The research goal is to identify the main value constructs of the personality of future psychologists, acting as a mechanism of professionalization. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: value orientations were studied, their relationship with professional motives and attitudes were revealed, and the factors affecting the formation of value constructs in the process of studying at the university were considered. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes a theoretical analysis of scientific literature on the research problem, formal logical analysis, comparison, generalization and systematization. The following conclusions were formulated: the value constructs of the personality of the future psychologist are the basis for the regulation of professional behavior and actually determine the success of the entire process of professionalization, since they affect the choice of development strategies, identity and worldview of the future psychologist.
