Innovations and clustering as factors for increasing the efficiency of the country transport and logistics system
Lebedeva A.S.
Abstract

In the conditions of unstable transport flows, increasing requirements for the quality and speed of transportation, and the complication of logistics chains, the country transport and logistics system is inevitably transformed through the introduction of innovative technologies and restructuring. This determines the relevance of the problem of forming new approaches to organizing the interaction of transport and logistics entities, which will ensure the necessary pace of development of the country transport and logistics system in accordance with its strategic priorities and global economic challenges. One of these approaches is clustering and stimulation of innovative activities in the field of transport and logistics. However, despite the growing scientific interest in these issues, a methodological toolkit for the effective management of clustering and innovative development of the country transport and logistics system has not yet been formed. Aim. To identify the main factors that are interconnected with the efficiency of the transport and logistics system, expressed through the logistics performance index for 2023. Methods. Methods of formal logic and point assessment, horizontal, structural-share and multi-factor correlation analysis. Results.  Using these methods the author has identified and studied the main characteristics of the system of transport and logistics clusters of Europe formed, a system of indicators for assessing the factors that can influence the efficiency of the transport and logistics system of the country and established the relationship of high and medium strength between the logistics performance index indicators. In addition, the author specified the concept of a transport and logistics cluster taking into account the characteristics considered. It was revealed that the efficiency of the transport and logistics system is largely associated with such clustering characteristics as innovativeness, structure of participants and maturity of clusters. The further direction of the study involves conducting a multi-factor regression analysis of the factors under consideration in order to build a clustering model in the field of transport and logistics.

Professional adaptation and educational strategies for pre-retirement age individuals in the context of pension reform
Nordlund E.I.
Abstract

Abstract. In the context of the 2019 pension reform, which altered the age thresholds for retirement, the need for professional adaptation of pre-retirees has become one of the key challenges for Russian society. The increase in the retirement age requires the creation of conditions to extend the working life of older adults and enhance their competitiveness in the labor market. This article examines educational strategies that include short-term courses, mentoring programs, distance learning, and government support measures. These approaches play a vital role in improving social competence, acquiring new professional skills, and overcoming age-related stereotypes, thus contributing to the preservation of their economic activity. Aim. To analyze the professional adaptation of pre-retirees through educational strategies and programs aimed at expanding their opportunities, enhancing their social competence, and developing resilience to change. Methods. Analysis of statistical data, regulatory documents, and content analysis. Results. Successful adaptation of pre-retirees requires a systematic approach that incorporates not only professional training but also psychological support. A crucial element is the creation of flexible educational programs that take into account the needs and limitations of this age group. Such programs minimize time and financial costs, provide access to modern educational platforms, and facilitate the successful integration of pre-retirees into economic life. All implemented measures help them not only acquire new competencies but also maintain confidence in their professional relevance. Maintaining the professional activity of this group contributes to their social inclusion and the sustainable development of society as a whole.

Real capabilities of an organization employees
Rozhdestvenskaya E.M., Khamidov P.E., Nepomnyashchikh D.P.
Abstract

Relevance. The real capabilities of employees in the workplace include expectations for stable ear-nings, opportunities for training and development, social interaction, and involvement in a shared goal. In response to these emerging needs, organizations are offering comprehensive programs to support various aspects of employee well-being – physical and emotional health, spiritual growth, and financial management. All areas of employee well-being are at the forefront of companies concerns. Aim. To explore how employee well-being programs can meet real workplace needs. Methods. This research is based on Gallup's methodology, which defines well-being in terms of five areas of functioning – career, social, financial, physical, and psychological. We employed a sociological survey using the Q12 questionnaire, with minor adaptations and adjustments. Result. The data collected allowed us to assess the well-being of organization employees and develop strategies to improve well-being in particular areas. The survey revealed that in each of the five areas of well-being, there were some unmet needs that could be addressed. Conclusion. Our findings indicate that the productivity of employees is dependent on their satisfaction of real capabilities and overall well-being. This means that it is not just about their labor rights, timely wages, or even their physical health. It also includes their mental and emotional state, as well as their social environment. Environmental factors, such as the work environment, can have a significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, organizations need to take these factors into account when deve-loping programs to support their employees.

