CLINICAL EFFECTS AND RENOPROTECTIVE FACILITIES OF OLMESARTAN AND LERKANIDIPINEAS MONOTHERAPY AND WHEN COMBINED APPLICATION IN PATIENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION
Abstract
The evaluation of the clinical efficacy and renoprotective effects of olmesartan and lercanidipine as monotherapy and when combined application in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) 1-2 degrees and microalbuminuria (MAU).It is established that the degree of blood pressure (BP) reduction and corrective influence on diurnal BP profile were similar in groups of monotherapy with olmesartan and lercanidipine. In the group of combined application of the studied drugs target BP levels were achieved in 88% of cases in the monotherapy group and 78% (1G) and 76% (2 G).Revealed renoprotective effects of olmesartan and lercanidipine as when used in monotherapy and in combination in patients with arterial hypertension of 1-2 degrees, and MAU, revealed reliable decrease in MAU. The greatest reduction in MAU was achieved in the combination therapy group.

LARGE UTERINE LEIOMYOMAS: PATHOGENETIC MECHANISMS OF GROWTH
Abstract
The pathogenesis of uterine fibroids remains controversial and raises many questions. The causes and mechanism of development of large leiomyoma are unknown. In the work the pathogenic mechanisms of large leiomyomas growth were estimated for different age groups. The research was based on studying of the expression of TGF-β, CD117, PD-ECGF, Ki67, connexin and nestin in postoperative material by comparing the clinical and morphological data. The most pronounced activity of growth areas, identified by molecular markers, was found in women over 45 years with LMMB-size, which requires the vigilance of cancer.

CLINICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND PROGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE OF THE CONTENTS OF PD-ECGF, TGF-β, KI67 IN ENDOMETRIUM AT LARGE UTERINE LEIOMYOMA
Abstract
The endometrium may be the most convenient object of forecasting the development of the large uterine fibroid, as the object is available in the diagnosis of diseases of the uterus, changes in its cytokine profile linked with the growth of uterine fibroid. Immunohistochemically identification of high expression of Ki 67, TGF-, PD-ECGF in the endometrium allows to predict the development of large uterine fibroids.

EXPRESSION OF OCT-4, P53, P16 AND KI-67, WITH HPV ASSOCIATED PRECANCER AND CANCER OF THE CERVIX
Abstract
The pathology of cervical HPV infection is detected by three types of epithelial-mesenchymal spheroidal structures: reparative, neoplastic and cancerous involved in reparation processes and in tumor growth. Cancer spheroids are different from neoplastic not only larger in size but also a tendency to merge, and high expression of p53. Expression of tumor markers p53, p16 and Ki-67 could be used in the early differential diagnosis of precancer and squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix.

CLINICAL AND MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION OF GIANT LEIOMYOMA AND UTERINE TUMORS OF CAHALE-LIKE CELLS
Abstract
Tumors of the myometrium, reminiscent of leiomyoma with atypical location and aggressive growth, represent a diagnostic problem due to their common manifestations in various imaging techniques. These include various types of uterine leiomyomas, stromal endometrial tumors and rare tumors of cahal-like cells.

CLINICAL CASE OF 19-YEARS-OLD PATIENT WITH CONGENITAL ADRENAL CORTEX DYSFUNCTION
Abstract
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia is caused by partial or complete block of enzymatic systems involved in the synthesis of steroid hormones of the adrenal cortex and leading to reduced production of glucocorticoids. Surgical correction is subject to, developing in utero, as a result of changes in hormonal profile, virilization. The article describes the clinical observation of a girl of 19 years, which has not underwent surgery for this disease at the usual term.

DIFFICULTIES OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS BETWEEN ATYPICAL LEIOMYOMA AND LEIOMYOSARCOMA OF THE UTERINE BODY
Abstract
Leiomyoma of the uterus is a benign hormone-dependent tumors in women. The incidence of LM among gynecological diseases is 25 to 50%, according to different authors. In reproductive-aged women its frequency is about 30%. WHO recommends to allocate leiomyoma, which in russian literature often referred to as a simple or ordinary leiomyoma, and its histologic variants (cellular, mitotic activity, epithelioid, myxoid, atypical leiomyoma and lipoleyomioma etc.).We performed clinical and morphological analysis of atypical uterine leiomyoma in 44-year-old woman. Immunohistochemical study detected positive reaction to smooth muscle actin, dismin, progesterone receptors, N-caldesmon. Adverse reactions to c-kit, ER keratins. Proliferation index by Ki-67 does not exceed 10%. At the molecular genetic research in the studied loci, the microsatellite instability and loss of heterozygosity, characteristic of the LMS, were not revealed.
