Copyright Notice
The right of authorship belongs to the authors of articles. The authors transfer the rights to use the article (including the use and distribution of an article in the Open Access) to the publisher of the journal on a non-exclusive license (Publishing Agreement (Public Offer))
Acceptance of the terms of this agreement by the author is considered to be the transfer of materials to the editorial office through the official website of the journal ("Submit the manuscript ") or via e-mail of the editorial office.
Fee for publication with the authors will not be charged, the fees are not paid.
The journal doesn't charge any other fees to authors such as editorial processing charges, language editing fees, colour charges, submission fees, page charges, membership fees, print subscription costs, other supplementary charges

The Editorial Board of the journal will immediately screen all articles submitted for publication in that journal. All submissions we receive are checked for plagiarism by using https://fnisc.antiplagiat.ru. Any suspected misconduct ends up with a quick rejection
