Entropy analysis of the information environment as a tool for financial diagnostic assessment of cryptocurrency market volatility
Abstract
the article examines the impact of news anomalies on cryptocurrency market volatility using entropy analysis of the information environment and the ARIMA model. The methodological approach combines the calculation of entropy indicators of the news flow and their comparison with ARIMA forecast errors, which allows for a quantitative assessment of the relationship between information shocks and abnormal price movements. It is shown that an increase in the entropy of the news background is a harbinger of instability and can serve as an indicator of increased risk. The results of testing on data on the dynamics of Bitcoin confirm the applicability of the proposed toolkit for diagnosing and forecasting market instability. The work contributes to the development of financial analysis methods by proposing the integration of the entropy approach into risk management systems. Prospects for further research include expanding the set of information background sources and optimising model parameters. The work was carried out within the framework of the project «Development of a methodology for the formation of an instrumental base for analysis and modeling of spatial socio-economic development of systems in the context of digitalization based on internal reserves» (FSEG- 2023-0008).

Analysis of the state of the equity financing market for national projects of the Russian Federation
Abstract
the article discusses the issues of business participation in the implementation of national projects. It is noted that the country has accumulated sufficient experience in working within the framework of national projects – about 20 years, in 2006 the first four projects began to be implemented. Over such a significant period of time, the number of national projects has increased, today there are 19, methods of their management are being improved, functions of artificial intelligence are being included. The growth of budgetary financing of national projects is outlined, in 2025 in comparison with 2024 it was 80%. An important task for the Government is to increase the share of extra-budgetary financing for national projects. A decree has been issued that establishes the rules for attracting such sources and defines their standards. The share of extra-budgetary sources varies across projects. The highest level of 87% is expected for the national project "Efficient Transport System," while some projects do not provide for co-financing (Family, Youth, and Children). Overall, the share of extra-budgetary funds is expected to be slightly less than 24%. The article highlights the problems associated with business participation in financing national projects, such as insufficient incentives, financial risks, and information issues (such as providing information to potential investors and managing big data to assess performance).

Competition between firms using dynamic pricing algorithms
Abstract
the development of modern data collection and analysis technologies is leading to increasing automation of pricing in commodity markets. More and more firms are using pricing algorithms, the consequences of which remain unclear. Most studies consider such algorithms when the firm is a monopolist. The current paper compares several dynamic pricing algorithms in a competitive environment. It is assumed that two firms use algorithms independently and are unaware of the other's algorithm choice. Several algorithms are compared through a series of algorithm duels: two simple algorithms based on the multi-armed bandit problem, a parametric algorithm based on weighted linear regression learning, and a Q-learning algorithm. The results show that the use of different algorithms can lead to price dispersion. Also, algorithm complexity does not always equate to greater firm profits. The work also shows that if firms chose pricing algorithms non-cooperatively in an algorithm choice game, then two Nash equilibria could emerge in the market: a symmetric equilibrium, where both firms choose complex Q-learning algorithms and earn low profits, and an asymmetric equilibrium, where firms choose different algorithms, earn high profits, but one firm is the leader.

Structural anthropology and economic theory: methodological parallels
Abstract
this article identifies, systematizes, and analyzes methodological parallels between structural anthropology and economic theory. To establish and illustrate these relationships, the author considered it appropriate to examine the interaction of history and ethnology in the context of their applicability to specific times and places, and beyond. The concepts of evolutionism and diffusionism are then contrasted, with a special emphasis on evolutionary institutionalism. The importance of Levi-Strauss's structuralism is emphasized as the embodiment of a certain methodological balance, which appears relevant in the context of economic research. In addition, alternative options such as the synchronic and diachronic approaches in structural anthropology, and the metaphysical and dialectical methods in philosophy are cited as analogies to each other, which are also considered from the standpoint of applicability to economic theory.

