Республиканский проект избирательной реформы: борьба за "честные" выборы?

Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются основные положения радикального законопроекта о реформе избирательной системы США, внесённого республиканцами в Палату представителей Конгресса 118-го созыва, а также ответная электоральная инициатива демократов. Делается вывод, что за нереализуемым реформаторским законотворчеством обеих партий под эгидой борьбы за честные выборы, недоверие к которым среди американцев кратно возрастает после 2020 г., стоит в первую очередь необходимость в обеспечении собственных электоральных интересов.
