Abstract

the modern educational paradigm exists in the so-called anthropocentric model, which A.A. Verbitsky calls "transitional" between the classical paradigm of education and the new paradigm of education [10], which places the student at the center of pedagogical aspirations, who is now not a student, but a learner, his role becomes more active, his desires are taken into account more. The larger the volume of research, scientific facts, various works and discussions on this topic, the more familiar the model of the world becomes for the younger generation, the core of which is a person with the concept of "humanism" and the terms associated with it. In pedagogical terms, the modern education system requires deep theoretical study and research into the practical side of the humanistic approach to education. In order to build a functional, flexible system of humanistic ideals and a humanistic attitude to the world in students, society has set a number of complex tasks for modern teachers. The concept of "humanism" has a long history and philosophical roots that can be traced from ancient times to the present day. One of the first scientists to study and formulate the principles of humanism is the Greek philosopher Protagoras, who put forward the famous statement "Man is the measure of all things". The research methodology is based on the analysis of theoretical provisions, data analysis, and a survey in the form of a questionnaire. The theoretical basis was theories and concepts devoted to career guidance, the success of future professional activity and career, including both traditional and modern views on this topic. These research results can be useful recommendations for optimizing the educational process, taking into account the introduction of humanistic value orientations through the study of the Russian language and literature. Also, the research results can serve as a basis for a differentiated approach to the formation of their humanistic worldview. As a result of the study of innovative methods, attention was focused on the formation of their humanistic worldview of students. An analysis of the use of modern educational technologies and resources to support humanistic learning has yielded valuable insights.