Cross-cutting digital technologies as a tool to counteract sanctions restrictions
Krasnykh S.S.
Abstract

Relevance. Growing importance of technological independence in the context of global economic and political challenges. The imposed sanctions restrictions lead to the transformation of economic processes, which include restricted access to external markets, investments, technologies and innovations. Under such conditions, the search for effective solutions that can minimize the effects of the imposed sanctions and accelerate the transition to independent and high-tech production becomes a priority task. Aim. To analyze the use of cross-cutting digital technologies to counteract sanctions pressure in the Russian Federation. Methods. Analysis of scientific works devoted to the assessment of the use of modern technologies in various fields and analysis of the impact of sanctions restrictions on the Russian economy; generalization and synthesis of the author's idea of using cross-cutting digital technologies as a tool to counteract sanctions restrictions. Results. The analysis of the possibilities of using artificial intelligence, machine learning, the Internet of things, electronic technologies, additive technologies and quantum computing as tools to counter sanctions restrictions shows the following feature – these information technologies have minimal potential for reducing restrictive measures. They can significantly increase economic and technological independence, accelerate the production localization and enhance data security. The practical application of these solutions has already demonstrated positive results in a number of industries, and their development in the Russian Federation can significantly mitigate the effects of the imposed sanctions, ensuring technological sovereignty and long-term sustainability of the economy.

National network communities in the life support of resource-type regions
Orlova A.V., Kytmanova V.E.
Abstract

Relevance. Interethnic relations in multinational States are one of the most pressing problems of our time. Russia is a multinational country, 190 peoples live in it, 46 of which are indigenous and small. Taking into account the diversity of the peoples living in Siberia, it is necessary to respond in time to emerging tensions or interethnic conflicts leading to mass mobilization of the population and confrontations between «us» and «strangers». Aim. To identify the role of national network communities in the life support system of resource-type regions. Method. Network analysis, which was conducted both "manually" and using the Popsters analytical site to compare the most popular communities. Results. The authors have identified the most popular national communities. An analysis of the information disseminated in them shows that community members mainly talk about customs, events held, and share recipes for national dishes. It can be noted that the topics of posts and reposts most often relate to the daily lives of residents of the regions, that is, virtual communication complements and expands the real one. Conclusions. In the modern world, digital technologies are increasingly influencing the communications of regional residents. This can affect human identification, including national identification. Social networks facilitate the rapid dissemination of information, which creates opportunities of social and political mobilization of resources for both positive activities and destructive behavior. The national color of online communities can make this mobilization particularly acute that is why timely response to information disseminated in them is so important.

Role of the utopian approach in forecasting the cosmopolitan future
Terletsky V.A.
Abstract

Relevance. Dystopias focus on social, political, and environmental issues, painting gloomy scenarios for the future. Although they serve as a warning, their excessive popularity creates a sense of hopelessness and fear, limiting society ability to imagine positive alternatives. Utopias, on the contrary, focus on creating ideal models of the future. They offer constructive solutions and inspire change in reality, stimulating the desire to improve the world. The End of History or an Irreconcilable Continuation, Replaced by Waves of Democratization and Wars: Fukuyama or Huntington? Humanity needs a project that can offer a model of global solidarity and cooperation necessary to solve the most critical transnational problems of the present and future. The articles devoted to the ideology of cosmopolitanism have studied the specifics of the ideology of cosmopolitanism and the critical characteristics of the utopian idea of world citizenship, as well as analysed the influence of the cosmopolitanism ideology in the virtual space on the identity and way of life of people. This work proves that utopia as a reflexive method for achieving a better future erases the boundary between the ideal and reality. Hope for positive transformations, supported by creative imagination, contributes to the formation of a new perspective on the present and the future. Aim. To theoretically substantiate cosmopolitan utopianism as a predicted benchmark for humanity. Methods. Interdisciplinary approach (philosophical, sociological, political, cultural), the application of which allows for a deeper study of the complexity and versatility of utopian cosmopolitanism; general scientific methods, comparative analysis, content analysis, analysis and synthesis. Conclusions. Transition from dystopia to utopia as a dominant concept in public discourse is necessary to overcome the crisis of faith in progress, develop constructive thinking and mobilize society to solve global problems. Utopia not only inspires, but also forms benchmarks for transformations, offering a vision of the future that unites scientific, cultural and social efforts. The cosmopolitan benchmark is a key concept that allows us to rethink traditional approaches to identity, citizenship and international relations. Its significance is especially high in the era of globalization, when transnational problems require collective action and unity based on common values.

