СОNTENT OF NEUROSPECIFIC PROTEINS AS A CRITERION OF CEREBRAL LESIONS AT PERINATAL HYPOXIA AND HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA IN NEWBORNS
Abstract
For evaluating functional state of hematoenchephalic barrier 80 newborns of different gestational period with hemolytic disease of the newborns (HDN) and 30 infants with conjugated jaundice in the neonatal dynamics were examined. The function of hematoenchephalic barrier was defined by concentration of glyofibrillar acid protein and neurospecific enolase by polarization fluoroimmunoassay method. In the result of the newborns' follow-up there was revealed a precise correlation between their state and the level of neuro-specific proteins, being the index of penetration level of hematoencephalic barrier. In newborns with conjugated jaundice the expressed clinical manifestations are connected on one hand with the combined effect of acute and/or chronic hypoxia, and on the other hand with bilirubin toxic action, affecting hematoencephalic barrier, causing dismetabolic lesions of neurons.

TITRE OF ANTIBODIES TO THE ACETYLCHOLINE RECEPTOR IN PATIENTS WITH MYASTHENIA
Abstract
There was studied titre of antibodies to the acetylcholine receptor in patients with myasthenia serum at pre-surgery stage. In patients with myasthenia with hyperplasia of thymus gland the average level of antibodiacetylcholine receptor exceeded 4 times the normal values and in patients with thymoma- 8 times. Level of antibodies to AChR did not correlate with the severity of myasthenia and myasthenia, combined with thymoma but tended to increase with the deterioration in specific cases. With a history of the disease more than a year there is a sharp increase in antibody levels in patients' serum, which leads to the progression of the disease.

COMPARATIVE NEUROIMAGING ANALYSIS OF DISCIRCULATORY ENCEPHALOPATHY AND LIGHT REPEATED CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURIES
Abstract
The Neuroimaging differential diagnosis of initial discirculatory encephalopathy and consequences of light repeated craniocerebral injuries remains ambiguous and difficult in the interpretation plan for the practical neurologist. Changes according to the data of the magnetic resonance imaging of brain in patients with the post-traumatic consequences and with the initial vascular encephalopathy sometimes have the similar nature of disturbances, which are rather complicated for expert and clinical neurology. The discriminate analysis of the MRI-indices of the linear dimensions of the ventricles of the brain and of subarachnoid spaces reliably distinguishes cerebral post-traumatic and vascular violations.

MAXILLOFACIAL MARKERS OF CHRONIC ALCOHOLISM
Abstract
Detailed description and justification of the maxillofacial markers of chronic alcoholism was done. There were shown the prevalence of chronic inflammatory periodontal diseases and chronic periodontitis, which during the period of abstinence in the background of the deep decline of the antimicrobial immune defense have a tendency to aggravate. There were presented data on peculiarities of gusto-reception and salivation in patients with alcohol dependence. It was proved the influence of substance abuse on the morphofunctional lingual status. To facilitate the identification of alcohol-depended pathology in providing dental care at the outpatient reception, a formalized map, unifying the diagnostic process, was offered.

5-HT4 RECEPTOR BLOCKADE ELIMINATES EXCITATORY RESPONSES OF THE STOMACH CAUSED BY EXOGENOUS SEROTONIN
Abstract
The purpose of the study is to determine the role of 5HT4-receptors in excitatory responses of the stomach to exogenous serotonin. Experiments were performed in 27 rats under surgical anesthesia, mechanical ventilation, bilateral vagotomy and bilateral transaction of the glossopharyngeal nerve. Gastric mechanical activity was recorded during serotonin adipate infusion to intact animals and on the background of the ongoing actions of cholinergic, adrenergic antagonists and S 39604-the blocker 5-HT4-receptors. Simultaneous blockade of adrenergic and cholinergic receptors did not prevent, but amplify stimulatory effect of serotonin. 5-Ht4 receptor blockades eliminate excitatory reactions. It was concluded that serotoninergic structures exerted their control influence by 5-HT4-receptors.

ATTENTION DEFICIT AND HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER FROM THE POSITION OF PERINATAL BRAIN PATHOLOGY
Abstract
The review of literature and our own data on a role of a perinatal pathology of a brain, in particular of presented ischemia and hypoxia, in formation of a syndrome of deficiency of attention with hyperactivity were shown. Results of research have demonstrated, that the combination of ante- and intranatal factors appears to be defining in a parentage of the majority of аttention deficit and hyperactivity disorder cases. At the majority of children with аttention deficit and hyperactivity disorder signs of the transferred hydrocephaly or a patrimonial cervical trauma are noticed. Results of video-EEG-monitoring at patients with аttention deficit and hyperactivity disorder are reflected.

AGGRAVATION OF EPILEPSY
Abstract
It was shown that improvement of diagnostic methods and pharmacological development in the recent years caused a significant progress in the sphere of medical help to the epileptic patients. But at the same time an active usage of antiepileptic drugs has not also increased curability of epilepsy, but has also raised the risk of drug-associated complications. Unfavorable adverse reactions of antiepileptic drugs substantially increase cost of therapy, defalcate patient's trust to a doctor and worsen patient's quality life. One of unfavorable adverse reactions is antiepileptic drugs' ability to provoke or aggregate epileptic seizures in some paradox way.
