ТНК и государство в США: эволюция отношений

Аннотация

Взаимоотношения правительства США и американских транснациональных компаний рассматриваются в статье в историческом контексте с учётом сходства и различия национальных интересов и целей ТНК США. На основе анализа экономических показателей деятельности транснациональных корпораций в период с 1989 по 2019 год (покрывающий как офшоринг, так и решоринг производств американскими компаниями) определены тенденции в развитии отношений между ТНК и правительством США. В истории этих отношений с середины ХХ века автором выделены четыре этапа, эволюция которых позволяет прогнозировать перспективы их развития.