Changing the role of labor as an effect of digital transformation of production
Novoselova E.G.
Abstract

The article examines the new role of living labor, which arises as an effect of the digital transformation of production. Describing this role by regulating processes is the initial stage of their digitization and subsequent digital transformation. The new role of living labor is associated with changes in the requirements for the workforce of personnel, with the dynamics of labor content, with increased internal mobility of personnel, with the adjustment of labor management systems. The regulation of work activities should reflect these changes in order to better adapt staff to the effects of digital transformation and to achieve maximum transformation results. The content of digital transformation is analyzed. Its result is a change in business processes and in the use of living labor. These changes are taking place through the use of end-to-end digital technologies based on digitized data describing the production process and, in particular, the labor process. The study was conducted using the methods of analyzing definitions of the digital economy, the results of practitioners, and their generalization. The author has stated the list of the primary tasks of regulating labor processes along with production processes, their formalization, prototyping and further digitization. The results obtained can be used for theoretical analysis and methodological development of programs and algorithms for digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises.

Specifics of the mythology of masses
Petev N.I.
Abstract

This article examines the problems of mass mythology as a phenomenon of modern culture and individual consciousness. The author identifies and analyzes the specific features and conditions of the formation of mass (artificial) mythologies, as well as the transformation of various phenomena that are filled with completely new content. The transposition of the «numinous», for which the area of the religious is traditional, into non-religious spheres is also considered. Aim. To identify the inner content of the mythology of masses, the causes and conditions of its actualization, as well as to establish the metamorphoses that it initiates. The integration of mass myths has a two-way consequence: on the one hand, the transition of the «sacred» into other spheres, which implies compensation in the crisis of religious systems, on the other hand, the intensification of marginalization of the «sacred» and related concepts and phenomena becomes obvious. An important aspect in this study is the problem of innovation and the actual productive abilities of mass mythology. The peculiarity of this process, as well as the use of certain «resources» determines the content of the product being created. It represents, in its turn, the architectonics of the mythology of masses, which creates a beneficial ground for its development and integration into the consciousness of the individual. Methodology. The dialectical method is used in this work. It allows us to identify and analyze the contradictions that are present in the framework of the implementation of mass mythologies, in particular the ratio of passivity and dynamism, progress and marginalization, etc. The modeling method allows us to form an idea of mass mythology as a dynamic holistic system that is constantly changing depending on the etiological and teleological primacy. The method of analysis and synthesis allows us to get deeper into the essence of the problem associated with the formation and integration of mass mythologies. In addition, this method allows us to identify the causes and conditions of the emergence and development of mass mythology. The psychological approach allows us to identify the main components of this mythology, which are more effectively and successfully perceived by the masses. The religious approach was applied when considering such phenomena as «sacredness», «miracle», etc., as well as when analyzing the phenomenon of mass mythology itself. Results. The author revealed the conditions for the formation of mass mythologies, such as: accessibility, lack of variability, transmission channels, etc. He revealed as well the absence of the actual production forces of mass mythology. The author established the metamorphoses of such a phenomenon as time within the framework of its definition as a resource in the aspect of dynamism as well as artificial and speculative draping by rationality of some provisions of mass mythologies. The paper analyzes the concepts of speed and dynamism within the framework of the formation of mass mythology, which have an imperative character. The author revealed such features as discreteness and fragmentation inherent in the consciousness of an individual in the paradigm of the influence of mass mythology. He established transposition of the «sacred» within the framework of the actualization of mass mythology, as well as the removal of such a quality as alienness. The author revealed the tendency of mass mythology to form an autonomous reality and analyzed the correlation between the imperative activity of the mythology of the masses and the passivity of the mass individual.

