Аннотация
В настоящее время использование мини-инвазивных доступов стало неотъемлемой частью современной кардиохирургии, в том числе и в области хирургической коррекции врожденных пороков сердца. Основная цель применения мини-инвазивных доступов — достижение необходимого эффекта от операции с нанесением минимальной травмы пациенту, что, в свою очередь, ускоряет и облегчает восстановительный период после хирургического вмешательства. Благодаря непрерывному развитию технологий и накоплению огромного опыта в хирургии сердца, мини-инвазивные доступы становятся все более распространенными, в том числе и в педиатрической группе пациентов. Данный обзор отражает основные проблемы и пути их решения при использовании мини-инвазивных доступов в хирургическом лечении некоторых видов врожденных пороков сердца, таких как дефект межпредсердной и межжелудочковой перегородок, частичный аномальный дренаж легочных вен, частичная форма атриовентрикулярного канала. Описаны основные методики проведения искусственного кровообращения, техника операции с использованием мини-доступов и полученные результаты.
