Abstract
Research methods: systematic review, data mining methods, text mining, generalization.
Research results and conclusions. The review and analysis of scientific research revealed that students and educators have a low assessment of their conflict resolution skills. The obtained results highlighted the qualitative characteristics of conflictological literacy: communicative, emotional, moral, organizational, as well as the methods employed for their formation: role-playing games, online technologies, coaching, negotiation practices, and others.