Social anxiety of the Russian population: types and risk groups (based on the materials of the all-Russian population surveys 2021–2022)
Netrebina Y.S., Viktorovna A.Y., Chikarova G.I.
Abstract

Aim. To verify the segmentation of all-Russian anxiety by means of sociological tools, identifying the main risk groups. The time frame of the study was set for 2021–2022, a period of high concentration of social, economic and political factors that negatively affect the components of social well-being. The empirical basis of the study was the results of a series of measurements of anxiety published in the public domain (data from the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion). The results of the analysis make it possible to identify the types of anxiety and their corresponding risk groups. The first type is consistently highly anxious: women, Russians of pre-retirement and retirement age, with secondary general education, low-income groups of the population, that is, the least protected cohorts. The second group is unstable, highly anxious (more sensitive to social triggers): Russians aged 35–44 years, groups with a low level of education, the unemployed, employees of the non-profit sector, residents of cities with a population of 100 to 500 thousand people. The third group is people with unstable anxiety. They have a wider range of adaptation practices, which allows them to “equalize” indicators of social well-being (young people 25–34 years old, Russians with higher education, state and municipal employees, unskilled workers, businessmen and businesswomen, students, middle-income segments of the population, residents of millionaires-plus cities and capitals). Results. According to the measurement results, fewer stable calm groups of the population can be identified than anxious ones. All this allows us to say that in 2021–2022 anxiety was typical for the majority of Russians, which indicates their vulnerability to macrosocial challenges.

Contradictions of the digital economy: challenges and directions of resolution
Uzhegov A.O., Tikhonova O.K.
Abstract

The digital economy has become an integral part of the modern world, bringing new opportunities and causing contradictions in its development. In recent decades, there has been a rapid growth in information and communication technologies, which have revolutionized traditional approaches to business, education, medicine and other areas of life. The digital economy opens up new prospects for innovation, increased efficiency and improved quality of life. However, along with the opportunities of the digital economy, contradictions also appear that require serious analysis and attention. Aim. To identify the key contradictions in digital economy development and propose directions for their resolution. Methods. System analysis, synthesis, and comparative analysis of scientific literature. Scientific novelty. Systematization of contradictions related to the personnel and institutional support of the digital economy, as well as the use of digital technologies, which allows us to identify the main directions for their resolution. Results. Contradictions arising in developing the digital economy, in particular, in personnel and institutional support, as well as in the use of technologies, were identified and systematized. The main contradictions are related to the lack of qualified personnel, the discrepancy between the pace of technology development and the regulatory framework, as well as issues of security and trust in digital systems. The proposed directions for resolving contradictions include modernization of educational programs, strengthening institutional coordination, and development of security standards for digital technologies.

Scientometric analysis of metadata of articles on the topic "Yoga"
Tartynova K.V.
Abstract

Relevance. Scientometric analysis is widely developing today and is an effective tool for reconnaissance analysis in the area of interest. The conducted analysis combines network analysis methods, namely, building a co-authorship network using the Gephi program, and text analytics in the Orange Data Mining program. The results of the study help to see: what aspects in the study of yoga practice have already been considered by the scientific community. Also, the results are useful for detecting "blank spots" in scientific knowledge for further research of yoga as a practice of social well-being. Aim. To conduct a scientometric analysis of publications of Russian authors on the topic "Yoga" from the international bibliographic database OpenAlex. Methods. Metadata of scientific publications of authors of Russian universities on yoga practices were used for network analysis. The international open bibliographic database OpenAlex served as a data source. The period of publication of articles was from January 25, 1999 to March 11, 2022. As a result, metadata on 125 articles were downloaded (at the time of downloading October 21, 2024). Gephi software was used to visualize and study the co-authorship network. Text analytics was used using Orange Data Mining software to identify the structure and content of the scientific field on the topic "Yoga". Results. At the first stage, an undirected graph of the co-authorship network was compiled for 125 articles on the topic "Yoga". The graph consists of 335 nodes (authors) and 1387 edges (co-authorship links). The second stage was text analytics. Articles without annotations and duplicates (repeated articles) were removed for analysis. The final dataset included metadata of 117 articles with the specified title and abstract. As a result, a co-authorship network was built and network clusters were designated; a classification of articles was compiled based on the Ward minimum variance method, and keywords were identified and analyzed for each class of articles. Conclusions. Scientometric analysis showed that Russian authors do not strive for an interdisciplinary study of yoga practice. This is evidenced by the comparability of the results of the co-authorship network analysis and text analytics of article abstracts. Conducting such scientometric analysis allows us to clearly demonstrate how modern data analytics tools can be used to solve problems in sociology.

