The experience of the development and implementation of models of implementation of pedagogical potential of recreational and health technologies in organization of medical-improving rest of the younger generation is described. The model of this research includes the task, process and diagnostic and effective blocks. The model assumes the implementation of the social order that is associated with complex formation at the child of careful attitude to their health, toning, development of creative skills and abilities, identifying talent, attracting children to engage in club groups of Amateur art, formation of Patriotic consciousness. The purpose of this model was actively promoting the formation of skills of healthy lifestyle of children and adolescents, prevention of psychophysical deviations, formation of Patriotic consciousness, as well as engaging in Amateur art collectives. The main evaluation criteria of efficiency of pedagogical impact were motivational, cognitive, operational, communicative component, reflective, emotional, creative. In the process of model implementation of children and adolescents of the experimental group dramatically increased knowledge and the desire to grow in the ownership of healthy lifestyle, knowledge of local history, knowledge of creative skills, credibility with peers, independence when performing creative tasks, assessment of physical development, the ability to work in teams, willingness to learn new kinds of creativity, increasing knowledge in the field of culture and art, the ability to control emotions.
