Resumo
The time of Donald Trump's presidency was a period of improving relations between the U.S. and the DPRK. Despite Trump's desire to succeed in solving the North Korean nuclear missile crisis, the negotiation process has not been further developed and has not brought the sides closer to solving the crisis. The work raises the question of the role of think tanks in shaping the U.S. policy towards North Korea. It is concluded that the lack of significant progress in solving the North Korean crisis is also due to the position of one of the most influential U.S. institutions - think tanks.