Life and health insurance as a factor in increasing social well-being of persons with disabilities in Russian society
Gasanov E.A., Gasanov M.A., Zhironkin S.A.
Abstract

The article considers the problems of life and health insurance of disabled people and persons with disabilities as a factor in increasing their social well-being in the coordinates of development of modern Russian society. Life and health insurance of disabled people and persons with disabilities from accidents provides financial support from unforeseen situations, protects property, liability, life, health and other benefits. The main features of life and health insurance are established in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law "On the organization of insurance business in the Russian Federation". Aim. To develop an approach to assessing life and health insurance of disabled people and persons with disabilities as an important factor in increasing social well-being in Russian economic realities. Methods. Critical and constructive analysis of research in the field of social insurance, social well-being of persons with disabilities and its Russian specifics; synthesis of existing approaches and generalization of the idea of life and health insurance development as a factor in increasing social well-being in Russian society. Results. The authors have proposed an approach to the study of social insurance, in particular, life and health insurance, in the context of the transition to neo-industrial development, characterized by taking into account broad public pressure in favor of social legislation and reforms at the national level, pursuing the goal of developing "well-being programs" in the business environment, "pushed" by the state to form corporate social protection systems, along with the development of social legislation. The authors propose as well the approach to taking into account the digital realities of neo-industrial development when improving the social insurance system for persons with disabilities in the context of increasing their social well-being. Conclusions. The results of the formation of an approach to the analysis of the social insurance system for persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities made it possible to identify the following components of its transformation into a factor in increasing social well-being in the Russian economy: improving social legislation and expanding the participation of corporations in the social protection of the most vulnerable groups of the population, promoting the expansion of consumption of persons with disabilities and changing its structure. In turn, when improving social policy, it is important to take into account the prospects of non-industrial development and the diffusion of technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (such as artificial intelligence and big data analytics).

Friendliness as a systemic characteristic of the residential environment: significance and needs of young families with young children
Burtseva V.S.
Abstract

Based on surveys of experts and representatives of young families with children, the author has identified the specific requirements for the residential environment. The paper introduces the concept of "friendliness of the residential environment" to describe the requirements of a residential environment conducive to fulfilling the functions of young families. The empirical research focuses on materials from expert interviews and interviews with representatives of young families. Expert interviews provided characteristics of residential environment friendliness. Interviews with representatives of young families living in objectively friendly and unfriendly environments revealed their perceptions of the friendliness or unfriendliness of their surroundings. The purpose of the empirical study was to compare expert assessments of friendliness with the characteristics of friendly and unfriendly residential environments as described by young families. The alignment of key friendliness characteristics allowed the conclusion that the concept is adequate. It was established that the friendliness of the residential environment is a comprehensive and systemic indicator of the residential environment (its physical and sociocultural dimensions), encompassing the properties (characteristics) of the environment and, simultaneously, its meaning for individuals. Within a systemic-activity approach, the author views the young family and the residential environment as a complex, open, and potentially self-developing system, with the young family itself as an active element. The residential environment is complex and includes both physical and social spaces. As a result of the research, the concept of residential environment friendliness for young families with children was refined. Friendliness is defined as a set of conditions that promote family activity, development, and the fulfillment of its basic functions. The introduction and specification of the concept of residential environment friendliness for young families with young children have practical implications for the design of residential environments and the organization of interactions among all their agents.

Political consciousness in the context of collective and individual unconsciousness
Darbinyan G.N.
Abstract

The study of political consciousness as a complex structure includes rational, emotional and unconscious aspects. Special attention is paid to the role of collective and individual unconscious in the formation of political attitudes, ideologies and behaviour. Philosophical and interdisciplinary approaches were used in the work. The analysis was based on the works of C.G. Jung, P. Bourdieu, as well as studies by Russian and foreign authors. The paper considers the concepts of archetypes, habitus, myth-making and their influence on political behaviour. It was established that the political unconscious, rooted in archetypes and myths, plays a key role in the formation of collective political behaviour. Authoritarian regimes use the mechanisms of the unconscious through propaganda and myth-making, reinforcing identity and loyalty. It is shown that socio-economic status affects the content of political consciousness: in the lower classes it is oriented towards stability and security, while in the middle and upper classes it is oriented towards freedom and self-realisation. Political consciousness is a multilayered system formed by the interaction of rational, emotional and unconscious aspects. Its study requires an interdisciplinary approach that allows a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of political beha-viour and choice. The results of the study confirm the significance of unconscious factors in the dynamics of political consciousness and their relation to socio-economic conditions.
