Three-dimensional Semantics of Cognitive Terms as the Basis for Artificial Intelligence Research
Abstract
The article discusses various options for constructing three-dimensional (3D) semantics of a language for describing interdisciplinary relations by increasing the complexity of semiotic complexes that ensure coordination of various disciplines. The most complex is the three-dimensional semantics of floating worlds, which uses a two-dimensional framework connecting at least two different disciplines for interdisciplinary coordination. The third dimension for this framework is given by the concept of computability. Computability is interpreted in a symbolic-connectionist format combining the principles of the Turing machine and the Korsakov machine. On the other hand, “computability” is understood as the establishment of a relation of reachability between logically possible worlds, where in each possible world a special discipline is “hidden”. Three forms of interdisciplinary coordination are shown: absolute – the relation of the reachability of possible worlds is carried out in the context of S. Kripke’stheory; relative – a modification of this theory by J. Hintikka and reflexive coordination is used, which is illustrated by the work of the Korsakov machine. It is shown that the three-dimensional semantics of cognitive terms, in addition to the methodological role of organizing interdisciplinary coordination in the construction of AI systems, has direct practical implications in the development of the concept of the metaverse.

Hilbert’s Conception of “Existence-in-Mathematics”, and Modelling it by a Formal Axiomatic Theory Ф+∃ Treating Existence not as the Quanifier but as a Modality
Abstract
The subject-matter of investigation is Hilbert’s-principle consisting of two parts: (a) proclaiming equivalence-of-consistency-and-truth-in-mathematics; (b) proclaiming equivalence-of-consistency-and-existence-in‑mathematics. The target – explication and vindication of the principle. The scientific novelty: for reaching the goal, (1) a hitherto unknown logically formalized multimodal axiomatic epistemology-and-ontology-system called Ф+∃ has been constructed; (2) by means of Ф+∃, a precise axiomatic definition of the notion “existence as modality” is submitted for the first time; (3) by means of artificial language of Ф+∃, a precise formulation of the principle-of-equivalence-of-consistency-and-existence is given; (4) for the first time, the article presents formal deductive inferences (in formal-theory-Ф+∃) of such formulae which makeup Hilbert’sprinciple (given an appropriate interpretation of these formulae).

Reading Books as a Subject of Philosophy of Justice
Abstract
The article considers the philosophy of justice as a possibility of realization of collective autocommunication. Psychoanalysis helps to enrich the philosophy of justice by linking the study of reactions to internal states and to external social situations by the concept of autocommunication. The incorporation of psychoanalytic definitions (desire) into the conceptual-categorical apparatus of economics (resource, capital) allowsus to analyze the process of transition of issues of social equality and fair distribution from the field of ethics to an extended version of the social game that includes reading experience. The position of Amartya Sen, who constructs a particular field of readerly consumption that is both scenic and conducive to the accumulation of social experience rather than simply its public manifestation, is critically examined. It is suggested that reading should be seen as a desire to use a limited material or emotional resource, actualizing fantasy as a manifestation of excess and as an autocommunication, an encounter with the self as the subject of fantasization. Surplus communication expands notions of the responsibility of justice by turning the reader into a mirror of autocommunication.

On the Dichotomy of Holism and Individualism in Social Metaphysics: Approaching Hegel’s View
Abstract
The paper gives a survey of contemporary research and thematizes the topics of ontological and methodological holism and individualism within social metaphysics, and does preparatory work for an examination of this issue from a Hegelian perspective. The first part of the paper provides an overview of the current debates and roughly maps the positions. The second part presents a Hegelian conceptualization of this issue as proposed by Gillian Rose. She argues in favor of the unacceptability of holism and individualism (functionalism and action theory) and points to a third, unified perspective, which finds an adequate expression in Hegel, according to her.

Dynamics of Quantity Change Large Families in the Regions of Russia
Abstract
In the article, based on the generalization of documents and statistical data, a comparative analysis of the representation of large families by groups of regions with different dates of release to the negative dynamics of natural population growth is carried out. Comparing the results with the dynamics of the growth of the share of large families in a group that retains positive natural population growth, it was possible to conclude that even with a large motivational potential of the population, there comes a certain point when the share of large families ceases to increase significantly. The discovery of this fact allows usto optimistically assume that groups of regions may have great demographic potential, where at the moment the negative dynamics of natural growth persists. But for its disclosure, an analysis of socio-cultural and economic reserves is needed that could allow it to be disclosed, including state support measures.

Social Well-being of the People in Polyethnic Region: Ethnosocial Features (Based on Sociological Research in Yakutia)
Abstract
In the article, the author draws attention to the specifics of studying the social well-being in a polyethnic environment. In this prism, social well-being becomes a significant category of ethnosociological researches. The purpose of the article is to identify and present the possibilities of studying the social well-being of the population of a polyethnic region through the prism of ethnic identification using the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The author presents data reflecting the special and characteristic features of the social well-being of the three main ethnic groups of Yakutia – Russians, Yakuts and Indigenous Peoples of the North. Based on the methodology for studying social well-being developed by the team of authors, supplemented by the rationale for taking into account the ethnocultural foundations of life, and obtained during a sociological study in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), conducted in 2021-2022, a conclusion on the relationship between the ethnocultural components of life and social well-being, observed primarily among the Indigenous Peoples of Yakutia is given.

Determinants of the Socio-cultural Development of Eurasia: The Phenomenon of Crisis
Abstract
The article examines the phenomenon of the evolution of the Eurasian socio-cultural space. The study of the determinants of the crisis state of the development of culture and sociality under the influence of globalization processes allowsus to identify the main factors that have a dominant impact on the formation of the socio-cultural space, determining the prospects for the development of the socio-culture of local communities in Eurasia. The use of a sociocultural approach allowsus to explore the fundamental principles of explaining and understanding sociocultural evolution, to present a comprehensive description of the processes of development of local communities in the course of industrial, economic and institutional modernization. There are two main trends in the dynamics of the socio-cultural development of Eurasia: traditionalism, the preservation and maintenance of traditional socio-cultural heritage and a modernized, liberalized structure aimed at the destruction of traditional socio-cultural values.

Problems of Legal Protection of Personal Data under the Laws of Russia and China
Abstract
In the context of the functioning of the digital environment, information assets are becoming increasingly important, while the need to ensure the protection of personal non-property rights remains an unshakable constitutional guarantee. Artificial intelligence technologies used in many spheres of life gain access to various kinds of personal information, which in itself affects national, economic and political security, encroaches on social stability. The legislation of many countries, including Russia and China, contains provisions ensuring the legal protection of personal data. However, many problems remain unresolved, which requires further improvement of the legal regulation of the collection and processing of personal data, ensuring their legal protection by providing different legal regimes for certain types of personal data, and developing a modern model of information security control. The article contains a comparative legal analysis of the legislation on personal data of Russia and China, identifies problems of legal protection of personal data, and draws conclusions about the need for further improvement of legislation on personal data, which should contain guarantees of information security during automatic processing of personal data.