Improving the efficiency of using the transport fleet in conditions of demand volatility
Abstract
the article discusses the increase in the efficiency of using a vehicle fleet with short-term demand volatility. An integrated contour is proposed, which includes: probabilistic short-term load forecasting; capacity planning at the upper level; operational dynamic routing in the sliding horizon mode; performance monitoring. At the forecast stage, SARIMAX, gradient boosting (CatBoost/LightGBM) and recurrent neural networks are used, taking into account calendar, weather and spatial factors.; accuracy is assessed by MAPE/WAPE with rolling origin validation. The capacity plan is formalized as a mixed-integer task with a choice of outsourcing share by zones and time intervals, taking into account fixed and variable costs, as well as SLA penalties. Operational dispatching is solved as DVRPTW with repeated recalculation in case of significant events and compliance with shift restrictions, time windows and capacity. Uncertainty is taken into account in a scenario-based and robust manner: through time buffers, penalties for under-fulfillment of SLA, and the CVaR risk component in the objective function. The target criterion is to minimize the total logistical costs at a given level of service. Computational experiments and sensitive analysis to forecast errors show a reduction in empty mileage and stabilization of on-time deliveries with a moderate share of outsourcing. DVRPTW settings, sliding horizon mode, and the use of CVaR are described in the current literature and engineering documentation on which the work is based.

Comparative analysis of cryptocurrency series prediction models
Abstract
this article presents a comparative analysis of modern approaches to forecasting the dynamics and volatility of cryptocurrency series. It considers classical statistical models (ARIMA, GARCH), seasonal forecasting methods (Prophet), and neural network algorithms (LSTM, GRU), as well as their hybrid architectures. Particular attention is paid to the applicability of models in conditions of limited samples and high information sensitivity of the cryptocurrency market. It is shown that ARIMA retains its significance as an interpretable benchmark for short-term analysis, GARCH remains a key tool for volatility assessment, while neural network and hybrid approaches demonstrate advantages with large data sets but are limited in terms of interpretability. The work contributes to the development of a methodology for forecasting abnormal price movements in decentralized markets, justifying the need to integrate statistical and information-theoretical methods. Prospects for further research are related to the use of entropy analysis and the development of hybrid models to improve the accuracy and stability of forecasts in conditions of high uncertainty. The work was carried out within the framework of the project «Development of a methodology for the formation of an instrumental base for analysis and modeling of spatial socio-economic development of systems in the context of digitalization based on internal reserves» (FSEG- 2023-0008).

Correlation and regression analysis of key parameters of the impact of population aging on ensuring Russia's economic security
Abstract
the article discusses the impact of population aging on ensuring national economic security. The authors found that the regional asymmetry of the aging processes exacerbates the problem, creating territories with a critically high demographic burden along with relatively young regions. The authors of the article presented that such unevenness requires a differentiated approach to ensuring economic security at various levels of government. In order to identify the nature and strength of the relationship between demographic changes and economic indicators, a correlation and regression analysis of key parameters was carried out, which made it possible to quantify the impact of population aging on various aspects of Russia's economic security. Analyzing the relationship between the proportion of the population over 65 years of age and various economic indicators, the authors determined the significant impact of population aging on the economic security of the country. The authors found that with an increase in the proportion of the elderly population, there is a certain decrease in the growth rate of real GDP and labor productivity, which may indicate a slowdown in economic activity and a reduction in labor resources available to the economy. In addition, the article presents an increasing trend in the median age of the population, which indicates an older workforce that may be less mobile and productive, which affects the overall level of economic activity and competitiveness of the country in the global market.

Job satisfaction and education level of Russians: dynamics and factors
Abstract
this article conducts a statistical analysis of the impact of Russians' education level on job satisfaction with various aspects of their professional activity. The study is based on Rosstat data from 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2024, collected for the "Comprehensive Survey of Living Conditions of the Population," a biennial survey. The purpose of this study is to summarize the results from a large independent sample to identify the strength of the relationship between education level and job satisfaction with various aspects of professional activity. A strong correlation was demonstrated between education level and all aspects of job satisfaction. This correlation has significantly increased since 2018, particularly in aspects such as work schedule, professional satisfaction, and moral satisfaction. The relationship between education and job satisfaction is not linear, but is clearly positive. The key factor is the alignment between the level and field of education and the characteristics of the workplace. Moreover, a high level of education can lead to a decrease in satisfaction if the employee cannot apply his knowledge and skills, feeling unclaimed and undervalued.

