Author Guidelines

Publicationrequirements The materialproposedforpublicationmustbeoriginal,notpreviouslypublishedandnotintendedforpublicationinotherprintedandelectronicpublications.Authorsmustberegisteredin the RSCIdatabase(elibrary.ru).Graduate students andapplicantsshouldattach the review of the supervisoron the article.

1. Articlesare designed inaccordancewithGOSTR.7.0.7-2021Articlesinjournalsandcollections.
2. The articlemustcontainoriginalmaterial that meets the followingcriteria:scientificnovelty,practicalsignificance, and profile. The authors are responsiblefor the content of the article and the accuracy of the informationprovided.Originalityshouldbe at least80%(including self-citationin the articleshouldnotexceed20%).
3. At the beginning of the article, it is necessary to indicate: the title of the article(in lowercaseletters in bold), the fullnames, first names,patronymics of the authors,academicdegreesandtitles, the fullnames of the organizationsinwhich the authorswork,city,country,abstract,keywords(5-7words).Allthisinformation is repeatedinEnglish. The ABSTRACTshouldinclude the followingsections: the purpose of the study, the methodsandorganization of the study, the results of the studyandconclusions.Theabstractshouldnotexceed200words.
4. The maintext of the articleshouldbestructuredandconsistof the followingparts: "INTRODUCTION","METHODOLOGYANDORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH","RESEARCHRESULTS","CONCLUSIONS","LIST OF SOURCES","REFERENCES".
5. In the tables, it is necessary to striveformaximumbrevity of graphheadings; do notgivevalues that are easilydeduciblefrom the available ones (for example,differenceorpercentages); do notduplicatedatadescribedinthetext.Thetablesuse the TimesNewRomanfont,size12.
6. Thefiguresshouldbepresented in such a waythat the differencescanbeseeninblack and white.
7. Bibliographicreferencesin the text of the articleshould be giveninsquarebracketsinaccordancewithGOSTR7.0.5–2008.
8. The list of sources is locatedat the end of the articlein the order of citationand is designed inaccordancewithGOSTR7.0.5–2008Bibliographicreference.Generalrequirementsandrules of compilation. The list of sourcesinEnglish is placedunder the heading"References".
9. Additionalinformationabout the author(s):e-mail addresses of the authors,SPINcodes of the authorsin the RSCIdatabase(ScientificElectronicLibraryElibrary.ru), the openidentifier of the scientist(ORCID),indicatingthat there is noconflict of interest.
10. The volume of the articleis10-12A4pages. The maintext of the article(introduction,methodologyandorganization of research,researchresults,conclusions)shouldbe at least8pages long.Margins:left–2cm,allothers–1cm each;TimesNewRomanfont,size14, one-and-a-halfspacing;hyphenation, paragraph indentationandpagenumbering are not allowed.
11. Thename of the articlefileshould contain the surname of the firstauthorand the date of writing.
12. Manuscriptsdrawn up in violation of theserules are notconsideredandreturned to the authorforrevision. The EditorialBoardreservestherighttoeditarticles while preserving the scientificcontent of the author's version. No royaltiesarepaid.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

• 1. Bibliographicreferencesin the text of the articleshould be giveninsquarebracketsinaccordancewithGOSTR7.0.5–2008.

  2. The list of sources is located at the end of the article in the order of citation and is designed in accordance with GOST R 7.0.5–2008 Bibliographic reference. General requirements and rules of compilation. The list of sources in English is placed under the heading "References".

• Graduate students and applicants should attach a review by the supervisor of the article.

Privacy Statement

The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.
The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.
The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
