents aged 15 to 17 years were surveyed. Research results and conclusions. The research established that in families of adolescents interested in living organisms, there is a misunderstanding with parents caused by a lack of attention and support. Adolescents who are passionate about technology and abstract fields feel an excessively high level of control from their parents, which limits their individuality. Among adolescents aspiring to professions involving active interaction with people, a hostile and autonomous attitude prevails, indicating open conflicts with parents. Conversely, adolescents choosing creative professions note positive interest from their parents, which fosters mutual understanding and shapes a positive self-image.