Definition of the Bank of Russia’s supervision system for collective investment market participants: institutional and functional components
Abstract
the article is devoted to the problem of clarifying the concept of supervision system of the Bank of Russia over subjects of the collective investment market. The relevance of the research of scientific issues is due to the fact that Russian legislation sets out the goals, principles and procedures for exercising supervisory powers, however, the very concept of supervisory system activities of the Bank of Russia in relation to subjects of the collective investment market is still legally uncertain. Thus, the purpose of this study is to fill the identified gap. The scientific novelty is the proposal of the author's definition of the supervision system of the Bank of Russia over the subjects of the collective investment market as a complex of interrelated and interdependent institutional and functional elements that monitor, control and adjust the behavior of participants in the collective investment market in order to ensure the stability of the financial sector, protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, as well as prevent risks threatening sustainability this segment of the financial market. The formulated definition complements the existing theory of financial supervision system, clarifying its structure, goals and methods in relation to the collective investment market, where fiduciary relations, distributed responsibility and institutional intermediation are of crucial importance. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed definition in the development and improvement of the supervisory procedures of the Bank of Russia, as well as in the formation of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of supervised organizations.

Methodological basis of digital transformation of society in Japan's national strategy
Abstract
in the first quarter of the 21st century, a rapid process of digitalization of the economy is taking place, changing not only business processes, but infiltrating all spheres of human life. This article reflects the results of the study of the Japanese experience of digitalization of the economy and digital transformation of society. The interest in studying the Japanese experience is since Japan was the first country in the world to adopt the concept of digital transformation of society at the state level. In the process of the study the methods of system, structural, factor and comparative analysis were used. The results of the study led to the conclusion that the methodological basis of the national strategy of Japan on the digital transformation of society is to overcome five barriers, referred to as "walls": "walls" of ministries and agencies, "walls" of the legislative system, "walls" of technology, "walls" of human resources and "walls" of acceptance of innovations by society. Based on overcoming similar barriers, the possibility of adapting positive elements of the Japanese experience for the transition to a digital society in Russia is assessed.

Risk assessment of a management decision
Abstract
the article proposes to consider the risk from the point of view of the criterion for assessing the effectiveness of the management decision. It is assumed that the criterion for evaluating a management decision is directly related to a certain indicator, and the effectiveness of a management decision is determined by the best value of the indicator. The choice of criterion made by the manager is subjective, and the validity and risk of a management decision depends entirely on the choice of criterion. In turn, the values of the criterion are determined at a certain interval in which the risk distribution function is set. Thus, the values of the criterion are associated with the risk values, which makes it possible to increase the validity of the management decision.

Big data: key concepts and modern practices
Abstract
the present era can be called the era of Big Data, as its volumes are constantly increasing, bringing with them opportunities that impact the process of collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing data. The author of the article notes that Big Data volumes are currently measured primarily in terabytes (TB), petabytes (PB), and zettabytes (ZB), and this figure continues to grow rapidly. In the modern world, it is impossible to avoid working with Big Data in most fields. Big Data helps improve the quality of services, optimize production processes, predict consumer behavior, and even prevent disasters. We encounter it as internet users, and companies use it to study sales statistics, deliveries, and competitor activities. It turns out that everyone is using Big Data. At the same time, the use of Big Data raises important questions for society regarding the protection of personal data, privacy, and ethics. The author notes that the term Big Data is currently being promoted as a trend in new-age information technologies and defines not only the size of data sets, which exceeds the capabilities of conventional databases. The article notes that the flow of information increases the need for its storage, structuring, processing, and analysis [1]. While humans previously contributed data to the network, a vast array of programs and artificial intelligence now exist for this purpose. Cloud platforms are increasingly playing a key role in Big Data strategies.
