Аннотация

Статья посвящена новой промышленной политике администрации Дж. Байдена. В первой части даётся описание четырёх исторических традиций промышленной политики США. Предпринята попытка выявить причины реиндустриализации и решоринга. Далее автор фокусируется на байденомике – экономической политике, ориентированной на возрождение промышленной мощи США: её особенностях и отличиях от неолиберального курса, а также промежуточных результатах и перспективах новой промышленной политики. Отдельное внимание уделяется позиции Министерства обороны.
