论证:先天性挛缩是一组异质性疾病。其特点是对患者的预后不同,治疗方法也不同。
临床观察。本文介绍了一例TRPV4基因(transient receptor potential vanilloid cation channel 4, NM_021625.4)c.943G>A(p.Arg315Trp)突变引起的遗传性多发性感觉运动神经病的家族病例。提出了病人的临床和神经特征,遗传和神经生理学的研究结果。
讨论。TRPV4基因最常见的突变可导致三种主要疾病:遗传性常染色体显性感觉运动神经病,2C型;肩腓脊髓性肌肉萎缩;先天性非进行性远端脊肌萎缩伴挛缩。本文详细介绍了遗传性感觉运动多发性神经病的鉴别诊断,使医生能够正确地确认疾病。
结论。先天性多发性挛缩患者需要由骨科医生和神经学家进行监测,并在检查计划中纳入神经生理学和遗传学等方法,以便验证疾病,优化治疗策略,并预测其结果。
